Yes, Hindus can eat ghee. Ghee is a type of clarified butter that is used in Indian cuisine. It is made by simmering butter until the water evaporates and the milk solids settle at the bottom. The clear butterfat is then strained and the resulting ghee has a nutty, rich flavor. Ghee is used in both sweet and savory dishes and is a staple in many Hindu households.

Let me begin by mentioning that this review is entirely objective and that I buy all of my own things from Amazon. This thing is awesome! My local grocery store now sells it, but Amazon has the larger size, which is more cost-effective. I use this for both my bulletproof coffee and cooking. The ghee butter I have so far purchased has the purest taste. I regret having ever tried a different brand. I adore the quality, flavor, and creamy texture. I've already eaten approximately five of these, and everyone around me is equally obsessed. Yes, I do use it because I follow a Keto diet, but in all honesty, this is what real butter actually looks like. Instead of margarine and store-bought butters comprised of hydrogenated oils, anyone who cares about their health should consume this. A little goes a long way, and it is not need to be refrigerated. I gave it a try on some homemade popcorn, and when I discovered that this is the butter flavor that the branded movie popcorn is attempting to imitate, I panicked. The peculiar flavor of the film's liquid "butter" was ultimately explained. My health has been getting better, and using this in my coffee with MCT coconut oil provided me an unfathomable amount of energy. I won't ever purchase butter other than this. Get it! Try it out! Add to cart and then checkout. Not switching to this is a waste of time and health.

This ghee is excellent and has held up beautifully on my counter at room temperature. Although I haven't used ghee before, I've read that as long as you take care to avoid getting any water in it, you don't need to keep ghee in the refrigerator. So I always make sure my measuring spoons are incredibly dry before using it for a recipe. I will dry my measuring spoons with a paper towel or a dish towel after merely washing them until there is no trace of moisture left on them. Adds fantastic taste, and because ghee has a higher burn point, you can use it in many recipes where butter isn't appropriate. The one drawback, which I can't fault them for, is that it's pretty pricey for such a small amount. Have you recently checked the price of plain butter in supermarket stores? Everything is expensive right now, so the only option is to use it sparingly and be prepared to pay a premium for high-quality items to feed your body, or to take the time to produce your own ghee, which can take some time if you're a busy person. Maybe one day I'll just give in and do it myself, carefully spooning out the butter solids from the melted butter until every last bit of it is gone, but for the time being I'd like to just buy it! It's challenging enough to prepare my own meals and meal plan for a week without having to prepare both the fresh ingredients and the staples.

Oh my my, is that ghee or some incredible, rich vanilla pudding? Ten times a day, I have to physically stop myself from reaching over to take a spoonful straight. I've been consuming grassfed, organic ghee for a while now for health reasons, and I haven't yet seen a situation in which I prefer it over butter. This is significant since people have remarked on how much butter I use, which is "inspirational," hehe. Even if it is still a fat, it is nonetheless advised by numerous medical professionals, including my own GP. I add this particular vanilla bean ghee to my turmeric golden coconut milk at night, and the smoothness it adds is great! It's fantastic as a cream alternative in coffee or black tea! It tastes so tasty that I don't even need to add the typical sugar sprinkle that is typically added to cinnamon toast, but my family also like it on toast with some ceylon cinnamon. Since the only additional ingredient is vanilla bean, it is not at all sweet, but because it is so rich and filling, I never miss the sweetness and I feel better knowing that I'm not consuming unneeded additional sugar. The fact that they don't sell it in an organic version is my one and only criticism, but after researching the company's butter sourcing, I feel confident that it is still moral and not overly treated with chemicals or pesticides. I don't advise buying unless you're prepared to become addicted. Yummm.

For everyone who has read other people's complaints regarding the cost and the product's graininess... Avoid them! By far, this ghee is priceless, and the finished beverage has a delicious flavor. Nothing compares to the other ghees I've tried. Even better, I've started baking with it and giving it to my kids for breakfast in place of the ghee I used to typically purchase from Whole Foods. Since this ghee melts into a hot liquid, its texture is irrelevant. It is not being consumed spoon by spoon. The vivid color, excellent flavor, and price are all fully justified. I hope other reviewers would state so and leave it at that if you cannot afford it or don't want to buy it. However, the answer is yes if you were genuinely curious about if it is worth what you are spending! You won't find anything else that is this brilliant in color and this high-quality anyplace else, I assure those of you who understand the importance of ghee. Recently, due to a lack of product, we moved to a different brand out of convenience. Since then, we have absolutely regretted our decision and realized how fantastic the product is.

Clarified butter, which is made by boiling butter to separate the milk particles and water, is comparable to ghee. Ghee has a greater smoke point than butter, which means that it may be heated to a higher temperature before it begins to smoke. Clarified butter is boiled for a shorter period of time to bring out the butter's natural nutty flavor.Ghee is full of healthy nutrients and contains a number of essential fatty acids. Ghee also has a lot of other advantages, and studies have shown that some of its constituents can reduce inflammation, accelerate weight reduction, and improve digestion. The very greatest ghee ever. When you first open the jar, the butter smells absolutely beautiful and buttery, just like grass-fed butter should. To prevent it from melting, I keep it in the fridge. I use it whether I bake, cook, or simply add it to a dish. Yammy !

For my Keto diet, I tried a variety of BPC recipes, but I was unable to complete any of them. I enjoy my morning cup of coffee, but the BPC recipes were making it taste bad. I tried this after reading all the Amazon reviews, and I found that many others agreed with my assessment of BPC's flavor. It is genuinely amazing. I have just the right amount of energy in the morning without feeling overly energized, and I am able to delay my appetite until lunch. The addition of IF (intermittent fasting) to jump-start weight loss with menopause has made a significant difference. In addition, it makes my lips feel incredibly silky! The cost is actually less than purchasing the organic virgin coconut oil and grass-fed butter separately.A GUIDE FOR A LESS MESSY MORNING: To minimize mess, shake the container thoroughly before dividing 1 TBSP across the ice cube tray's pockets. 6 hours in the fridge. Once solidified, store the prepared cubes in the refrigerator in a baggie or other container. Despite not having to measure them out every day or dig them out of the fridge, they nevertheless combine flawlessly with hot coffee. I adore this item!
