These swabs for cleaning guns are excellent! They are made of a foam-like substance that is lint-free. The hold lubricants and cleaners while removing all fibers to accumulate dirt. The foam-like heads compress effectively to fit into tight spaces and thoroughly clean the sides, bottom, and corners of nooks. For instance, my Sig Sauer P365's slide and frame have long, narrow grooves that the head of the swab really cleans into the corners of. When I used one for the first time, I tested it on my pistol after cleaning it without firing it. The swab picked up a lot of powder residue that the cotton heads of the previous swabs I had been using had left behind. The plastic "stick" seems to have the perfect amount of flexibility to assist rigorous cleaning while yet letting the swab to be forced all the way into some of the little crevices in the gun.I suggest these swabs to anyone looking for high-quality swabs for cleaning firearms.

We are content with them, even though this may be the most obscure thing I've ever evaluated. The flavored sticks made it much simpler to get my kid to follow the dentist's advice to bite down on a tongue depressor every day in an effort to improve her bite. PROS - Simple to use - Test sheet included to make sure you took the test correctly - Customer care number supplied genuinely works. I called to ask what that meant because I thought it odd that the packaging said it CONTAINS LEAD. It turns out that a tiny amount of lead was digitally printed on the test paper so that you could see what the alarming test result would look like. They claim that as long as you wash the dishes after using them for eating, you can use them.CONS - Lead is present. I don't really want to open a package of something that contains lead if I have lead paranoia. Maybe provide a caution with the test paper in a separate bag?
