I have supported trees and Arborvaete with FOUR (4) loops. I intended to attempt to straighten four little trees that were "bent" as a result of the ice storms from the previous winter. I connected nylon tiedown straps to the ends of each Sost Loop and wrapped each loop around the trunk of each tree. Using my car, I used my little trees to straighten them up to the desired vertical height. I then attached thick nylon tiedown straps to each end of the loops and properly tightened them. All held in place once the vehicle was removed. I believe the trees will develop and adjust to their new location.

I most likely have every type of tie-down system imaginable, from basic ratchet tie-downs to non-ratchet ones and everything in between. Without a doubt, these tie down straps are the simplest and easiest to use that I have ever used. I use it to secure my dirt bikes, and so far they have served me well. I appreciate that it features a built-in tie-down strap for the handlebar and a bass swivel to ensure that the rope is never twisted. It is expensive, which is why I put off purchasing it for a time. However, now that I have, I am very happy that I did, and I'll probably wind up purchasing another one to replace my current tie down straps. It's also good that the access strap has a velcro strap so you can neatly fold and fasten it after tightening. Really seems like they thought of everything, therefore I believe the price was justified.

To have tie down points for all of my stuff, I bought these for a 2009 RZR 800. They were a great fit and installed effortlessly in the OEM holes. To prevent them from falling out, the rubber is ribbed and the metal is of high quality. Despite the fact that I don't jump my machine, they stay put on the ride no matter what you experience. Bungee cords, as well as thick rope or paracord, fit and hold in place. For the most flexibility, I ordered both the higher and lower kits, and I appreciate that I can shift them about to fit whatever load I had for the day. So far, so good These were installed on my landscaping trailer so that I could secure a Husqvarna PZT-54 zero turn. With fuel, the mower weights 1100 pounds, but these straps keep it in place firmly. I used to have four ratchet straps at the mower's corners, but I could always feel the'slop' while I was driving. Not to mention that lashing down four straps takes longer than lashing down two. The mower can be secured considerably more quickly this way. I would describe the ratchet mechanism as frustration-free. easily ratchetable Release is simple, but not so simple that it will occur automatically. You don't have to bother about threading the strap through anything because the straps are effectively sewed into the E-track clips. Simply tighten down after locking into the E-track. These items are something I should have purchased years ago, and at less than $35, they are an incredible deal in my book. For this reason, they receive a strong 5 stars.I purchased a single package, which includes two straps and four chocks. You will need to spend an additional $12 to buy hex bolts, washers, and locking nuts because it does not come with installation hardware. Everything fit neatly and snug using, I think, 5/16. You'll need 24 bolts and lock nuts because there are four chocks and six holes per chock. I had 48 washers in all since I decided to use a locking washer and a standard washer underneath the trailer. Your bolt's length will determine whether you need more or less. I think I used hex bolts that were 2 1/2" long. Overall, the installation is quite straightforward, however I want to thank my wonderful wife for operating the impact driver above deck while I held the wrench below deck. It was much simpler with two people, so if you can, I suggest doing that.When I'm traveling between jobs, I can now travel with complete confidence knowing that my mower is secure.

When cargo or ratchet straps first became popular in the mid-1990s and started to hang on pegs at your neighborhood Wally World, they were incredibly well made with thick straps and strong gauge metal utilized for the buckles. With reasonable care, I was able to get a set that lasted me well over a decade. If they hadn't been taken from my truck, I would have them today. I use that as my reference point when gauging ratchet straps. There is nothing comparable to those early offers in the modern day. To reduce production costs to almost nothing, producers have found a way to get every last bit of quality "out" of ratchet straps. The lone exception appears to be premium straps made specifically for auto transport (cars and trucks), which are too big to transfer my motorcycle. Since I couldn't see the straps before I ordered them, I was hesitant to do so, but I had a tight deadline and wanted to get something right away. I couldn't spend days shopping around the city comparing things. For my situation, Prime's two-day delivery was a reasonable lead time.The quality of these straps has pleasantly surprised me. The strapping material is not paper thin, but rather heavier and thicker than most, and it seems to be of high quality. They are generously long, which helped in adequately securing my motorcycle. I was able to use an anchor point that was in the perfect spot but lacked enough hook purchase because of the long straps. Due to the strap's length, I was able to loop it around the best anchor point and then run it along the wall to a less-than-ideal anchor position that was still simple for the hook to adhere to. I have only used these straps once so far, but they held the motorcycle securely in place during travel because they did not stretch or allow slack.The single wire hooks are strong and consistently shaped (they are formed of what most people would refer to as "steel rod" or something similar, but in industry it is termed "wire"). I locked the box truck with my motorcycle inside. The standard wooden strips that are used to tie or secure loads to the sides of truck boxes were present. Many higher-quality straps feature double-wire hooks, which are frequently considerably too large or thick to fit into small openings. Point being, I can double the hook back on the strap to have a more firm grasp because these single wire hooks fit in between the wooden strip and the box wall.The brief straps for wrapping around the handlebars, frame, and tie-down points of a motorcycle are of identical quality. If you were to compare this strap kit to similar products side by side, I think it would do well.In my perspective, assigning a five-star rating to everything that a person likes dilutes the significance of the "highest" rating. I only give five star reviews to goods that significantly surpass my expectations. Although I tried to give this product five stars, I was unable to. The ratchet mechanisms are what got me. Although they are stamped from thicker gauge sheet metal than most I examined, they fall just short of my outdated benchmark for product comparison from the mid-1990s. Although they are functional, adequate, and I anticipate that they will survive for a very long time, I wish they were constructed of a stronger gauge metal since it would give me more confidence in their ability to withstand the reasonable abuse that the ordinary person will subject them to.
