The condition of the packaging they arrived in is the only factor in the rating of 4 stars. The product box was (noticeably) torn, and more than half of the cans were severely dented, to the point where we had to throw them away. The Amazon box was in perfect condition. Very dissatisfied with Amazon. Usually, they have significantly superior quality control.
