If you love pasta as much as I do, you'll try it with every sauce and/or "gravy" imaginable. This one is simply fantastic! Because it is so thin, my other half prefers angel hair pasta to linguine, which she dislikes because it is so thick. This "Fini" pasta was the ideal fit for both her and my tastes. This pasta has been softened while remaining al dente. With either, you still get the linguine-like texture and practically any sauce or gravy will stick to it quite well. You won't be dissatisfied with the flavour or the price if you enjoy pasta. Yes, I strongly advise it.

For years, this cost about $1 per box at the nearby grocery shop, but all of a sudden it increased to roughly $1.40 and never decreased. It's either this or the store brands on Mondays, and since we eat a lot of salads in the summer and have been Barilla fans for over 20 years, finding it here with free shipping is a nice advantage. We made this buy because it only cost roughly 90 cents each package. After eating pasta for almost 60 years, I believe Barilla is one of the best brands available. It comes out neatly and doesn't require rinsing when a little oil is added to the water. Whatever I say probably won't change your mind because you either love it or you don't, but if you already use it, this pricing was excellent and the lowest I've seen in over ten years.

MADE IN ITALY -100% Product of Italy
100% NATURAL - The ancient Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860, and is a fifth generation family business. It produces a vast range of specialties, using ancient craft techniques, free of both preservatives and coloring agents.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS - Fish based sauces, whole cherry tomato, anchovy and caper sauce
LINGUINE AL NERO DI SEPPIA - This particular pasta is a variation, as squid ink is added. This gives the pasta a carbon like colour and makes it an amazing ingredient to play with and create beautiful dishes.
THE BEST PASTA MAKER IN ITALY - Most pasta production removes the wheat semolina, which is the heart of the grain itself, and which contains vitamin A, D, E, and vegetable protein, it also causes the product to be more perishable. However, Pasta Morelli reincorporates the wheat semolina into the semolina, which gives the pasta a unique and delicious taste, which releases a wonderful aroma on cooking, the cooking water, and taking on a slight green hue.

This spaghetti cooked well and created the most delicious dinner! Despite the fact that I am by no means an experienced cook, this pasta did not overcook rapidly and had such a fantastic flavor on its own that it gave me the impression that I was a talented gourmet cook. To avoid overpowering the noodle, I made it with a garlic butter shrimp sauce, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. I then topped it with small, chipped red onions. This noodle really impressed me, and I must admit that the dark hue made me laugh a little. This pasta and many others will undoubtedly be ordered from this supplier in the future. I particularly valued their commitment to providing excellent customer service and their sweet follow-up email after I made my transaction. Please give this spaghetti a try; it is fantastic!

I adore Barilla pasta products because they are always excellent and always have the ideal "al dente" texture, which is crucial to me because I am an Italian-American who grew up in a family and spent a lot of time in Boston's North End.At least once a week, my family has pasta for dinner. We top it with a variety of sauces, most of which are homemade, but we also use Victoria brand marinara (the best store-bought marinara, in my opinion). All of them, including thick Bolognese, Alfredo, and Carbonara, as well as different types of pesto and lighter broth-based sauces, can hold their own against this linguine.A piece of advice: Don't combine leftover pasta and sauce when storing it. Place it in a separate container for refrigeration. To rehydrate it, place it in boiling water for no more than one to two minutes before draining and serving.Unfortunately, my neighborhood grocery shop no longer carries Barilla linguine and now only carries the store brand. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime Pantry because four boxes cost $5.18, which is less than my neighborhood grocery store.

Great Low Carb Pasta Option for Keto and Paleo diets

This pasta substitute is fantastic. Whatever you would typically use to top pasta tastes fantastic with it. I include roasted peppers, spinach, diced tomatoes, chicken sausage, and Parmesan. Given that it is made of hearts of palm, this certainly isn't the pasta-tasting food you're searching for, but it's a fantastic low-carb alternative. Even though I don't particularly enjoy hearts of palm, I adore this pasta. It tastes better to me than spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles after a thorough rinsing before use. The cost is the only drawback.

Palmini is a low carb pasta substitute made 100% out of a natural plant known as Hearts of Palm. When this plant is cut and cooked in the proper way, itΓ’β¬β’s resemblance to regular noodles is remarkable. Not only does it look like pasta, but it can also taste like pasta if you add the proper sauce!

I should note at the outset of this review that I really enjoy hearts of palm. They are edible straight from the jar. I was so attracted by this product right away. And based on reasonable expectations, it didn't let us down. Using these noodles, some excellent bottled tomato sauce, and vegan sausage, I made a delectable "pasta" dish. The noodles were thoroughly cleaned, but I did not let them soak in milk (as they suggest to get rid of the palm taste). I enjoy the taste of palm, but after you add additional ingredients, the flavor truly recedes into the background. They are shaped like linguine, as you can see from the images, but each piece is only approximately 4 inches long. They continue to be firm, giving your mouth a texture that is somewhat akin to al dente spaghetti. The sauce also adheres to them. They were more flavorful than, say, zucchini noodles, but not as flavorful as lentil or garbanzo bean noodles, in my opinion.Since hearts of palm are essentially water, adding a protein and some healthy fats, like I did with the vegan sausage, is necessary to give them any actual nutritional worth. They make a great substitute for wheat pasta in this situation. However, they are pricey. If pasta is not the main course, each box contains perhaps 2 servings. It was one large serving for me.
