How do you keep bait fish alive for long periods of time?

Bait fish can be kept alive for long periods of time by using a live well or bait tank. A live well is a tank of water that is constantly aerated and filtered to keep the water fresh and the bait fish alive. A bait tank is similar to a live well, but it is not constantly aerated and filtered. Bait tanks must be monitored closely to make sure the bait fish have enough oxygen and are not being crushed by the weight of the water.

Thekuai Fishing Lure Cover, 5 Piece Lure Wraps,Boat Carpeting, Fishing Hook Covers,Durable & Clear PVC, Keeps Children, Pets and Fishermen Safe from Sharp Hooks!( 8" L x 8" W ) Review:

In order to always have the best rod, reel line type, color, strength, and lure already attached for the water circumstances, I like to carry eight different rods and reels, which is why I like to use lure wrap covers. This is made possible by the lure wrap because it is "See Thru Clear" and enables me to see which bait is on each rod/reel combination safely.

KastKing Fishing Lure Wraps, 4 Packs Lure Cover, Saltwater Resistant Fishing Gear, Fishing Hook Covers, Durable & Clear PVC Keeps Fishing Safe, Easily See Lures, Available in Two Sizes, Great Value Review:

These are genuinely amazing things. They not only prevent your lines from tangling while being stored and transported, but they are also simple to use, guard against car hookups, and most importantly, shield small hands from sharp hooks.I purchased the larger size, which is similar to the medium bait sack. Although it might be too large for some lures, I believe the greater size will make it more useful overall, and for only $2 more, it was an easy decision.Purchase a set as a favour to yourself. Or 2. I'm going to acquire another set for myself.Best Kast King

Berkley Jar Bait Folder Review:

I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought this because it came with everything shown. Other than the case itself, nothing is provided by this. Although the product description does not mention this matter, the product reviews do. I made the decision to improvise, bought my own bait, and my dad ADORES it! Was not a cheap endeavor; it holds 16 jars wonderfully. Unsure of what to put in the pockets, I simply bought some sweets with a fishing theme for entertainment. It seems sturdy, zips up smoothly, and ought to last him for a while. That's all that matters—he loves it.

Drasry Collapsible Fishing Bait Bucket Portable Multi-Functional Fish Live Lures Bucket Review:

I bought it for a trip to Florida so I could pick up some shrimp and skulk off by myself to go fishing. Due to the cost, I didn't have very high expectations when I purchased it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The materials used can withstand a battering without being torn or damaged because it is quite tough. I think the connecting rope is overly long, but others might find it beneficial. My major long-term worry is that the zippers would break or rust, but after being used in salt water for more than a week, that hasn't happened yet. The wife would take it outside to pick shells when I wasn't using it for shrimp, and that worked pretty well too. She could simply zip the top closed and rinse everything under water all at once after collecting her sand-covered shells, leaving a basket of clean goodies. All things considered, I would feel confident purchasing a second of these if I ever needed another small live-bait bucket.

Berkley Soft Bait Binder Review:

I recently received my Berkeley Binder, which made me very happy. Due to my preference for organization and want to spend more time on the water, I felt it was a fantastic idea. The concept is fantastic! I like the terminal tackle pockets with zippers, the huge pocket with pliers pocket, and the robust zippers on the outside of the binder. Along with the enormous Berkeley logo on the main pocket, I enjoy that the zippers also include the Berkeley emblem. When I discovered that the real bait bags were constructed of a material and seal similar to a zip-lock sandwich bag, I became rather irritated. I would anticipate a stronger seal and a thicker substance. It would be more useful to use a sturdy freezer bag and seal (lock) material. It's designed for outdoor fishers, right? These bags in particular ought to be built to last because some people are rough with their equipment. I have a feeling that if the zipper got hooked on one of the bags, it would rip a significant hole in it. Individual pouches could also be added to prevent the baits from sliding. This item was on sale for $14.99, which I think is the full value of it. Because it seems to contain a lot of baits—up to six per bag, depending on how big the bags are—I purchased an extra five bait bags.Regarding the actual binder and features, I'm rating this product 5 STARS. And the bait bags get two stars. I am aware that the star rating is unclear, but after reading, I hope you will understand. Guys, enjoy yourselves and stay careful out there!

Goture Waterproof//2-sided//Fishing-Lure-Boxes-Bait,for Vest Small-Case, Mini-Box Storage Containers Review:

In the process of making videos, I use many little little items. This small box is excellent for organizing and storing small objects like screws, nuts, and bolts or other things you might not have a lot of but need to access frequently. However, the rest of the box is excellent for all the other hardware pieces I use for some of my filmmaking equipment. I did need to cut out a few partitions from one side of the case to make room for some small Allen keys and a few long standoff pegs.I enjoy the clear doors and separators that keep everything organized when you open the case. The clear doors can flip open thanks to catch releases on the doors. The case appears to be reasonably durable and fits neatly with the other equipment you would be transporting to a production shoot or perhaps simply a camping or fishing vacation. The future? It seems well-planned.

Promar Wire Bait Cage Review:

fantastic for battling sea lions! The cage is extremely well crafted and sturdy. I've been able to crab without having the sea lions steal my bait. Just make sure the cage is firmly fastened to your hoop net, and use a key ring on the door. Sea lions will break the elastic hook as soon as it is broken since it is not strong enough. If you use this bait cage long enough, as evidenced by the teeth marks and deformed sides, you will get your money's worth!
