Lacrosse balls are not the same for boys and girls. The girls game uses a smaller ball that is easier to control with the stick. The boys game uses a larger ball that is harder to control but is necessary for the larger field size.
There is no definitive answer to this question as the hardness of a lacrosse ball or baseball can vary depending on the materials used and how they are manufactured. However, in general, lacrosse balls are typically harder than baseballs. This is because lacrosse balls are designed to be used on harder surfaces, such as concrete, and need to be able to withstand more impact. Baseballs, on the other hand, are designed for use on softer surfaces, such as grass, and don't need to be as hard.
Lacrosse balls are specifically designed to bounce high. They are made of hard rubber and have a smooth surface. This combination makes them ideal for bouncing on hard surfaces.
Lacrosse balls are designed to float in water, making them perfect for water-based games and activities. Thanks to their buoyancy, lacrosse balls are also great for swimming pools and other bodies of water.

I use a nice study lacrosse ball to work on my elbows, knees, and shoulders' range of motion. Powerlifting-style exercise on a frequent basis has left some lingering problems near my joints that can't be entirely addressed by foam rolling. I was advised to use a lacrosse ball to lessen the tension that my tennis elbow and rotator cuff problems cause me. I experience a great deal less tension after using the ball, and I can complete my lifts with less stress and strain, which should lower my risk of getting hurt again.

I'm not going to lieââŹâthese are wonderful. I travel with a set of lacrosse balls. Being active, I pretty much adapt my activities to the season. For example, in the winter, I snowboard and trek in the backcountry; in the summer, I trail run, walk, bike, swim, rock climb, surf, and paddle board. Having said that, these minor ones truly enable me to push myself to the next level. These are of excellent quality. I've had these two for a year and have put them through everything, and they are stable and maintain their stiffness. They have greatly aided my recovery. My pals and I both adore them. In actuality, one of them is missing because they loved them so much. I always have this with me in my backpack, regardless of the situation. preparing to purchase a second pair. When these arrived, I was quite happy. I've been content ever since. If you're anything like me, you depend on these ratings and evaluations to be truthful in order to make wise choices. Having stated that, I write this review for people just like you and me. For writing a review, I did not receive a special deal, a free item, or any other benefit. Once more, I'm just providing my frank opinion for those who are like you and me.Hope this was useful.

I adore the size, shape, and firmness of this ball. It works perfectly to wrap around my spine and roll between my shoulder blades, where I frequently injure a muscle.I will note that this device really, really, terribly gathers lint, dust, and other things. This item removes cat hair, dust, and lint from the carpet from my white cat. I can count how many crumbs and other items were on the floor in the kitchen, one of my only rooms with a hard surface. I like how solid it is, but I think they messed up the surface's texture.Other than that, an excellent product for the money.

Let's say your child has just signed up for their first-ever lacrosse league. Now imagine that prior to your child joining a league, you may not have even known lacrosse was a sport. Now imagine that this kid wants you to practice with them, so you go out and get a bag of lacrosse balls, two sticks, and you start trying to catch and throw the ball. You eventually collect the first three balls that you or the stated child tossed and the other failed to grab after sprinting around the neighborhood for 8 to 10 miles. This ball doesn't bounce down the street until it shatters a car window, or until it finally stops after a few blocks. Additionally, you will notice that it does not bounce off walls like a real ball would from one wall to a picture frame on the opposite wall if you are foolish enough to attempt a practice session inside, as I am. Does it have the same texture as a standard lacrosse ball? No. However, it is similar enough that it is acceptable for beginners like my children and myself. Although we could definitely learn more at this time by throwing ping pong balls, the lack of bounce actually makes our practice sessions more fun. On the other hand, our Labrador retriever thinks it is just plain dull.

These lacrosse balls are excellent. I feel better when we practise at home because they are the exact same balls that my sons use in the training camps they have been attending. These balls are really solid and real; they are not the incredibly soft, bouncing balls. Getting smacked by these will hurt.

These are items I've used in the past since they are perfect for the several rescued pets I "forever-home," and this order was no different, with one major exception: The balls themselves were loose inside and tumbled out when the exterior seal was broken on the order's blue and white bubble envelope from Amazon. Only six of the eight balls that I had ordered were there, and the OEM transparent plastic bagââŹâwhich had a bar code indicating the exact number of eightââŹâhad been almost completely cut in half to remove two of the balls.Thankfully, Amazon refunded the order; but, there appears to be no way to just return the two missing balls, so I will need to order another set to satisfy our needs.Except for the apparent internal theft, which was my first experience in over a decade as an Amazon Prime member, this order (and especially the goods) were both great.

Players of lacrosse, please proceed; this review is not for you.If you have trigger points in your back (those tight bands of muscles that hurt like the dickens), you're probably always looking for a solution to relieve their discomfort without visiting a massage parlor or pleading with your partner to use all of his or her fingers. This ball works quite well. Tennis balls are frequently discussed in books on trigger points and myofascial pain, but they are not nearly firm enough. On the advice of an online myofascia book, I switched to a Kong ball (yes, the dog toy), but it has holes on either side that make it difficult to maneuver the ball against a wall. This is more effective and has the same density and toughness. Here's what you do if you haven't already: look around your house for a great, empty wall. Try to position the ball in the delicate area while standing a few inches away from it with your back to it. To position it properly, you might need to sort of roll it about. When you locate the ideal location or trigger point, lean heavily into it and move it over the area back and forth for AT LEAST A MINUTE! Yes, it could be excruciatingly painful, but doing it for even a brief period of time will make the issue worse rather than better. Reduce pressure if it becomes too painful.(If you have difficulty keeping the ball in place or it falls to the floor, it is advised that you put it inside a sock or nylon stocking and you can hold the ball in place over your shoulder - but I find I can just hold the ball in place with my body and catch the ball as I move away from the wall.)The upper, lower, and buttock trigger points respond well to this approach. Because of the incorrect angle, I don't find it effective for shoulders or neck. To get your muscles in the best possible positions for this type of activity, you might need to move your arms to different angles or positions.

These are exactly what was described ââŹâ a lacrosse ball that does not chemically degrade and "grease" the surface after prolonged use or exposure to the outdoors. These were initially bought for use as autographs at an MLL game. They entered the bucket or the gear bag when that didn't quite work out. They have performed admirably when used outdoors, on turf and grass, when they are bounced off walls, when they are skipped across blacktop, etc. So why only 4 stars when it truly is what it claims to be? The cost remains a problem. I am aware that you are paying for a significant improvement in quality, but ultimately the cost will need to decrease. These wouldn't take the place of the less expensive (and grubbier) bucket of balls for practice or even for a weekend tournament, but I would buy them for signatures, as a great presentation piece, or even to use in a showcase game.

I belong to the group who ought to have paid closer attention to the "Reviews" section. I didn't comprehend that "youth" meant "much smaller and not hard like a standard lacrosse ball" when it was used in the sentence. If that's what you're after, they're probably ideal. Only four stars since, in my opinion, the title or the subsequent description should have been a little clearer:Use the Franklin Sports Youth Lacrosse Balls-3 Pack to keep the action going. If you want to make sure you always have a lacrosse ball available for your team or youngsters, keep it on hand in your coaching bag or garage. These balls, which are intended for young lacrosse players aged 6 and up, are available in three different colors: Red, green, and white
It can hurt to get hit with a lacrosse ball, depending on how hard it is hit and where it hits you. It is important to wear the proper protective gear when playing lacrosse to help reduce the risk of injury.
A lacrosse ball can be thrown at speeds up to 100 miles per hour.
A lacrosse ball is about 5 to 6 ounces. It is about the size of a tennis ball.
Lacrosse balls are built to last. They are made of tough rubber and can withstand a lot of wear and tear. However, they will eventually start to show signs of wear and tear. Most lacrosse balls will last for several seasons with proper care.
A lacrosse ball is about as hard as a baseball, which means it can do some serious damage if you're hit by one. Even though they're not as hard as a baseball, they're still pretty solid and can leave a mark.
A lacrosse ball is not the same size as a tennis ball. A lacrosse ball is typically about 9-10 inches in circumference, while a tennis ball is about 6-7 inches in circumference. Lacrosse balls are also typically made of harder materials than tennis balls, which makes them bounce higher and travel faster.
