There's no definitive answer to this question since it depends on the ingredients used to make the bisque. However, in general, bisque is a creamy soup made with seafood and vegetables, so it can be a healthy option. If you're looking for a bisque that's low in calories and fat, make sure to check the nutrition label before you buy.
Bisques are a type of soup that is usually made with seafood or other shellfish. The word "bisque" comes from the French word for "shellfish." Bisques are usually thick and creamy, and they can be either hot or cold. Cold bisques are usually made with lobster or crab, and they are usually served with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Bisque is a type of French soup that is typically made with seafood. The most common seafood used in bisque is lobster, but shrimp and crayfish are also common. While all bisques contain seafood, not all seafood bisques are bisques. A bisque is a smooth, creamy soup that is typically made with a puréed seafood base. A seafood bisque will typically also contain chunks of seafood in addition to the puréed base.
Bisques are thick, creamy French soups that are typically made with puréed fish, shellfish, or vegetables. The milk is used to add creaminess and richness to the soup.

This soup already has a ton of flavor, so nothing further is needed to give it a lovely, creamy texture. I usually add half and half to the familiar, dependable Campbell's tomato soup when I buy it, thereby turning it into bisque. The tomato-carrot soup is prepared and ready to serve. Because microwave cooking destroys all of the essential nutrients in food, we heated ours on the stove rather than in the microwave. The carrot gives the soup a pleasing hint of sweetness. You want to devour the entire can due to the soup's silky, smooth texture, but it is filling enough to satisfy two people and keeps you coming back for more. To go with the soup, we make grilled cheese, and it is exactly right. I adore how satisfying the soup is in every manner. You get 65% of your daily recommended vegetables thanks to the carefully chosen ingredients. I like that you used natural components. If you sample this soup, you won't want anything else!

This Kettle and Fire bone broth is fantastic. Please tell me another brand that makes it as healthy as this one does. I know it's pricey for the size of the box. It is incredibly beneficial for you, and I believe it will cure all of your ailments. Although it takes a while to make my own, which I sometimes don't mind, buying this stuff is fantastic. excellent flavor I have no idea what people anticipate it to taste like, but to me, it is delicious and just as I make it. Just like with coffee or tea, I simply add a little sea salt and drink it first thing in the morning. Please let me know if you find another brand that uses the same ingredients and manufacturing processes so that I can make a judgment based on that. But for now, this is the best merchandise I've purchased. Along with turmeric, I also use bone broth powder. From Long Island, New York, Michele

Twelve - 14.5 oz. cans of Amy's Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque Soup the whole family will love
A truly full-flavored, crave-worthy bisque
$234
Our family has never had canned soup that tastes better. The main drawback is the sodium content, but that's true of most canned soups as well. I love that it's vegan and contains lots of healthful components.Although the price is a little steep, you get what you pay for because the soup is very thick. If needed, you can add an additional 1/2 can of liquid. The standard additions include some water, wine, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and a tiny bit of smoked paprika. This raises value, improves flavor, and lowers salt content.Amen to Amy's soups. One drawback is that, around 50% of the time, all or most of the cans in the 12-pack are severely dented. The customer service is excellent at replacing dented cans, and the delivery problem appears to have just improved. It doesn't get any better than this if you're seeking for the ideal, substantial, delicious, and vegan soup.

Such a delicious tomato soup. I kind of raise an eyebrow at everyone who says it's overly sweet. Perhaps they ought to change the name to sweet tomato and basil bisque instead; that would make more sense. However, it's fantastic because this will work if you don't want to spend the time preparing your own bisque. It tastes fantastic to me. I only wish my local market offered all the varieties of the slow kettle soups. I want to try them all, but this tomato soup has always been a favorite of mine. My go-to comfort food is grilled cheese and tomato soup. It's excellent and thick, but if you don't like sweet tomato soup, you shouldn't eat it.

This is my all-time favorite winter soup, and it can be a whole meal when paired with a great toasted cheese sandwich. The single container holds a lot... I reserve half for tomorrow. It's not your typical soup from a can; it's a little lumpy, a touch spicy, and oh-so-delicious. I've already purchased 36 cans. I break open a container of this delectable soup whenever someone drops by, and they also enjoy it. I'm now experimenting with additional Campbell Slow Kettle Style Soups. I used to can my own soup, but I stopped doing so after discovering this soup and realizing how much better it is than mine. And the cost of two dinners isn't even outrageous! Oh, I add a little milk (maybe 1/4 cup) and whisk it before heating it since I prefer it a bit thinner. So wonderful. I'm not faking it!

Both the crab bisque and the clam chowder from Fishpeople are excellent, in my opinion. The flavor is so rich and comforting that it has the flavor of an authentic handmade soup. The absence of gluten in this soup is wonderful. I've been gluten-free for ten years, and finding delicious, creamy gluten-free soups is really challenging, so I was very excited about this. Appreciate that the plastic is microwaveable and free of BPA as well. It makes for such a simple, practical lunch or dinner. It heated up well in the microwave and was simple to take out of the bag and pour into a bowl. The only thing I have to say is that neither soup has nearly enough seafood. There were a few chunks of crab and shrimp in the crab bisque, but I couldn't find a single clam in the clam chowder. They must have been extremely small if I missed them in any way. Since the crab bisque is essentially just a cream-based broth, it requires more components all around, while the majority of the ingredients in the clam chowder are potatoes. When you purchase a soup, whether from a can or a restaurant, expecting it to contain the seafood it promises and it doesn't, it can be frustrating. However, the flavor and consistency of these soups are just so perfect that I couldn't grade them any worse. Even if there isn't any seafood in them, I'll keep purchasing them. I simply wish Fishpeople would think about including more clams, crab, and shrimp in their soups in the future.

Such delicious creaminess. Put a spoon in your backpack and the possibilities are endless! East to warm up and then dish it comes in you use to eat out of.
A bisque is a thick, creamy soup made from puréed seafood or vegetables. The word "bisque" comes from the French word for "burnt," which refers to the way the soup was originally made. To make a bisque, the seafood or vegetables are first simmered in a stock made from their shells. Then, the mixture is puréed and strained, and cream is added to give it a rich, smooth texture.
Bisques are thickened with a roux, which is a mixture of flour and fat cooked together until it forms a paste. The roux is then used to thicken the bisque.
