This is a backup charger for my disabled wife's wheelchair. Since it hasn't been utilised yet, there isn't much I can say. The Xiaomi M365 scooter is most sure compatible with this charger. As I'm writing this review, it is charging. However, as it can only charge at 1.5A, it will likely charge slightly more slowly than the stock charger. Since the provided cable is only about half as long as the stock charger, I had to manoeuvre the scooter into a tight space in the garage. Besides that, everything operates as intended.
