They're excellent once we get cleats that fit or aren't defective. But getting the shoes we needed required three tries. The first pair of shoes didn't fit properly (a little bit too big), but one pair also had a problem with the base of the tongue that made it unpleasant. The defect was essentially a protrusion that dug into the foot at the base of the tongue's upward roll. We thought the problem was an isolated incident, so we sent them back and replaced them with a smaller size. The second effort was much better, although both tongues still had the same problem as the first. We eventually received a pair without the flaw after sending the first ones back. To cut a long story short, before wearing on the field, look for anything that appears to be a quality control concern at the base of the tongue. If you're fortunate enough to obtain a set without this problem, you will adore them, which is why they still receive four stars. They are even more comfy than the UA highlights from earlier generations. Without including the ones that were returned, this is our fourth set, and we intend to keep buying them.

The shoes are gorgeous. They are comfortable and have a beautiful appearance. I wear them everywhere—to work, on errand runs, etc. Once you put them on, they are quite simple to put on and remain put on your foot. When they were on sale, I purchased a second pair, but I can no longer locate them for anywhere near what I paid (31 bucks). When I locate a good offer, I'll keep looking and buy them once more. I also bought a pair for my wife, who also adores them.

*Updated*6/8/19:My left foot has a heel spur, plantar fasciitis, a tight calf, weak ankles (from eight or more sprains from basketball and football), Achilles tendonitis, and other conditions. Over the past 12 years, I've utilized $400 bespoke orthotics from my podiatrist. I recently started feeling burning rocks under my feet after working out at any intensity.I made the decision that I needed to act independently and conducted some research. Our feet appear to have been shaped into nubs that need shoes to function normally. The issue is that, although our forefathers were raised in a natural environment, shoes prevent your feet from experiencing anything. We have just recently grown accustomed to shoes.I decided to purchase a pair of Vibram Five Fingers since it is worthwhile to make an investment in my ongoing foot issues now rather than later. Even though I was encouraged by the goods, the price was too costly to justify for something I had no idea would help or worsen my problems.So I chose to test these out first. My second complete day of utilizing them is now. They are comfortable enough, and while I can't guarantee a solution, I like walking on them. Since I now feel a connection from my spine to my feet, I have immediately observed a natural correction in my gait. It's a weird and intriguing experience that I've never had.I'm satisfied with this acquisition. The quality and appearance are excellent for the $35 price tag, and so far it has been simpler for me to process information and alter my walking habits (I studied YouTube videos on the appropriate stride extensively), in addition to a slight reduction in pain. I alternate between wearing them on half of my days and my Nike Frees, which are similar to minimalist running shoes but have a lot more cushioning. The WHITIN sneakers are still in excellent condition, demonstrating that the craftsmanship is superb for the cost.The foot pain is intermittent but generally getting better. Even though I haven't put any strain on my feet in over a month, the pain hasn't totally subsided. I've practiced yoga, stretching, massage therapy, and functional training, but the latter seems to have benefited the most! I am confident that this product is strengthening my feet because I can clearly tell when my heel-striking habits recur when I wear them, and I am much more conscious of my walk (which could be argued is the main purpose).Like I previously mentioned, the entire regimen reduced my foot discomfort from an 8 to a 4 or 5. (a month of effort). I continue to be pleased with the purchases. For those of you who are debating, I advise giving it a day's worth of use before returning it. I'm sure it's not for everyone, and strengthening your feet isn't the only way to get rid of foot discomfort; like myself, you also need to keep an eye on what makes the problem worse, stay away from those things, and develop healthy habits to make up for the 36 years of bad walking.

The rumours about these sneakers are true. I use these for baseball and cross-training on grass. They are incredibly cosy and stable. I tried wearing them while running, but they are too flat and heavy for long distances. However, they are excellent for lateral movement, jumping, and quick sprints. These were purchased for my daughter, a high school lacrosse player. Her ankles were severely hurting from the non-high top cleats she had been wearing. She no longer experiences ankle instability or pain thanks to these cleats. Prior to making my purchase, I read the reviews, and most people agreed that they ran small. They are a size too big, but they suit her reasonably well. I would advise getting a size and a half larger.

These were purchased for my fifth-grader. His cleats were becoming clogged with rubber granules from the school's artificial turf installation. Other than putting them on, they function exactly as they should. I discovered that putting on his socks first, donning the spats and pushing them up above his ankle, donning his cleats, and then pulling the bottom of the spats over the cleats was the simplest method for putting them on.This can be difficult depending on how snug the fit is for the size. The fact that these will shrink a little if you dry them in the dryer should make it easier to put them on.For us, the size chart on their listing was perfect. Can't be certain about larger sizes.

Take a bigger size! I bought these sneakers for my daughter, who is 11 years old. All other pairs of shoes she owns are a size 6.5. We bought a size 7 in the hopes that they would at least fit her for the following year. She was unable to insert her foot! The 8.5 fits perfectly after two more purchases in larger sizes.
