My daughter, who is 7 years old, had her ears pierced. With the purchase of the earrings and piercing, Macy's gave us one bottle of this cleanser. I'm thrilled with how well it worked to heal a piercing that had become infected. My nipples were pierced on September 30, 2017. One of them was becoming infected toward the end of May and throughout the entire month of June (probably because it got hit a couple of times which hurt and maybe resulted in small tears). Did sea salt soaks more frequently, but the wound was still not healing well (just clear, come back, clear, come back, redness, tenderness, etc.). On the basis of the reviews, I choose to purchase this product. It arrived on Thursday, June 28th, and was put to use that night and every day after. The discomfort was completely gone and the infection was gone by this past Saturday and Sunday. Back to the regular healing process, no pain. I'm overjoyed because, if things kept going the way they were, I might have to have the piercing removed. I'm one of those persons who heals faster than the majority of people, therefore if I had known about this product sooner, I would have bought it to speed up the healing process.

I don't often write reviews, but this one is deserving. I wished I had taken before and after pictures. I faithfully used this 4–5 times per day for two weeks. On days 3 or 4, my lump initially became worse. On the hump, it started to appear crusty and scabby. I assumed I would keep using this. Things frequently seem to grow worse before they get better as they mend. Yes, it is true! The bulge was totally gone by week two. There is no sign of skin bumps, inflammation, or scarring. Okay everyone, so approximately 2.5 months ago, I had my double lobe pierced. Despite what I had heard online and in person, I was never overly concerned about infection. They had remarked, "Lobes don't really get infected," and "It'll recover in no time."Little was all I knew. My left ear never felt like it was mending after the piercings, but my right ear was completely great. After waiting about a month and cleaning it twice or three times with the piercer's solution, it always had this greenish/gray crust around my earring and was always little uncomfortable to the touch. A buddy then advised me to buy this spray. For the first time, I removed the earring and thoroughly cleaned everything. My left ear had only been pierced for about two weeks when, out of the blue, it started to feel 100 times better.Consequently, while I'm cruising along with my left ear finally feeling normal after a month, I accidentally hit my right ear with my hairbrush, which causes my right earring to become stuck in the comb's teeth and nearly pull out. I started to cry a little. These are my friends in real life.So the following day I developed this enormous bulge behind my piercing (as shown in the picture; I apologize for its ugliness), and I started using the H2Ocean spray right away because I wasn't attempting to play any more games with my life. Absolutely effective! No more keloid after around two weeks! Call me naive, but I had no idea what keloids were, so when I had my nose pierced, I assumed I had developed a large pimple. I suppose I was fortunate to avoid this problem with my 6 ear piercings and 1 belly piercing. Since the keloid was white, I initially believed it to be a pimple until I noticed that it wasn't bleeding like some pimples do after being punctured. I tried the cheap rubbish treatment I received from my piercing shop, but it had no effect. I did apply toothpaste to the keloid when it was still large in order to help it dry out at night while I slept on it. I used to wash my face after waking up and then apply the piercing solution. Do hold the solution firmly in place for 2-4 minutes; it will be well worth it. I was on the verge of giving up and removing my piercing, but I'm so happy I persisted through it every day. Be patient; you'll see the layers of skin peeling off!

I had my auricle pierced and was extremely worried that it wouldn't heal well after having a terrible time with two lobe piercings on each ear. However, a combination of leaving it alone and using H2Ocean when it becomes irritated is really expediting the healing process, and I haven't had any problems yet with my 2 month old piercing.I appreciate that it sprays a strong mist, but because I'm worried about aerosols, I'd rather it had a pump-to-spray type canister and perhaps a more exact aim because it wets my whole ear for this tiny piercing.However, for convenience and peace of mind, I highly recommend it.
