It only needed to be used three times, and each time I left it on for almost eight hours. I used it before I left for work, and when I got home, it had done a great job of vacuuming. I did this process three times, once per week, and I haven't had any problems since. Due to the feral cats that live nearby and the grass, fleas found their way inside my home. Therefore, it was unavoidable, yet this thing was fantastic. I ultimately gave the remainder to a friend who had indoor/outdoor dogs, and she reported that it was successful for her as well. For our flea problem, we pretty much tried EVERYTHING, but this was the only solution that worked.In the late summer, our German Shepherd introduced fleas into our house. When I was scratching her one day and saw a bite on her leg, I finally realized the poor thing had fleas. Two fleas were visible on her stomach when I turned her over to examine her body. I informed my husband, and after talking about it, we agreed to attempt to repair the house using what we had. It wasn't THAT horrible, after all. We don't need to do much to get rid of them since I only found maybe ten on her, am I right? WRONG!We cleaned every crack and crevice in the house with a solution of 91% rubbing alcohol and a few drops of dish soap. Every day, I used a flea comb to thoroughly vacuum the house and comb out our dog. On her, we applied oils of eucalyptus, lemongrass, and cedarwood. In all honesty, none of those things worked at all, making them all STUPID ideas. In fact, it seems to make matters worse!When the "natural" cures didn't work, we bought bed bug and flea carpet powder. The woman who worked at our neighborhood hardware shop suggested the bed bug spray for flea issues. We chose Virbac within a week after we first contemplated it. The flea infestation had gotten soooo much worse by that point. I had no idea how quickly these things could multiply and do damage to your home, your pet, and your family. Although it was terrible, we were adamant that we would get rid of them.I was impatiently anticipating the mail delivery of the Virbac. My husband and I created a game plan as we waited. First, we would apply nematodes—yes, nematodes—to the yard. To kill over 200 different species of soil-dwelling and wood-boring insects, we used 30 million live beneficial nematodes (Hb Sc Sf). After that, we would visit the doctor to purchase a six-month supply of flea medication for our dog. I gave her an incredibly thorough bath after that. I scrubbed her with my fingernails for at least 45 minutes in the bathroom, covering every square inch of her body. I only used water and Dawn dish soap. I washed her from neck to tail for a very long time. To stop any fleas from trying to get to her dry head, I wrapped a "necklace" of dish soap around her neck. I then used the flea comb to thoroughly clean her head. I took a LONG time in the water and was VERY careful to get every last one of those annoying fleas. When she was done, I dried her off and used a flea comb to go over every inch of her coat.After I was certain she was flea-free, we thoroughly vacuumed the entire house. When our dog had dried off, we let her out while my husband sprayed Virbac throughout the home. I brought my kids to the movies during that period to protect them from the spray's toxic ingredients. He sprayed the entire house, waited an hour, and then vacuumed once more.There were no fleas the following day. I discovered a few in the house a week later, but they weren't jumping. They were just sluggishly slithering on the carpet. Even though the spray bottle warns that adult fleas may be visible for up to two weeks following application, it won't lead to an infestation. I recently relocated to a new home with three other roommates, two of whom are cat owners. My former roommate shared the bedroom with a cat that was prone to flea infestations. I don't have a pet when I move here, but to my dismay, my room is the only one in the home that has fleas. Before I moved in, the landlord had steam cleaned my room twice, and I had seen the house numerous times before and after the previous occupant left, and there were never any fleas. I suppose the eggs had lain dormant for a while before they chose to hatch in order to eat me.I told one of my new roommates, who immediately began flea bombed my room ineffectively. I had been researching throughout the meantime, so I already had this Adams Spray on the way (as well as other products that I will mention shortly). I allowed it to sit all night while sleeping in a flea-free area of the house. I set up a Victor's flea trap in the interim, which is made of a light bulb and some adhesive paper. A desk lamp and a dish of soapy water are all you need to recreate one of these traps, according to my research, but that's neither here nor there. Throughout the night, I repeatedly checked the trap; there were no fleas. This morning when I looked again, I discovered one extremely dead flea hooked to the trap. Since my previous update, there have been no additional fleas or flea bites. She ended up with a greater infestation than I did in my bedroom, thus the fleas may have moved to my roommate's as well. She also used the Adams spray, and everything is fine now. I also sprayed another round of Adams in my room as a precaution to prevent fleas from returning to my bedroom. Good news thus far, There are no fleas or bites, and if I do, I will know what to do. Even after a flea bath and flea medication, our dog still had a few fleas on him. I'm not sure if we had fleas in the house or where they may have been. I used this product on our mattress as well as our couches, and the fleas disappeared. The good news is that it appears to be working.The drawback was how messy and challenging it was to use, at least for me. I imagined a few sprinkles here and there, and then everything would be finished. I didn't know how complicated this stuff is, though I certainly should have. When utilizing, you should be in a room with enough of air. Along the way, I even started to have head pain. Additionally, the material is difficult to disperse evenly and tends to scatter. Okay, so 2017 was a terrible year for ticks in the Northeast; often, this is accompanied by even worse flea and mosquito infestations. We experienced a fairly mild winter and a ton of rain. So in the early spring, I was able to pick up several ticks simply by strolling across my lawn to the trash can for around 50 feet each time. Without even counting how many I caught, I managed to get a total of six trapped in me. I bought this thing out of rage and sprayed it over the yard. The first thing is the beautiful smell, which prompts neighbors strolling their dogs to inquire about it. My dog and cat both appeared to like it and played around on the grass, so perhaps I did too. I did this a total of twice and saw zero ticks the remainder of the spring, summer, and fall (I'm not sure if this was good or bad from the perspective of pet safety). Despite living close to a lake, the mosquitoes were not as bad this year as they were in the previous six years. I can't really comment on flea control because pets are treated for fleas with Advantix II for dogs and Advantage for cats. Anyone who believes this will help after they have a flea infestation, however, is barking up the wrong tree. 90% of the fleas in your home are eggs, and the flea life cycle lasts around 3/4 weeks. Raid flea killer plus carpet and room works incredibly well to kill everything that is not on your dogs after you have them. If necessary, I applied it to my sofas, my carpeting, and my hardwood floors. In my opinion, superior to a fogger, which gets on everything. Vacuuming frequently also helps a lot. It's up to you how you want to get rid of them from your pet. I prefer Advantix II to Frontline, and once an infestation is under control, it stays that way if you use it monthly. You will experience a new flea infestation if you try to push it past a month. Additionally, Advantix II can be lethal to cats if you have both dogs and cats. Advantix II for dogs should be avoided if your cats and dogs enjoy spooning instead, try something different. Also, be careful not to confuse the two; always give your cat the benefit of the doubt.

This is fantastic stuff! We have three pets (a dog and two cats) in our apartment and are always receiving fleas from our neighbors. We are unable to escape for a long enough period of time to utilize a bomb in a way that is secure for both our unborn child and the rest of us. In addition, we have already given the three beasts their medication, so giving them any more would be dangerous. I placed an order after seeing it. It smells like orange peels and cloves, which I love because it's natural (a pregnant woman says, "YUM!"). I used it to spray the furniture and rugs before moving on to our pets. As I sprayed the fleas away from the bodies of our furry friends, I actually saw them jump away. Since the bottle is so large, we can probably use it several times on our furry animals and in our 1100 square foot apartment. I'll check back in a week or so to see if there is a long-term fix for the issue we keep experiencing, and if it is, I might give it to our neighbors so they can stop spreading their foolishness.

The larvae were not killed by this spray, which has a lovely scent and works well on fleas in the active stage. I had no trouble utilising the product a week later for round two of the flea-killing because most of my house is made of hard wood, with a few carpeted areas and a few area rugs scattered throughout. Although it cost about the same as other items sold in pet stores, this product did seem to function better than others I had previously purchased there.

I would rate it at 4 1/2 stars. It works really well, however fleas aren't stopped for very long. I bought front line and applied it to my carpet; for approximately three days, all the fleas vanished. I used 4 bottles to kill them all and spread about 900 square feet of carpet. There are a lot of fleas where I live since the land is quite sandy. They returned three days later. In the end, I bought the seresto collars and used four more bottles to restore my carpets. It succeeded. Breaking the flea life cycle was a huge assistance. So if you want to get rid of fleas in your home, get some Seresto collars and wait four days for them to coat your cats. Then scatter this material on carpet. Good fortune.
