I recently replaced the old Moen hose seen in the picture that is attached. Similar to the one I purchased and installed here. By the way, despite what it says, this hose is not 11 inches long. Its size, between 30 and 32 inches, makes it ideal for faucets with detachable spray heads. Because the product functions, I rated it four stars. There aren't any other options, to be honest, if the hose is leaking. However, this is a cheap piece of junk, precisely like the picture of the original Moens hose that is attached. This hose is a disgrace to Moen. To let others know what Moen does for a hose and what to anticipate from this one, I'm leaving this comment. Moen, are you kidding me? This hose is designed to snap. My sink cost $750.00, and this hose lasted barely two years. The same time period on their hoses was the subject of customer complaints on other websites. Moen ought to feel ashamed about this plastic garbage. In order to determine where the leak was coming from, I disassembled the original Moen piece of junk. Although it is suitable, this hose is NOT made by Moen. The hose appears to be slightly different because the original Moen hose had a ribbed plastic hose inside the braid, whereas this version has a smooth hose. Since the weight that latches on to retract the faucet head damaged the underlying hose, I think the ribbed hose was the root of my initial breakdown. This new hose has a little reduced overall diameter as a result of that distinction (does not affect water flow). It would no longer clamp firmly on this new hose, so I had to apply a few rounds of electrical tape immediately below the weight position. When the hose was entirely retracted, I went around it three times, which was sufficient to prevent the weight from slipping to the bottom of the "hoop"A word about weight distribution Specifically, you want to put weight on the "upward" (i.e. parallel to the faucet, exactly. It won't fully retract if you don't attach the weight on this side of the hoop. When you install the hose, it will all make more sense.Also, keep in mind that this hose is missing the two rubber orings that are necessary to seal the faucet head. Do not discard your old hoses without first removing them. A smaller oring fits within the faucet's threads, and a larger oring fits inside the new hose's threaded end. To remove it, use a toothpick or a small flat-bladed screwdriver. If you don't install these, the faucet head will leak significantly when you turn on the water. Overall, this hose cost less than half as much as the OEM model. See how long it lasts as I only received the original for three years.

This is a repair component that I was unable to locate elsewhere. This part is for the older Delta "waterfall" kitchen pull-out faucet, manufactured in 2008 and earlier. Even though the replacement parts for the newer (after 2008 Diamond DST) faucets seem remarkably identical to those for the earlier faucets, they are NOT compatible. Additionally, I like this version over the earlier, heavier metal-wrapped model because it is lighter.Too bad Delta isn't a little more precise about which part will work with their older model. I was on the verge of deciding I would have to get a completely new faucet. Positives: It is a reasonable length, everything screws in and plugs in properly, and it seems sturdy. As of right now, I've just had it installed for about two weeks, so I can't speak to its quality or durability.The OEM Moen hose is SKINNIER than this one. I am aware of this since as soon as I applied the initial weight under the sink, it slid to the low position.There are two reasons why this is an issue.1. After pulling the hose out of the faucet housing, it is difficult to put it back in since the weight is not higher up on the hose. You must push it all the way in since it will dangle a little bit.2. The length at which you can pull the hose out is affected by this. Although having that control helps you prevent unintentionally moving it outside of the sink area, it may not be a deal breaker for some people.To keep it locked in place, I'll probably figure out a way to get something between the weight and the hose.

The puppy was 2 pounds when we brought her home, and we weren't going to force her to go potty outside in Minnesota during the winter, so my wife wanted a spray attachment for our utility tub in the laundry room to make it simpler to wash out the dog's potty box. The little sprayer accessories sold at home improvement stores could not be screwed on tightly enough to prevent leaks. Although some newer utility faucets appear to have coarse, garden hose-style threads on the end, our utility faucet (a Gerber brand from 1985) has fine threads similar to those on a faucet aerator, so this sprayer connected without any problems and without the need for me to find any additional parts. The sprayer hose is connected to this component, which is permanently fixed to the faucet, using a quick-connect fitting that performs admirably and does not leak under pressure. When used with a two-handle faucet and the temperature is at a comfortable setting, the sprayer head's on/off button allows you to control the water flow while using it (such as when washing a pet). The shower head's water spray is extremely fine, however it cannot be adjusted like some other shower heads can. Very good customer service, the vendor emailed me to inquire whether I had any problems with the product. Although I was unable to locate anything locally that was quite the same as this to be utilized in this manner, the price is relatively affordable when compared to comparable products (kitchen sink sprayers) in the store.

This is a fantastic deal. I needed a spray head for when I wash my hair with cold water because I enjoy taking baths and have colored hair. Although this is intended for small sinks, it works perfectly for us because I have a swan neck faucet in my bathtub instead of a conventional tub hose. If I don't feel like having a bath, I can even use it over my bathroom sink. Initially, the sprayer handle was leaking from the bottom, but I anticipated that based on other reviews. In a bathtub, a small amount of water seeping from the handle that "sprays water" is not a major issue, but if it spilled onto my bathroom floor, it would be. Therefore, I covered the leak with a small amount of duct tape, and everything is now good.If you can take the drawback, I'd suggest purchasing this.

The upgraded replacement model for the original hose on my Kohler kitchen faucet is this sink hose kit. In recent years, Kohler made improvements to the hose design.The new hose design was firstly simpler to install than the previous one.Second, and perhaps more significantly, the hose's attachment to the detachable hand-held sprayer now includes a swivel joint rather than a straight connection. That really improves on the original concept. The handheld sprayer is now easier to control and aim than it was previously thanks to the swivel joint because the user no longer occasionally has to struggle against the weight and strain of the hose. Additionally, because the swivel always allows the hose to pull straight backward and downward through the faucet body, the sprayer fits into the faucet body better than it did before. Therefore, the sprayer holes always face totally downward when the handheld sprayer is slid back into its seat at the faucet body's tip. When the handheld sprayer was reinserted into the faucet body, the rigidity of the straight connection on the old hose occasionally caused the sprayer holes to twist at a slight outward angle. When the sprayer was positioned in the faucet body, that used to result in water spraying out slightly to one side rather than straight down. That issue has now been resolved.

Considering that it's made of plastic, I was hesitant to get one of these, but I was pleasantly delighted! It arrived with the switch valve and a little roll of plumbers tape, and installation was simple. installed in a matter of minutes. It has been working perfectly for more than six months! No breaking, cracking, or leakage is present. It makes shampooing my boys' hair a snap and they enjoy using it to play with it. It makes cleaning my shower so much easier, so I even use it for that. My only complaint right now is that it has gotten a little harder to attach and detach since the portion you press to attach to the connecting line has started to wear out. Now that the two tiny plastic parts don't truly retract anymore, I basically push the attachment in firmly before turning it. I won't be upset even if we only use it for a year because the cost was so affordable. I like how the handle's slider stop allows us to pause when we need to. An excellent purchase all around!

Because I couldn't see how the connecting end would fit my utility sink faucet, I was prepared to return this item. I ultimately made the decision to take the sprayer hose out of the packaging and try it on to see whether it would work. I had to use a lot of force to get the connecting end to wrap around my faucet. Initially a really tight fit, but now it fits perfectly. Because the round connection end is so small, this product is not designed for bath tub square faucets.

Don't just attach this to your faucet and turn the water on full blast right away! ;)I got this to make cleaning the bathtub much easier while rinsing my coloured hair in my stainless steel kitchen sink. and it performed the task admirably. However, because to the device's simplicity, you can't simply turn the water on full blast and expect the gasket to not hilariously fall off the end of the faucet. I maintained the water's flow at about half of its maximum pressure, which was adequate to rinse my hair without incident. It's not fancy, but it did the job.
