The area that is covered. #3, a "hidden sector" created by placing cards in front of the covered section while leaving it uncovered. This pocket is awesome. It would carry more cards, but I can only get about three in there before it becomes too bulky for me. I adore the pocket. I can put money or a key inside, and they will stay there (I currently have both!). A card partially slid out when I dropped my phone once, but that only happened once (I drop my phone all the time).The only issue I have is that it is slippery, although I will admit that I'm adjusting. Additionally, my case (s8) has a curve, and the edges don't lay down exactly, which might be an issue, but isn't right now (3 weeks later?).Customer support has been fantastic. They advised me to write them back to see how quickly they would answer in their initial email, which I did. When I told them what I had written, they replied within 30 minutes. All the time. Very courteous, error-free, and considerate of any problems. Only because they are so knowledgeable will I make purchases from them!
