I'm using this to form walking sticks and canes, but after seeing how simple it can be to remove wood with some precision, I'm thinking about larger projects. It has excellent control and eliminates a lot of stuff. It readily chews when I apply very mild pressure. It cuts quickly if you press down, and I've unintentionally overdone it a few times. If you're carving bears out of logs or something, you might want to use the medium, but I already have the medium, so if I could only have one, I'd keep this fine grit. This is not "Fine" like sandpaper; it's probably around 30 grit. Your wood rasp will now function as a touch-up tool. The "Fine" is now available in a flatter shape, which may be desirable for some situations if you occasionally need to leave more level surfaces. It is pricy at $60, but when you can work this swiftly and precisely, it more than doubles my speed while working with wood with little effort and a lot more enjoyment, so the extra money is quickly recovered. As a result, I feel like I'm working on an artistic project. The wheel does the rest; all you have to do is use enough force to hold your angle grinder. Actually, I've been using my angle grinder like a bench grinder by locking it in my wood vice. I've touched it up a few times with either damp wood or green pithy wood, but as advised, a propane blow torch cleans it up quickly. Additionally, it appears as though this item will last forever, saving the time required to change or purchase new wheels. Last but not least, this leaves wood more smooth than the "medium," as you might imagine, but it removes about the same quantity of wood due to, I assume, having more teeth. As I utilize them both more, I'll update. Each is excellent.ADULT GLOVES I ripped a chunk of skin off my finger in an instant. This is not forgiving like sanding disks are.

I was curious about it, so I decided to get it because I had a significant sanding project. It's quite interesting to notice that by applying pressure to the paper, just like a pencil eraser, the debris is removed. Utilize it frequently to clear the paper of debris. To remove the old gasket material from my engine case, these performed fantastically in my die grinder. These seem to last a very long time because I used one of them for more than an hour with little deterioration. I adored their quality.For those of you utilising these on aluminium components, a word of caution: take your time and don't rush it. I invested in a 5 inch DeWalt DWE6421K random orbital sander to finish a 34-year-old solid maple kitchen table for the third time. The maple table was not stained; rather, it was polyurethaned. The surface was sticky and the finish had deteriorated to the point where it had writing, glitter, and other stains on it. I'm not sure why, perhaps because this was my first time using or owning an orbital sander, but I assumed I could need multiple sheets of each grit. We had to start with the 60 grit in order to remove all of the ink and glitter. We only required one sanding sheet per grit to complete the 5 foot by 3 foot table top, the sides, and both table legs at the ends. The sanding sheets fit on this sander quite nicely and stayed on. We cleaned and used tack cloth between each sanding before on to the next higher grit. When we were done, the surface was quite smooth and appeared very natural. We will have enough sandpaper for the rest of our lives if we keep up our current rate of project completion!

To be completely honest, I had little expectation for this actual dresser/stone. But it was inexpensive, so I took a chance. I typically use a wheeled dresser. Although they are twice as expensive, their wheels can be changed. Anyhow, I decided that I would try it for $9. I'm astonished. These small fellas do a great job. It only took a brief, light touch of the rough (gold) on the coarse wheel for the situation to become evident. The same is true for the fine wheel and silver. If you don't use your grinder frequently and don't want to buy a bulky metal wheel dresser, I'd recommend getting this. They function incredibly well, occupy nearly no room, are less expensive than a fast food meal, and if you lose one, they give you two. Lol. For the sole reason that the fine dresser doesn't consume my wheel like the other kind wheel dresser, I'll buy these again. Just be careful not to use too much force when using these. You shouldn't push it.

This beginner box of sandpaper is definitely a fantastic choice, in my opinion. Grits come in a good selection to suit all of your demands. You may discover that this paper is a touch thin and brittle on the edges, depending on how you sand. They should last longer if your surface and sanding angles are quite decent. I consumed at least 6-8 of the 120 grit and a handful of the 80 grit, using them on some 1x4 pine boards and also some pretty rough pine exterior siding panels. I can't really grumble too much, though, considering the price. You get what you paid for, as cliché as that may sound. You should go elsewhere if you want sandpaper that will last for a long time. To make sure I always have a range of grits on hand in case I run out of my better stuff, I'll probably get these again.

Along with the WEN 4276 6-Inch Bench Grinder, I bought this. The stand is sturdy, well-made, and simple to put together. There are four (or five) set screws and one Phillips screw for the front hook. The mounting plate provides a lot of choices, so I anticipate that it will function effectively with a wide variety of instruments installed on it. The post's hollow midsection and roughly 1/8-thick wall thickness. Two set screws hold the post in place as it rests on a ledge in the base that prevents it from going all the way through the base. The mount rests on top of the water tray and is secured in place by a set screw that holds the water tray in place. The grinder didn't perform as well, earning only four out of five ratings from me, but this item is excellent quality for the price. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and believe it to be a wonderful deal.
