When I initially discovered these candle holders, I couldn't have been more thrilled to get them to go with the tea lights I bought for our wedding. The glass candle holder is supplied in a box with individual bubble wrap encasing to preserve its safety. It is a beautifully manufactured product. Since they were exactly what I was searching for, I ultimately ordered 5 additional boxes for a total of 72 for my wedding after receiving my first order. Gorgeous! It looks fantastic and I love using it as a centrepiece for my kitchen table, albeit the base is a little smaller than the bowl itself and the sides are a little more squared than I had envisioned. Initially, I had intended to utilise it as a Christmas decoration by adding little battery-operated white lights and various-sized Christmas ball decorations that could be turned on at night. However, as fall is just around the corner, I decided to fill it with fall-themed items instead (it's still a work in progress). I can't wait to find new ways to decorate with it!

Perfect replacement for a lantern that I bought from a home décor store last year because the candle holder broke. I enjoy having the glass chimney because the lantern is used outside and it protects the flame. Several hobby and craft shops as well as the store's website were searched, but no suitable replacements could be found. Most of my life, I've owned a lovely candle holder set. It's made of solid brass and has a fluted crystal shade I've never seen before. The story then starts to get intriguing from there.The set is always on show on my mantle with LED tapers, but during the holidays it takes on a unique function when it is decorated with a personalized garland and real wax candles. Sadly, one of the blinds was broken recently during a relocation. To reiterate how special that delicate tint was, I have been unable to recreate it with anything even quite comparable.After extensive looking, I came across this one. The garland may be thrown over it to resume our holiday ritual, even if it is only plain glass and not the hand-blown fluted crystal of my original.Since it's merely a transparent piece of glass, I can't really comment on the quality, but I can provide my opinion on the cost. It is dangerous to mail a delicate glass lamp shade, and many of them must perish. By the way, these are protected quite easily in a special box that had a molded insert made to protect the goods. However, preserving these takes a lot of work and has a real expense. I'm not sure why some people could be worried about all of that, because my items were delivered for free the following business day, not from China but from the Amazon warehouse a short distance away. I don't see why that merits a bad review.Overall, I'm satisfied with the product because it lives up to expectations. You should be aware that the flutes' diameter is measured from the outside of the glass and is as accurate as it can be. Please bear this in mind if you are working with a lamp that has extremely tight tolerances. I endorse this product but would prefer it to be around 25% less expensive.
