Can I put liquid detergent in the drum?

Most laundry detergents come in powder form and are designed to go in the drum. However, some liquids can be used in the drum. Check the label on your detergent to see if it can be used in the drum. If it doesn't say anything about the drum, it's probably not meant to go in there.

Can you mix liquid and powder detergent?

It's generally best not to mix liquid and powder detergents when doing your laundry. This is because they can react with each other and cause problems. For example, the powder might not dissolve properly or it might cause the liquid to foam up.

Do I add detergent first or clothes?

If you're wondering whether to add detergent to your washing machine before or after adding clothes, the general rule of thumb is to add detergent first. That way, it has a chance to dissolve and mix with the water before the clothes start going in.

How do I make my laundry smell good?

There are a few things you can do to make your laundry smell good. First, you can use a fabric softener when you wash your clothes. This will help to keep them smelling fresh. You can also add a few drops of essential oil to your laundry before you wash it. This will help to give it a nice scent. Finally, you can hang your clothes outside to dry. This will allow them to get some fresh air and will help to keep them smelling good.

Dreft Stage 2: Active Hypoallergenic Liquid Baby Laundry Detergent for Baby, Newborn, or Infant, 50 Ounces(32 Loads), 2 Count (Packaging May Vary) Review:

I adore the aroma so much. fantastic laundry soapHowever, it did arrive leaking. Two bottles of laundry soap are contained in a package. When it finally arrives, that box is contained within an Amazon box. If the top isn't completely fastened, there is nothing stopping the bottles from spilling. Although it leaked significantly, I didn't lose anything. However, it made the package smell lovely, and the first box stopped the leak from spreading to the main Amazon box, keeping my other products soap-free.

Tide Laundry Detergent Liquid, Original Scent, HE Turbo Clean, Pack of 3 Smart Pouches, 48 oz Each, 93 Loads Total Review:

Many years ago, my mother quit doing her own laundry. She suffered from dementia and was unable to use her new washer. We wash at least one load per day as her servants. She has urinary incontinence, and even though pads help, she almost always stains her clothes as she lowers them. As a result, we have tiny loads rather than family loads—at least one every day. Her clothing come out clean, fresh-smelling, and unfaded. With liquid detergent, we can control the detergent concentration and apply it directly to stains from food, etc. She is not allergic to colours or scents. Everyone is pleased with this detergent, and trust me, if someone thought Tide was subpar or pricey, I would know about it. I typically use the Subscribe and Save service to make purchases while searching for discounts.

Dreft Stage 1: Newborn Hypoallergenic Liquid Baby Laundry Detergent (HE), Natural for Baby, Newborn, or Infant, 50 Ounce (32 Loads), 2 Count (Packaging May Vary) Review:

It has a fresh baby scent. I used this to wash all of my little boy's clothes before he arrived. People complained that it was too perfume-like, yet they had no such issues. Since this is just two tiny bottles of dreft, I would have to double check the costs, but I believe I saw the similar thing when I read that it is less expensive at Walmart. I was also concerned after seeing numerous comments and images of bottles that had leaked after being delivered; however, one of mine was pristine, while the other had just a dry trace from a drizzle. Nothing that a washcloth can't remove.Since daddy has fair skin and the baby is now 5 weeks old, there have been no reported cases of skin sensitivity. I wash baby clothes almost every day, yet I've only used half a bottle so far. I'll keep buying, but I'm not sure which retailer—Walmart, Amazon, or Costco—offers the best value.

Tide Free and Gentle HE Laundry Detergent, 3 Pack of 48 oz. Pouches, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, 93 Loads Review:

My clothing have stayed clean without any smell thanks to them. After using it for a few months, I discovered that I didn't require nearly as much per load. No performance change from the perfumed detergents I used to use; this item still overlooks my lunch-spill on my sleeves and other mishaps. After using one of those gel packs created a large crimson stain on one of my shirts, I switched to this. With this clear detergent, that will never occur.I rapidly grew accustomed to not having any scent on my clothes, so now when I'm traveling or doing anything else and am required to use scented detergent, it smells so strange/unnatural. Though it is a matter of taste, I preferred this scentless detergent because I had grown weary of the scent of my old detergent.

Tide Free and Gentle HE Laundry Detergent Liquid, 100 oz, 64 Loads, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, Free and Clear of Dyes and Perfumes (Packaging May Vary) Review:

I've used this soap for a very long time, and it has been around for many years. I really enjoy ivory liquid, but finding it is quite tough and it has become very pricey. By the way, look at the picture. This works. For TIDE, PROCTOR and GAMBLE created a PROFESSIONAL AD. It was printed in all the MASSIVE periodicals, including HOUSE and GARDEN and the rest. CIRCULATED all across the planet. However, it is now outdated. Did you notice that TIDE is in a BOX and the colour of the appliances? I am pictured with my daughter, who is only 3 years old.

All Liquid Laundry Detergent, Free Clear for Sensitive Skin, 2X Concentrated, 110 Loads Review:

Wonderful detergent that is inexpensive! Have used this detergent (as well as dryer sheets) for about 2.5 years. We switched because we wanted a product that would be gentle on baby's delicate skin while we were expecting our first kid. I use this detergent to wash my spouse, my clothes, our son's clothes, and our clothes and linens. No intentions to change to another system!

Tide Purclean Plant-Based Laundry Detergent Liquid, Honey Lavender Scent, 50 oz, Pack of 2, 64 Loads Total (Packaging May Vary) Review:

AWESOME! I was stunned! I anticipated Purclean to be less effective than regular Tide in terms of cleaning. We have a septic tank, therefore I reluctantly purchased a bottle of Purclean because it is excellent for septic systems. Wow, Purclean is really good. It cleans, in my opinion, BETTER than regular tide. Septic-safe AND powerful Tide cleansing! I'll always use Purclean. Fantastic product! Sorry for the excessive use of exclamation points, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I'm glad.

Tide Laundry Detergent Liquid Eco-Box, Concentrated, Original Scent, 105 oz, HE Compatible, 96 Loads Review:

excellently crafted box Super simple dispensing and a cup holder. I also appreciate that it doesn't leak like other bottles with spouts do. The only drawback is that all of Tide's detergent smells just underwent a shift. It isn't the best and has a sweet tart aroma. If it didn't clean well, I might replace products merely because the aroma changed. I also appreciate that they increased the concentration over the jugs, allowing for more loads in a smaller box. I hope they keep using these boxes because they clean up easily and can be stored on the washer. Will continue to purchase in this manner and stop purchasing bottles.

Seventh Generation Concentrated Laundry Detergent, Free & Clear Unscented, 40 Fl Oz, Pack of 2 (106 Loads) Review:

I don't think this smells the best, but I used it to wash my kids' clothes from spring through fall of 2016 because of the problem with deer ticks in northeastern Pennsylvania (did reaseach to find out they do not like the scent of geraniums). I removed several ticks from my son, who enjoys playing outside and in the woods, before using this detergent. I saw none after using this detergent. When we are outside, we also use babyganics bug spray constantly, but I have to offer praise to this detergent. I'm purchasing it right now to utilize it once more this year!

Tide Laundry Detergent Liquid, Original Scent, HE Turbo Clean, 100 Fl Oz Review:

purchased two, and got them today. After reading evaluations of leaks, I became really anxious, but I decided to take a chance. Only one of the two, which is surprising, leaked. Not a lot, but adequate to wash only a single tiny load of laundry. Cleaning was bothersome, and it made other things in the package sticky (pause), but I was able to wipe that off just fine or just put away the packing.
