"What I liked" is that the amber glass bottles were well-made, securely packaged, the amber hue was exactly as desired, the caps were excellent, but you need be careful and tighten them with Herculean effort, the white portions sealed extremely tightly, and the metal funnel was amazingly well-made. The funnel and the additional 2 caps don't seem like afterthoughts. These bottles are being used by me to hold colloidal silver. Overall wonderful product, which I would definitely repurchase or give as a present.

I love this growler. I bought it for water instead of beer. I decided to switch to using stainless steel cups and a jug of water because I trash water bottles. I choose this particular growler for a number of reasons:1) Because it was 64 oz, which is roughly how much water I drink in an 8-hour period, it was ideal for me to bring to work.2) Handle - I don't have large hands, nor am I a tall woman. I required a strong handle because I couldn't pour from a large jug without one. I don't drink alcohol, yet I virtually always have this item with me. One reviewer said that their beverage only remained cold for a short period of time. They seem insane to me. On day 1, I normally start by adding ice to my growler before adding water. Normally, I drink around two thirds of the water. The following morning, I re-fill it with water. On day 2, there is always still ice. Most of the time, I drink the water. There will still be some ice in the growler on day three. The ice is normally gone by day 4, however on occasion, there has been ice in the growler on that day. In situations where everyone is using plastic cups, I bring this item with me to people's homes. I don't have to be concerned about spilling or choosing the incorrect beverage. Every day I bring it with me to work. Now, you can easily reach it. Since I work at a desk, it does not sweat at all. When I place it in my car seat sideways and drive to and from work, it does not leak at all. I chose to purchase another one as a gift because I really enjoyed the one I purchased the previous time. There were a few problems with the product's delivery. It was a sincere error, and the seller quickly fixed the problem.I prefer the Yukon Growlers because they keep hot drinks hot for more than 24 hours and cold drinks cold for longer. When we travel or go camping, everyone of us has a bottle similar to this one rather from purchasing plastic jars of water, soft drinks, coffee, etc. We end up saving a ton of money. It also enables us to estimate our daily water intake. I've bought a lot of water bottles in a variety of sizes and designs, but I much enjoyed this Yukon stainless bottle. I can easily clean with my mouth open, especially when the flu is in the air. Before the next usage, I prefer to give it a thorough cleaning with hot water and let it dry fully. Just make sure the lid is shut well before putting it in your car to avoid a flood. I once committed a mistake. Stainless steel is also of very high quality. Cookware and other items marketed as food-grade should not include aluminum. You may occasionally notice that some products include a plastic liner that protects your canned goods from dangerous substances like BPA. Simply search for the smooth metal within your bottle to ensure your safety and health; unlike aluminum, stainless steel does not require a liner. Initial thoughts after unboxing:Within the neoprene carrier is a plastic bag containing the growler. To remove the bottle and move the plastic bag out of the way for the bottle's initial washing, unzip the carrier's bottom. In addition to the removable shoulder strap, the carrier also has a hand strap sewed into the side, as seen in the second image. That will be useful for my purposes.The message that certain states require all beer growlers to have is printed on the bottom when the growler is turned over, proving that it is a TRUE growler. I have other insulated SS 64-ounce bottles that do not include the warning, thus they are theoretically ineligible for use as refillable beer containers in several areas.The cap lanyard is made of only string tied into two loops, which it drapes over the cap and bottle before tucking into grooves in each to hold the cap in place. For cleaning, it can be removed from either one or both.The threads on the bottle seem a touch shallow, which is the first flaw (more on that later). Many "chugging" caps you can buy for other 64 ounce bottles won't fit here because they contain internal threads; the threads are external to the bottle collar. It's unfortunate because it would make a bottle like this much more helpful to have a sipping cap other than this one.I performed several "quick" tests, but they took considerably longer than I anticipated because of this bottle's high insulative value.First, I filled it with ice from my ice machine and shook and bounced it until there was no more room. I covered the container and began the test.Added ice at 2:15 PM on Friday.Saturday at 2:15 p.m., the container was opened, and 5 ounces of water were then added.Sunday at 2 a.m., I added 6 more ounces of water and capped it once again.Sunday at eight o'clock, I added 8 more ounces of water.I kept the cover off because it was 54 hours later, there was still a significant amount of ice in the bottle, and I didn't want to wait another few days to see how long it would take to melt.94 hours later, at 12:15 on Tuesday, it had finally melted, and I had poured out 13 ounces of water.So 32 ounces of water were contained in all the ice. Only 5/32, or a total of 11/32, were lost to melting in the first day.In the second test, I filled the bottle halfway with water and packed it with ice once more.Wednesday, 6am - full. Shaking the bottle to hear how "heavy" the ice sounded hitting against the inner layer of the bottle provided periodic checks. Through at least Thursday afternoon, quite heavy.Two tiny bits of ice remained as of Friday at 6 p.m. At this point, it was clear that the water in the bottle was still VERY chilly.So even though there were liquids and ice in the mix this time, I STILL managed to get 54 hours out of it. Ridiculous.Regarding those thin threads on the bottle, I accidentally cross-threaded it during the second test's last two checks, but because it was only at a very slight angle, it was simple to overlook. The cap would not come off when I attempted to open it for the last check. Even after using a rubber jar opener sheet to boost grip, it remained in place. When I realized there was a very little cross-thread at that point, I tightened it rather than loosened it, and it popped down straight before being readily freed.This bottle has incredible insulative properties. The tests, which were conducted solely with the bottle, well beyond the 36 hours specified on the packaging. I might have had longer time with it before the ice melted if I had put the neoprene carrier on it.I did not test it because I never intend to use it for hot drinks, but I believe it would last longer than the 12 hours stated on the package.The lid is the sole genuine "complaint" about the product. I want to use this for electrolyte drinks when working outside in the summer, therefore I truly wish it had an optional top with a narrower spout so drinking directly from it were easier. Cross-threading would be much more difficult if they cast deeper threads in the cap and rolled slightly deeper threads in the bottle.The only enhancements I can think of are the ones to the cap and thread already mentioned, as well as more color options for the bottle. I'd like to see some lighter colors, simple stainless steel, and black. For people who frequently leave their devices outside in the sun, a light gray neoprene carrier would be a fantastic choice. GA might discuss these ideas with the producer.Having said that, I really wanted to give it 4.5 instead of 4 stars. One star is more than I'd really like to deduct, but I do have to drop it little for the cap difficulties.I wouldn't think twice about buying it again. Given that a fitting carrier for a bottle of this size typically costs well over $10, the inclusion of the neoprene carrier makes this product affordable. I have stretched neoprene carriers designed for smaller or differently shaped bottles onto several of my other bottles, but none of them truly fit well and are really difficult to take off. Although the matte coating of the bottle prevents it from sliding around in the carrier, this one may be removed relatively simply when necessary. To catch the bottle, simply unzip the bottom of the bag, grip the shoulder strap, and lightly bounce it with your hand underneath.The short version is that it's a great growler and a practical drink bottle, but I wish it came with a drinking cap.

I'd give it a five-star rating since the ring makes carrying it incredibly simple, it keeps my drink ice cold all day in my hot truck, and it looks fantastic. There is, however, a small area near the bottom that appears to be a rust spot. This shouldn't be happening if the item is actually constructed of stainless steel.

Sincerely, I thought I would truly detest the drinktank v2's smaller shape at first, but after using the drinktank 32 oz. for a week, I have drastically altered my opinion. It looks pretty great and is quite simple to conceal in your backpack. In contrast to the Big OG from the Drinktank 64 oz V1 (which I adore), I believe this little guy might be my new fave. It all depends on the handle. Compared to the V1, it has by far the best handle. I enjoy bringing this item to gatherings, filling it with beer, and then returning home to drink it the next morning. Or even stealing a few drinks at various restaurants. I adore the big lid and grip. It accommodates a lot of ice and keeps things extremely cold. Teas, sodas, water, and of course your beers or mixed beverages, can all be set out. This is a great personal growler for one drink. If you want a growler to share among a group of people, I would suggest purchasing a larger one.

This growler is a wonderful, wonderful product. I use dayli to preserve water at the appropriate temperature, either cold or hot, for extended periods of time. I use it most often for water, but I have also used it for other drinks like coffee and it didn't leave any flavor behind; it simply needed to be washed and made ready again like new.As a suggestion, I believe it would be wonderful if there was a cap to drink directly from instead of having to open the main cup each time because it makes me a little uncomfortable when I'm busy to do so. however, it is a fantastic growler and water bottle.It arrives sooner than I anticipated and is very nicely packaged and secured. A double-walled growler was what I was looking for. I initially considered Hydroflask, but I didn't want to pay their pricing. I then started considering the less expensive options, but even though several of them were advertised as beer growlers, they came with a warning that their lids weren't designed to resist pressure from carbonated beverages. I decided to give this one a try since it did not include that disclaimer and the pricing was reasonable. When it first arrived, I was thrilled with the growler's construction and the case it came in, but the lid seemed to be a weak spot, so I grew suspicious and began to do a number of tests.Leak Test, the first testSimple test one involved filling it with water, securing the lid, and hanging it upside down for several hours. Thus, there were no leaks.Second test, the carbonation testI got this item specifically to keep my drink cool. So what's the point if it doesn't work with beer? In order to test this growler, I filled it with Yuengling beer (so that I could still survive if I lost it), took it outside in the scorching sun, and gently shook it (a little more aggressively than if I were carrying it around all day). When I went to fetch it at the end of the workday, I was relieved to see that the seal had not broken. I had gone outside to shake it once more during lunch. Even better, the beer was still chilled!Third test: the back of my carIf I can't leave a growler in my car, what good is it? Once more, I filled it with Yuengling, placed it loose in the back of my car while protecting it with a trash bag. I then continued to drive there with it for almost 7 hours while swerving and sloshing about. The growler was still intact, and the drink was cold.So, if you're looking for a double-walled growler, I'd suggest this one.
