I purchased this box for my teas yesterday. I generally use Twinings tea since they fit so well. This package is amazing. Because you can never tell from reviews or photographs how it would actually look, I was a little anxious. I immediately filled mine after opening it, and everything fit. Turning a few bags upside down can give you more space and allow more to fit in each section. It has a great appearance. The poor oxygen flow that extinguishes the tealight in the other gift-set warmers is one problem, but that is not a problem at all with this design! (See the top photo, attached!) It was wonderful that the right and left sides didn't get too hot so I could adjust the entire warmer a little bit if I unintentionally bumped my desk. The tealights I've used with this have burnt continuously.The teapot, as you can see, may be on the smaller side, but I've found that it's a good size for one or two people (if you're feeling generous). The pot's placement atop the warmer itself is one aspect of it that gives me pause. Although strong, there is a tiny bit of movement. Just enough for me to notice that the bottom was gradually gathering small damage. It would only do minor, at most, cosmetic damage.On the subject of minor injury. Although my set was beautiful, the teapot's back has a minor scratch. Nothing that would render it absolutely useless, but Teabloom was more than eager to work with me to obtain a different setup when I reported it to them. They advised me to purchase another one of their items and had the replacement shipped out because this specific set wasn't available at the time. Neither did I have to worry myself with returning anything. If something goes wrong with your order, I highly recommend contacting the staff members you interacted with because they were all helpful and responsive. I was delighted to offer this product five stars since I know that they will work with you to make things right.

I ordered the Buckingham Palace Teapot and Warmer set—which cost about $60 and according to the item description was supposed to contain a warmer—for my mother, however the warmer never arrived. I'm extremely dissatisfied with what I got because the handle had a big fracture and the clear coat was peeling. Perhaps I just got the "bad apple" of the batch because the evaluations on this site are generally very positive. However, if it's missing pieces and has a significant fracture, it's not worth the $60. Despite the fact that it is quite lovely.**UPDATE**I recently received a call from an excellent representative. The lid of my Capresso electric kettle finally broke down when it split into multiple parts that I was unable to put back together. This Cosori (?) kettle met all of my requirements for a kettle upgrade and was an Amazon's Choice.1) Big enough to fill my airpot without having to add more. With one exception, which is covered below, the styling, fit, and finish are of the highest caliber. The base is solid and rests flat without obstructing the cords. The base includes rubber feet that are "grippy," so it stays place. I was concerned about how the lid and (all stainless steel) spout strainer would work together, but I was relieved that they did not "get in the way" because the strainer is solidly connected to the lid. Simple thumb buttons are used to open and close the lid. With a light push, the lid snaps shut tightly. It is simple to use and simple to use the on-off paddle switch. The pot has an automatic shutoff and glows blue when turned on. The kettle won't overheat if you forget because you can SEE when it's on. I didn't time it, but the kettle quickly boiled 1.7 L of water, which is equivalent to the speed of my previous Capresso.I like my daily use items to be high quality and simple to operate. This teapot has won my heart. Even though it's little, it's ideal for one person, especially for therapeutic teas. It works flawlessly and is very stunning. I detest cold tea, and this pot almost completely avoids that problem. A single tea light candle works really effectively to keep your drink warm, contrary to my initial doubts. The hottest tea is always at the bottom of the pot, while the top portion of the pot never becomes too cold to drink. The little cups are so small that they resemble tea shot glasses, but they somehow elevate the overall experience. My only issue is that it can be difficult to clean when my uva ursi leaves do manage to occasionally fall through the glass openings. To force microscopic particles out of the slits, you must press your fingers on the inside of the infuser core and then draw the particles out completely with the other hand. Apart than that, I haven't had any problems with this teapot, and if I have, it's probably just a result of the thinness of the tea leaves I use, which don't exactly bulk out the way green tea leaves would. It nevertheless cleans more thoroughly than a mesh filter would despite this cleaning challenge.
