I've been diving for more than 20 years, and I've spent tens of thousands of hours at the bottom. I am a dinosaur; I initially used the repeated dive tables provided by the US Navy and never saw the need for a high-tech dive computer (most of which are based on the US Navy dive tables anyway). I've tried a variety of repeated dive tables from various vendors over the years. The PADI tables are the best there is. The size of this product is something I like a lot. The thick, resilient plastic sheet is accompanied by a pamphlet that provides excellent step-by-step instructions on how to use the tables. Even if you already own a dive computer, this item would make a fantastic backup in the event that it malfunctions or its batteries run out.

No diver should be without a nice little save a dive kit. Relatively cheap, lightweight, easy to carry, and easily fits into a dry bag or the bottom or pocket of a mesh bag. Having extra O rings on hand can make a bad dive into a saved one.

I strongly advise using this mouth piece if you dive with a regulator for longer than 45 minutes at a time. I always swap this mouthpiece for the factory ones that come with my regulators since it helps to reduce jaw soreness during prolonged single dives and numerous dives. Jaw fatigue is avoided by this mouthpiece's nearly effortless retention of the regulator (you don't even need to bite down). amazing comfort. Typically, they are good for 150 dives. Excellent mouthpiece! Due to the fact that the bridge part does eventually tear, I always have one in my save-a-dive gear. But this one comes highly recommended because of its strong performance, high level of comfort, and relatively affordable price (compared to the competition that you have to submerge in water and take an impression of your teeth with).

I've been doing this for nearly two years. It took me two tries to get the form correct because it was my first effort at a custom fit. Even after a 1- to 2-hour dive, there is noticeably less jaw tiredness because it does my mouth a little bit better than a regular mouthpiece. It really exceeds my expectations in terms of size. Compared to the more expensive, soft silicone ones, the substance is firmer. There are two drawbacks that I overlooked: I've discovered from my technical diving that the material becomes rock-hard in cold water. Since it's kept warm in your mouth, it's typically not a problem, but when you do activities where you share air with a partner and it briefly comes out of your mouth, it's obvious. This brings us to the second drawback: during our practice of giving the regulator out of your mouth, two friends mentioned that it seemed strange to put their mouths on "my" mouthpiece. The feeling of being cold or hard, I'm sure, didn't help. However, I'm convinced that most companions would choose an uncomfortable mouthpiece over their own airless one in the event of a real emergency.

It was incredibly simple to shape and attach my regulator to this moldable mouthpiece. A standard mouthpiece flips straight out of my mouth since I have several missing teeth on the lower right side of my mouth. This was ideal! I was happy with it and used it on a recent diving trip to Bonaire.

For my complete reg set, this case is more than sufficient. When I'm moving gear around on the dive boat, I find that the padding is sufficient to protect any hard plastic or metal parts on my regulators from bumps and drops onto hard surfaces. In addition, the bag dries pretty rapidly after being vigorously shaken to remove the majority of the water. Additionally, I can attest that the bag DOES FLOAT WHEN EMPTY (definitely would not float with a full reg set inside). I also appreciate the bag's design and functionality. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my bag.

So far, it's a good rule for the price. Using it only for dives that use surface supply. Naturally, I had to modify it so that it wouldn't free flow at the pressures I'm using, but as it is adjustable, doing so wasn't too difficult. The provided mouthpiece is trash and should be thrown away if you plan on using this snorkel frequently. I've had better ones on cheap snorkels. detest the mouthpiece a lot.The hose threads are standard, despite the fact that someone had previously claimed they weren't. The vast majority of other dive regulators, BC inflators, etc. are similar to these. They differ from a standard air compressor fitting. You must additionally order a 3/8-24 unf (standard scuba) to 1/4 npt adapter in order to utilize this regulator or any other regulator with a compressor (normal air compressor). Easily accessible here on Amazon for $8 to $30, or perhaps at your neighborhood dive shop.
