My brand-new TBI PRO 50-foot hose was just delivered, and I must admit that I am pleasantly delighted.It was time to buy a replacement hose when the second of the two extendable hoses that I had received as gifts began to leak. Let me tell you that over the years, I've gone through a lot of watering hoses and have had to trash a lot of them because of careless wear and tear, my dog chewing on them because she's a bad girl, or simply because they weren't long enough for my needs. The latex fabric hose not only has great longevity, but it was also clear to me when I first purchased it that it was composed of high-quality components. In all honesty, I would have spent much more for this kind of item. In the spring, I do a lot of gardening and even host neighborhood car washes. Along with being the ideal length, the hose is also simple to roll back up and place back on the hanging attachment that was included with the carrying bag it was shipped in. I also like how the valve attachment is long enough to prevent leaking and easy to connect. Most valve attachments are only a few inches long, but this one is longer, allowing for less leakage and a stronger grasp to remove it. The nozzle was quite cozy in my palm and robust as well. I was so satisfied that I returned the garden hose I purchased from Home Depot and will be purchasing three more of them for my summer car washes and as gifts. This is not cheap stuff, folks. For those who like to attach their two-way sprayers for their lawn and garden, this kit includes everything—down to the 2-way hose splitter.

They were incredibly helpful and quick. All I had to do to get a brand-new hose was cut the hose's two connector ends off, snap a photo of it, and email it to them. They provided quick and simple customer assistance. The company and guarantee behind this hose are excellent, so hopefully I won't have any problems with it.Update: I'm making significant changes to my evaluation. The hose initially appeared to be okay, but now I understand it's not good quality. I've owned the hose for a year, and after approximately 6 months I started experiencing issues. First off, even after breaking it in, it kinks extremely easily. The hose material started leaking around the area where it joins the metal end piece, which is the second issue. It started out as a minor leak but now once it is switched on, it sprays everywhere. I need to replace this hose because it wasn't made to last.
