COPES CORN SWEET DRIED, 7.5 OZ (3 pack) Review:

Consider adding this to stew, soup, or cornbread after soaking in water or milk the night before. I cook the corn before adding it to cornbread. Don't always stick to the recipe on the package if you prefer adventure. On the stovetop, cook it while incorporating real butter, sugar, brown sugar, and ground cloves. Various flavored peppers, precooked onions, peppers, or garlic, cinnamon, oregano, basil, and all of those ingredients. To put it another way, dried corn makes a fantastic food base for other amazing side dish items. When the ingredients are mostly cooked, add more butter, stir, and simmer for the entire day. Because the rich, nutty flavors of stovetop cooking are so much more potent than those of baking, I much prefer it to the latter. Always keep dried corn on hand over the holidays, and don't be afraid to add it to the bird's stuffing.

This worked out well for me without being overly expensive, but if you have the time and energy to snoop around the grocery stores for comparison, you might be able to find a better offer.
