Waterspecialist DA29-00020B Water Filter, Replacement for Samsung HAF-CIN, HAF-CIN/EXP, DA29-00020A, DA97-08006A, Kenmore 46-9101, RF28HFEDBSR, NSF 53&42 Certified, Pack of 3(package may vary) Review:

These are what I've been using for a while. Due to the inexpensive cost of these filters, I can change both of them at once for less money than just changing the stock Samsung filter for the refrigerator. I have an in-line Culligan filter that feeds the Samsung refrigerator. First, with both ice machines off, I replace the in-line filter. When I run the first gallon through the refrigerator's water dispenser before changing the Water Specialist Filter in the frig, any carbon particles that have shaken loose in the replacement Culligan filter will be collected by the old Water Specialist filter. I replace the filter in the refrigerator with a fresh Water Specialist filter and refill the dispenser with another gallon. Then restart the ice makers. I've never experienced a leak or flavor in the water with one of these. I can therefore receive double-filtered water for the same or less money as a single Samsung filter, and I only need to change them once a year!

Frigidaire EPTWFU01 Water Filtration Filter, White Review:

This thing performs flawlessly. Our Frigidaire French door refrigerator need it approximately once every six months or so, so I have to order it. The expensive cost of this item is my sole criticism. An off-brand substitute was once available on Amazon, but it was discontinued after I initially ordered it. I regret not stocking up when I had the opportunity. Everything about this device is perfect, save for the fact that our refrigerator forces us to buy water filters every year for roughly $100.

EveryDrop by Whirlpool Refrigerator Water Filter 2 (Pack of 1 - Packaging may vary) Review:

Consider the negative comments with a grain of salt. The filter needs to be FLUSHED with FOUR GALLONS OF WATER before use, according to the label, which is printed in extremely small font.I flushed through my first gallon, and it was AWFUL. There was a lot of floating debris in the grey water. It started running clear and clean after the fourth gallon, and the water is delicious.

EveryDrop by Whirlpool Refrigerator Water Filter 4 (Pack of 1, Packaging may vary) Review:

The filter for our side-by-side KitchenAid refrigerator from 2012 has been upgraded to this one.We have a strong chlorine smell in our public water supply, and the old filter never managed to get rid of it; this one did, which is one of the reasons I rated it five stars.I also included a photo of the previous filter that it replaced.Although the filter may look pricey, I think Amazon has a better pricing than other stores that sell it. You could always purchase many of them at once to cut costs even further.Additionally, it's a good water filter, and I think that's worth a little peace of mind.Check out my video where I demonstrate how to install. If you found my review helpful, please think about giving it a thumbs up.I'm grateful.

Samsung Da29-00020b-1P DA29-00020b Refrigerator Water Filter 1 Pack (Packaging may vary) Review:

I shared the same concerns as people who were complaining about the cost and the infrequency of filter replacements until I did some research and found this information from Samsung. Unless you observe a decrease in the flow of water or the amount of ice produced, the filter replacement is not necessary. Since I followed your advice, the taste of my water and the purity of my ice have not changed, and I now replace my filter every 15 to 18 months. Speaking of conserving money, I used to change it every six months.[...]I hope this is helpful. No, you do not need to switch off the water flow in order to change the filter; all you need is a cloth to mop up the roughly 2-3 tbls. of water that will leak out when the old filter is removed.

Frigidaire WF3CB Puresource Replacement Filter, 1-Pack Review:

I just bought this, so I don't sure how long it will last, but I though I might clear up some misunderstandings about this. After installation, the unit must be purged or you risk getting this awful taste in endless amounts of water. I filled the dispenser with roughly a half gallon of water, removed the filter, and shook the water out in the sink. Repeated twice more, but this time, poured a little over a quart before pulling. No more bad flavor.By searching for service websites, I discovered that Frigidaire manufactures a bypass valve for these filters. Therefore, call Frigidare at 706-860-4110 and order part number 242294502 if you only need the water to flow and don't actually need the filter. $34 shipped free. By the way, neither that phone number nor that part number are available on their website. It required some digging, and I had to endure hours of waiting while listening to mood music, but it was well worth the wait.

GE RPWFE Refrigerator Water Filter Review:

In reviews, some claimed to have taken electronic chips out of one filter and put them in their current filter in order to "trick" their appliance into believing a new filter had been installed. When the filter counts down to 0 days remaining, according to another review I read, your refrigerator will no longer allow water to flow or ice to be made. Both of these assertions are false in my situation. In August 2018, I placed an order for this straight replacement filter for my GE refrigerator, which we've had for just over six months. It appears that the appliance keeps track of the passing days and issues a notification when it's time to replace the filter. Although it's a good reminder function, it doesn't consider your water source, such as if you use well water, municipal water, or if you already have a reverse osmosis filtration system installed. In my situation, a reverse osmosis system provides water to the appliance. The water passing through the filter in the device is already filtered water of "pharmaceutical-grade." My filter doesn't even need to be changed every six months, if at all. Our refrigerator is now displaying a notice that we are 14 days over due for a filter change, and the water is still flowing and making ice. I'm going to ignore the notice on my refrigerator going forward.

General Electric MWF Refrigerator Water Filter Review:

I purchased one from Amazon six months ago, and it was perfect for use with my refrigerator.I placed another order a week ago without realizing it wasn't from Amazon. I initially believed there was no major concern because it was prime eligible and arrived on schedule. When I went to replace the shipment after I had gotten it, I realized something was wrong. The appearance of the two filters differs.I subsequently purchased a second one at Home Depot to determine which was a counterfeit.I've got three images here:Picture 1: The boxesRight from Home Depot, left from Appliance Cove. The left one is slightly smaller. There is an additional label covering the original barcode. Nothing from a Google search matches the barcode at the top.The right one is slightly larger. Google's search engine will tell you that the barcode belongs to a GE MWF water filter.Photo 2 - the filter: from Amazon, Appliance Cove, and Home Depot, in that order. It is obvious that the center one's print is inferior to the others.Photo 3: Reapplying the filter:Amazon, Appliance Cove, and Home Depot are listed from left to right.Once more, the center one does not appear identical to the others. The align arrow is shorter than the others and does not align. The one from Appliance Cove is unquestionably a counterfeit item.

EveryDrop by Whirlpool Refrigerator Water Filter 1 (Pack of 1) (Packaging may vary) - 10383251 Review:

Although I believe the Everydrop filter 1 to be a decent product, it is pretty pricey for a refrigerator filter. We consume a lot of water every day because my family of five and our two dogs live in a large home. When everyone arrives home around the same time and requests cold water, the water flow with filter 1 takes a while to fill a cup. So rather than relying on filtered water from the refrigerator, I advise every home with more than four people to buy a water filter system. We recently changed to a Waterdrop reverse osmosis water filtration system under the sink. Despite being expensive to acquire initially, the system successfully met our requirement for water, and the replacement filters are also reasonably priced when taking into account the frequency of replacement and filter life. Additionally fashionable and taking up very little space, the system. My family loves the coffee and fresh orange juice I make for them in the morning with the filtered water. The device decreases a significant amount of TDS in the original water, making the filtered water less "hard," in my opinion. With the aid of this RO system, I no longer have to deal with the unsightly white scale deposits that used to accumulate on my kettle.

Frigidaire FBA_ULTRAWF Filter, 11.7 x 2.4 x 3.9 inches, White Review:

My water wouldn't run off the refrigerator due to a malfunctioning initial filter that I got. My refrigerator needed a professional, who came out and discovered that the problem was with the filter. The issue was resolved after I returned it and received a replacement filter soon away. I got a terrific deal by ordering from this site, and the price is excellent. The water tastes fantastic and it works well.
