Greenlee 60246 Slug-Buster Knockout Punch Unit, 1-7/32-Inch Review:

When it comes to knockouts, they're excellent Greenlee is the greatest. Not because mine broke or became worn out, but more because they had a propensity to wander off a jobsite, if you get what I mean. Additionally, this dimension is essential for installing push buttons and selection switches but is not included in ordinary sets. HOLD ON TO IT, then.

XOOL Revolving Punch Plier Kit, Punch Hole Tool including Punch Plier, Brass Pad, Screwdriver and Grinding Rod for Belt, Saddle, Watch Strap, Shoe, Fabric, Paper, etc Review:

You might be becoming aware of an unanticipated effect of taking part in The Biggest Loser (BL) now that we are halfway into our second month. You might now be experiencing sagging pants as I am. This is an unwelcome side effect of reducing waist measurements so quickly that the belt's notches can't keep up. I ran out of notches in my situation.Sagging trousers may be OK for teenagers, but they are inappropriate for the workplace. Sagging pants are not specifically addressed in the HR Policy Handbook, however it does state:"As a professional services organization, it's critical that we present the right image to the public, our partners, and our clients. Our personnel are expected to dress appropriately for the situation and use discretion when selecting their clothing and personal appearance.Sagging clothing sends a clear message that it is unacceptable. So what do you do? Since new belts are pricey, you would have to buy a new one every week if you were losing inches like I am.The XOOL Revolving Punch Plier Kit offers some hope. You may create belt notches as quickly as you require them with this straightforward yet useful tool. I have raised the notches on each of my belts in a matter of minutes. No more drooping clothing. Now I look presentable, my pants remain up, and I abide by HR regulation.

TEMCo Hydraulic Knockout Punch TH0004 - Electrical Conduit Hole Cutter Set KO Tool Kit 5 YEAR WARRANTY Review:

I haven't used it yet, so my review at this point is merely an assessment of what I received. Everything has really nice fit and finish, and it's much more solid than I anticipated. When I attempted to move the shipment as shipped, this was clear. The absence of any nation of origin markings caught our attention during inspection. In their corporate information, they state that they are a California manufacturer. These punches are not to be used to punch numerous layers of metal or for offset partial punching, according to the instructions. I won't make any guarantees there because one of my venerable Greenlee punches couldn't handle "cleaning up" a problematic hole for a trailer electrical connector. After locating a grade 8 bolt to replace the original draw bolt, I was able to complete the task. Metal punches are considerably more effective than large drill bits or hole saws when I do use them, which isn't very often.

Greenlee 710 Metal Stud Punch, 1-11/32-Inch Diameter Review:

First off, the description's claim that it creates a hole with a 1-1/4" diameter is absurd. Even though a circle has a diameter, there is no circle hole. This creates an odd hole. In contrast to drilling a hole or employing a knockout punch, it does not remove the hole. This creates a hole that resembles cutting an X and then peeling back the four triangles. All of the metal is still present, but you end up with a square hole. In order to avoid interfering with the rolling back of the four triangles, it punches a hole through the metal using a spear with a pyramidal shape and four fingers on the rear.It takes some practice to get that pyramid-shaped spear back out of the hole once it has been punched through. That pyramid becomes stuck and refuses to exit the hole if you force it all the way through. However, if you only punch it through 99% of the way, it will easily come back out. It's actually not that bad once I made the mental switch to utilizing this rather than a circular punch. That pyramid-shaped spear simply penetrates a metal stud. The best portion follows. Pulling MC cable through these perforations is great, just as promised. It doesn't matter if I'm the only person using this particular punch tool. No matter how many 10,000 electricians mock my punch tool, I don't care. The ease of pulling wire through these holes has convinced me to never use a circular punch for mc again. The only thing they need change is to remove "diameter" from the description.

Glow Rod, 5 ft to 15 ft, Fiberglass Review:

This invention is fantastic. Not horribly inexpensive, but reasonable given what they offer.Fish tape is okay, I suppose, but this extra rigidity makes it easier to see what you're knocking into when the sticks are in a wall. I find it difficult to tell using fish tape. These are sturdy but flexible. The minimum 90 degree turn is 4.5 inches, per the specifications.I'm now rewiring my home, and I need a lot of fish wire. If you ask me, utilizing this product is far superior to using the traditional fish tape. Time is money, and I've saved a lot of time because of this. You receive three 5' chunks, but it is difficult to tell from the photographs. If necessary, you can screw them together for a total length of 15'. It also includes two tips. a j-hook tip with a tip shaped like a "bullet." Pulling wire back has proven to be a rather effective usage for the j-hook tip. Create a "J" in the wire that needs to be pulled, attach it to the tip of a j-hook with tape, and pull. Good results. This has emerged in my experience when using fish tape has been a tremendous pain (tape binding up in the walls due to stuff like nails, wood, whatever else is in there). Or sometimes the impediments prevent you from hitting the target, pushing the tape away from where you want it to go. It's frustrating to use normal tape, but this seems to work. You can make things work, but I've occasionally had to improvise, like using a J-shaped piece of ground wire to hook the pole and guide it where I wanted.———————————————————————————————————————————————-I have completed the rewiring of my home. For the time and effort they save me, these have been well worth the money. The assessment from above is accurate as written. It's difficult to compare these to fish tape because they are so much better. I suppose you could always get another kit if you needed something longer than 15'.

TEMCo TH0037 4" HYDRAULIC KNOCKOUT PUNCH Electrical Conduit Hole Cutter Set KO Tool Kit 5 Year Warranty Review:

Tool itself appears to be in good shape, but the draw bar broke on my first (4") hole. It initially bent before breaking on the second hole, but that's okay because they have a five year warranty, right? Evidently, no. I emailed the business, but I never received a response. A guarantee is a falsehood. They forgot about me, a client with the power to post a review, after just one month. Unwise move Now a useless tool.Update: I received a replacement draw stud after some wrangling with Temco. Only after I emailed them images of the hole I made when it broke, descriptions of the metal I was punching out, and a description of my prior experience with similar tools did they respond. Since I wasn't getting a response from Amazon, I also had to get in touch with them directly. In the end, they stood by their product; it appears that they cared more about my review than they did about how much I liked the tool. The draw bar was sent incredibly fast, and the tool is now operational again. Given that the tool appears to be well-made and of high quality, I do think that the initial break may have been caused by a defective part. My previous rating was one star, but since they made things right, I've changed it to four stars because of the excellent quality and low price. Without a doubt, I would buy more of their stuff.

Punch, Knockout, Round, 7/8 In Review:

easily cuts through stainless. Q-max is a different brand that seems to function equally well. Although they are produced and shipped out of the UK, these punches are far more affordable and of higher quality than the Greenlee brand. For slightly over $20 delivered, I purchased the 1-1/4" punch.

15 Ton 1/2" to 4" Hydraulic Knockout Punch Driver Kit Hole Complete Tool 10 Dies 11 14 Gauge Tool Metal Case Yellow Review:

The two-day delivery of the very heavy (47lbs) package. There are no instructions other than the use cautions. Since YouTube is a fantastic resource for information, understanding it was not too difficult. At first, I tested it out on some scrap metal, and it really does cut like butter. extra gaskets for the hydraulic pump are included. Each die is individually lubricated and packaged. Dies have a sharp edge. Case latches should be better designed because they are a little flimsy now. You don't want this to suddenly open when you're carrying it.

There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on a number of factors, such as the weight and size of the person throwing the punch, the target being punched, and the amount of force behind the punch.
