Okay, so my pit-lab mix dog, who is 4 years old, has had gland problems his entire life. After much trial and error, I was finally able to get the gland accidents to mostly stop. And yes, it's all related to diet. Anyway, I noticed he tucked his tail a lot when he was still experiencing gland issues. He began causing irritation to his gland area and little perenial fistulas as a result of doing this over time. His bum was bleeding. Because I wanted to keep him extra clean because it was so depressing, I decided to try these, and now that section of him has never looked better. It has been of great assistance. After only a week of use, I've already resolved never to be without them again. Give these a try without a doubt if your pup has troubles with the gland area or any other bottom location. There is a perfume, but it's light and fresh and doesn't linger for very long. I'm a perfume freak, so believe me when I say that I don't mind this. then, two thumbs up

I wanted to take a moment to add my personal experience because many of the reviews on this page are from "testers." We have three dogs, and each of them suffers from a different allergy, ailment, or bad behavior. However, after experimenting with a variety of wipes, Pogi's comes out on top. The sheets are robust and extremely big. They are already on the expensive side compared to other brands, albeit they may be a little moister to my taste. The fragrance is pleasant but not overbearing. Unexpectedly decent packaging is used. I was worried that the sticky "cover" wouldn't stay in place for the duration of the box or keep the sheets from drying out. Interestingly, despite being outside in our sweltering garage, there have been no issues.Finally, these wipes are unmatched in terms of quality and number per page compared to pricing.As a side note, I would be curious to know how the remark was placed by the one poster who gave the product a 1-star review and returned them without ever using the wipes because they are made in China. The electronic device they used to post was undoubtedly made in China, Vietnam, etc. To simply criticize a product based on their nation of origin without even using them is, at best, petty and narrow-minded. When making purchases, I tend to depend on the review averages. Instead of just making a personal decision to buy American-made goods wherever available or viable, it compromises the integrity of the evaluation process and merely furthers one person's xenophobic attitude.

Okay, so to claim that I'm "obsessed" with dog wipes might be a bit much, am I right? False, they truly are that good. I've used a lot of dog wipes, but none have come close to these. One wipe lasts a long time because the wipes are exceptionally wet (and stay that way even after being opened). They have a wonderful scent, a thick texture, and are hypoallergenic. We use these wipes after walks with my dog, who has delicate skin, to get rid of allergies. Changes the game. You won't be disappointed if you try them out.

fungus on a pet? This is the ONLY product I have discovered that has helped my dog's fungus problems. Your dog may have fungus if you notice them licking their paws raw, scratching their belly, back, or ears, and you feel the rough, dark brown, hard, scabby spots beginning to appear on their skin. Our dog has had problems for a long time. All I know is that products containing this MiconaHex Triz actually work. I'm still unsure if the problem is dog food or airborne allergies. We typically lay him down and use (of all things) a soft toothbrush and a small plastic "lice picking comb" to try to remove some of the fungus scabs. Before applying, it is beneficial to scrape off a layer of the fungus. Twice a day, we quickly touch up using these pads. Works great around the snout and face parts where I don't want any to drip into my mouth or eyes. They are little, like a Stridex or makeup removal pad, according to some people. True, but I also bought the spray, which I use to reapply the product to the pad as necessary. To avoid leaking when working near the facial area, you could get the spray and wet cotton balls. These pads aid in medicine administration control without leaking. I adore both my wipes and the spray, despite some packaging problems that resulted in the spray spilling while in route. However, given how much I adore the product, I will probably still get more. Since our dog has had this problem for years, I have tried MANY different products. The fact that this solution appears to lack acidic acids, unlike many other anti-fungal products, is GREAT. At least for our dog, such acidic treatments irritate him when his skin is already sensitive from all the scratching and licking, and he hops around afterward trying to rub it off. He just lies there feeling completely at ease thanks to this MiconHex Triz combo. Thank you, Dechra, for creating a product that functions and offers a variety of application devices!

These wipes are superior to the Douxo brand in my opinion because they are thinner and moister, making them ideal for my intended use. My girl Pug's juvenile vulvar area is where I'm utilizing them; this means that her vulva never dropped as she aged and is located inside a little, loose fold of skin. She got a terrible UTI, and treating it cost close to $4,000. No medicine worked (tried 4), so my vet pulled out the big guns and that extremely potent drug caused her to have renal failure. This was after 3 urine cultures revealed antibiotic-resistant bacteria of all kinds. She truly needs a hoo-hoo lift (to remove the skin pocket where her vulva is located), but owing to lung complications, surgery is not an option for her. In desperation, I bought these wipes with the hope that if I wiped the entire region every night, they would maintain the area free of bacteria and yeast. Well, they are doing a fantastic job thus far! Since the "incident," I've had her urine tested three times, and these have prevented a UTI. We thought we would lose her, and I don't think she would survive another episode of it, so I'm incredibly glad. These wipes are thin, delightfully moist, pleasantly scented, and they accomplish EXACTLY what they promise. They are also more affordable than the Douxo brand with 50 in the jar. I bought the BioSilk Therapy Dog Detangling and Shine Spray for my Border Collie, who has a medium-length, "rough" coat. Despite receiving two daily brushings, her coat is naturally silky but not particularly lustrous, and she occasionally develops slight tangles in her "feathers." Since I have been using the human version of this shampoo in my own hair for many years, I bought the canine version for her after seeing it. I use it after she takes her weekly shower and towel-dries so I can easily brush her out. When blow-drying her (I can't keep her wet, it's still cold here), it also helps to protect her coat. Once she is dry, I reapply and brush it through, giving her a coat that feels silky, shines, and looks and smells *wonderful*. The fragrance lingers for a few days and is incredibly fragrant. Although I don't use as much product as some other reviewers, I don't think the smell is overpowering either.I spray a small amount of the product onto my hand before patting it over the top of her head (I don't want it near her eyes or ears). The groomer told me that the best method to apply scented products on the dog was to spray them a few inches OVER her, not directly ON her, so the mist just sinks into the coat, and then brush her out (while covering her eyes with my hand). Applying it in this manner so far works excellent and doesn't aggravate my dog.She stated, "The first time someone came over, "wow wow! Your dog has a nice scent! ". I will absolutely keep this product in my grooming kit.

If you have a dog, you'll understand when I say that my dog enjoys rolling in other dogs' waste. When we just visited, my stepdaughter tried this on my dog, and wow, it truly works! She works with rescue dogs and keeps these wipes on hand because, yes, dogs do this and it makes no sense to get upset if your dog smells like poop. You might also try giving your dog another cuddle or another bath (assuming you haven't already done so multiple times throughout the day). If you have a larger dog, like a German Shepherd, the wipes may be regarded small and a touch dry, but they still work. I'm not sure how, but I no longer need to repeatedly bathe my dog. I have a Jack Russell, and using 1-2 wipes to get rid of the smell that largely comes from her head and shoulder blades works well. I'm not sure how many wipes my stepdaughter, who trains Labradors, uses for each dog.

Since my Corgi has a grass allergy, I always wipe her off before we enter. Unfortunately, the other wipes I've tried were either rough on her skin or so thin that required a lot of them to accomplish the job. When I saw that they don't remove topical flea and tick medications, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! The wipes actually remove a lot of dirt, grass, and pollen from her paws and stomach because they are bigger and tougher than the other wipes (more cleaning with less wipes). They don't take away her flea and tick medication, but they do leave her coat shining. They certainly smell like cherries, but not in a way that bothers me or other family members who are quite sensitive to smells. Others have questioned whether they dry out; the answer is yes if you don't seal the lid well, but because all of my containers have tight-fitting lids, I haven't had a problem.
