Before I got them, I didn't read many reviews on them. I recently saw a YouTuber I watch use these, and it seemed to work out well for them. I really prefer garlic that has just been peeled, but skinning them is usually a hassle. So I made the decision to get these. So here are my opinions:- Washes are quite easy and quick. Simply rinse them off with some water, rub them inside and out with your soapy hands, and voilà . Done. There is nothing else you need to do. Due to the silicone, nothing sticks and the odor dissipates. Even very huge chunks of garlic can fit inside the cylinder due to its enormous diameter. Therefore, as long as you don't try to squeeze in an entire bulb, you should be alright. The inside ridges and bumps do aid in removing the skin. Some of these have an interior that is simply smooth. Buy none of those.And lastly. These mechanisms are effective. However, there is a method that you will need to master. To begin with, you must learn how much pressure to use in order to actually get the garlic to peel. It will differ from garlic piece to garlic piece. Some people can't stand any kind of pressure. Some will require intense pressure before they begin to peel. It has occasionally been necessary to make a small breach in the seal so that it peels smoothly.The only improvement I can think of for these is? If you can, make them transparent in some way. a clear silicone roll, perhaps. As a result of the different pressure levels, you can both tell when you're genuinely finished and don't need to roll any farther and ensure that you're not smashing the garlic. I had forgotten how how fantastic these tiny garlic peelers are! I can't believe I overlooked these when I was a kid because we used them all the time (for over a decade). Garlic can be peeled most simply this manner. Much easier and better than Martha Stewart's double-bowl technique, which involves chopping garlic with the flat edge of a knife and peeling it by hand. They are well worth the money and very simple to clean—all you need to do is run them under the faucet for a few seconds. P.S. - Even though it's probably unnecessary, I still put mine in the dishwasher the majority of the time.

I had purchased this one a month or two prior, but I soon misplaced it. This time, I got a different brand that was somewhat more expensive but came with a case since I wanted to try something new. I attempted to return the peeler because it didn't perform as well as this one from Chef Hessler. I spent a LOT of money on what is "supposedly" the best garlic mincer, crusher, and cutter.This is by far the best garlic-chopping gadget I've ever seen. It is simple to use; simply peel and halve each clove of garlic before chopping it into bits. Put six to eight pieces in the grinder, carefully insert the top half into the alignment hole, and slowly rotate the top and bottom halves while applying little pressure. Twist back and forth until there is almost equal resistance in both directions. Get a small, stiff oil painting brush that is 1/2" wide, similar to an acid brush.Set the bottom half down while removing the upper half. Move the garlic shavings to a tiny saucer using the tiny brush. The white plate with all the garlic on it can be moved up to the point where the grinding points are below the plate by taking the bottom half and pushing up on the part that sticks out. Next, scrape the garlic into the container with the remaining garlic using a knife or another flat instrument.BOOM, you're finished or ready to work harder now!
