I have all the problems that go along with being old. I was put on a very low-carb diet, which has much helped with a health problem. These help me stay on track twice a day. Too high, too low, it's really beneficial. I can't comment on how scientifically accurate they are, but I do know that if I take a test when I'm not feeling well, I'll be much outside of my comfort zone, so they're adequate.
