Sorry fish people, but Stren's power to make clouds float is the basis for this evaluation. powerful, thin, and clear. A 4' cloud has been supported by two strands while appearing to be unsupported. The cloud weighs roughly 5 pounds overall and features inside lighting. I additionally attached electricity cords to the back of the ladder using the line. Unless you are close by and paying attention, neither use is noticeable.

Even after trying various mono brands and line kinds, "back to the fundamentals" has kept me using this simple line. Although I am aware that this is an Amazon review, it is frequently readily accessible in most stores, which is an added advantage.I use this line in clear 8, 10, 12, and 20 lb for bass fishing, with the exception of flipping with a weight heavier than one ounce.My preferred line weight for using weightless finesse baits to light power fishing a 1/2 oz bait even pitching in light cover is 10 lb on spinning rigs and 12 lb on baitcast setup. Even when fighting a snag in unpleasant cover, it seems to hold up nicely around grass and does not seem to stretch much, but you may snap it with enough effort if necessary. It pulls bass out nicely and doesn't seem to get weak or nic as easily as other brands when I use it around docks, rip rap, and timber with a variety of baits, but I've broken off extremely huge bass or from when I should have previously re-tied.Line memory and twist are not too awful and are controllable, although they seem worse after sitting for a long on spinning reels as opposed to baitcasters; nevertheless, it's possible that this is due to a change in reel construction.To prove it to myself and likely many other fishermen and fish species, I have caught several bass with very simple mono that has lasted the test of time.

High-impact fishing line from StrenI purchased this line to use as a leader and with two ultra-light casting rods and reels that I intend to utilize this year for panfishing and neighborhood nighttime fishing. It comes off the spool coil-free, unlike many monofilament lines, and is quite strong for its size and weight rating. If I continue to use this large reel of line in this manner, the knots will remain tied for virtually an eternity. When I was a kid, I used Stren Monofilament as cheap tippet on the Big Horn River, and I don't recall ever having an issue with it breaking or coming undone. The cost in this lucrative fishing industry is reasonable. These days, new products that require a payment to purchase them are rare. Not me when it comes to making a simple purchase like a spool of fishing line. You might disagree, but I don't mind because I've already had a few lessons to learn. Just to keep Stren from getting a big head, four stars.

I have to throw light jigs (1/32-1/16oz) a long way in some of my crappie sites. This necessitates using thin line and light tackle. However, huge fish (bass/catfish) are frequently around, so I don't want to lose my lure or fish too quickly. I've been using Suffix Siege 6lb monofilament line after experimenting with several others. I recently purchased KastKing Stealth and Kodiak reels and was very surprised by both. I therefore decided to test the KastKing 6lb mono line. The outcome is once more pleasantly surprise!KastKing premium mono offers several advantages over Suffix Siege 6lb mono, including being thinner (diameter of 0.009 vs. 0.010), stronger (KastKing has an actual capacity of roughly 78lb), casting more smoothly (10–20% farther), and feeling bite and setting hooks more effectively (Suffix Siege is a little softer which absorbs the force). If not handled properly (for instance, overspooling, loose retrieving), the slight increase in stiffness could be difficult for beginners, but it never troubled me. And it offers more advantages than drawbacks.I began to adore this line after about an hour of fishing and after catching over 30 crappies.

excellent quality line It is comparable, in my opinion, to some of the more expensive leader material available right now. I exclusively use artificials when fishing. Additionally, choosing a high-quality leader material provides you peace of mind when you have a $20 lure at the end of your line. This is something I frequently do when striper fishing in the Northeast. Particularly if the "Chompers" are in the area! This item will help you avoid going to the tackle shop and save you some money, along with some anal retentive knot tying. I've had success with this leader material while tarpon fishing in Florida. With this application, I like to use a high-quality fluorocarbon, though. Do not be misled into believing that this leader material is of poor quality because of its pricing. It is solid enough as long as you don't swing large objects on it. I needed it to hang farther down because I had heavy portraits to hang. I used this to extend the wires in the rear and it is less noticeable on my white walls. It's a nice enough (enough) spool for my purposes. I used it in conjunction with the brass picture hanging hooks that I also bought from Amazon. I hung them from the molding to avoid damaging the walls with holes.I currently have an item on backorder (they've already sent me notices about it three times), but since Amazon has been so timely with my delivery — arriving way before schedule — i've decided not to get worked up or irritated about it and simply wait for it to arrive.

Berkley Vanish is a really good line that can help you catch more fish.On all of my freshwater reels, I use it.I spool 6lb vanish on my trout spinning rigs and add 3–4 feet of 2lb vanish as a leader since trout can be fussy, especially in clear water and in areas where there is a lot of fishing pressure.I've discovered that how you deliver your offering to the fish matters more than the lure or bait you use.When fishing side by side with a friend who is not using Vanish (or other high-quality flourcarbon line), I will catch four to five trout before he does, if he even gets a hit.Only other types of lines can be used using vanish as the leader.Fish become accustomed to your line; they notice it and move on.
