I wanted a place to put the extra Dyson V10 Total Clean accessories, and this is it. Some of the attachments needed to be snapped in with a little force, but I was able to fix this by chipping away a small amount of plastic from inside each of the accessory holders with a tool that was 1/4 inch wide. Four internal ridges in each accessory holder serve as tensioners to ensure a secure fit for the attachments, however in my instance, the fit was too tight. To get the fit just right, I merely chipped down 2 of the ridges a little. They now function flawlessly.

I chose Dyson's model V-10 since I needed both the "fluffy" head for my laminate floors and the beater head for the carpets. The benefit is that I have the heads and accessories I wanted and will utilize. The negative was that all of the accessories were stacked in a heap on the bottom of my closet and every time I wanted to vacuum, I had to pick through the accessories. It was ugly. And then I noticed this product. Problem fixed. All of my accessories fit wonderfully and they are all in one place...that location NOT being all over the floor. The shot I took is how I put it together after a couple of attempts. Everything ALMOST fit. Had I just glanced at the web photo and put everything where they are in the photo, I could have saved myself time and trouble. So my advise to you is to put the holders on the wall charger and then put the accessories the way they are in the photo. They fit exactly that way. The pile of accessories that was on my closet floor was the only concern I experienced with my Dyson V-10. Now, I'm fully in love with the system, and it's due of this attachment holder. I really recommend this accessory to anyone who has one of the Dyson stick vacuum cleaners. It's well worth the money, and the manufacturer built it to look like it came with the vacuum. It has the same type of locking system the vacuum has and is the same color, so it really looks good and looks like it belongs there. In actuality, it really does belong there if you have one of these vacuums!

The problem with the imitation chargers, is that they don't stop charging the battery. They end up having a trickle effect on the battery. In some cases, this is not such a bad thing, but from my first hand experience, it ruins both the Dyson AND aftermarket batteries. The naysayers will say, "but I just bought a 3rd party charger, and it works fine, maybe even better than the Dyson branded charger" and I'd say, you're right, but after a few months you'll notice that your charges won't last as long, and you might even kill a battery (or two) (or two).I buy 3rd party as often as I can as usually the value is much better than OEM, but in this case, stick with the OEM Dyson charger. For the batteries, go ahead and buy 3rd party of OEM.

I like that it holds all of the accessories and that the grey is a close match to the Dyson wall unit. Very nice to have the accessories neatly hung up instead of loose everywhere. The seller also did a good job with the shipping,What could be better-The accompanying screws and plugs are a bit short for (it feels like we have to be careful how we pull out the different accessories.s-You have to arrange your accessories in a very specific way for all 5 of them to fit. But I only need space for 4, so I don't have an issue.s- The holes for the screws are not level. We based hanging it up on that, but actually it's not the same as the horizontal piece. So, it looks slightly off kilt. But now there are too many holes in the wall to change it (4). (4). I would use the front piece instead of the holes as a guide for what is level.

I was on the fence and thought about buying the IRobot brand instead, which was twice as expensive, but I decided to take the chance. This one performs better than anticipated and costs 50% less while having 50% greater energy storage capacity. My machine runs longer and seems to move more quickly after installing it. Before it needs to be recharged, I send it around at least three times a day with fresh "diapers." After two runs, the initial battery needed to be recharged, and more recently, it started emitting "recharge error" indications. But it did last for around 18 months. If this one lasts that long, I'll be content.
