Very simple to use! Aside from the earring's plastic attachments flying off, lol... I adore these piercing kits, though. My oldest daughter has her second hole now. While the doctor who repaired a torn ear lobe last year successfully entered through scar tissue in one of my other daughter's first holes. My teen's helix (upper ear cartridge) was completed with the one extra component and once more went in without a hitch. Because it's a great brand and easier to use as a spray without having to touch delicate ears, I used the H2O Ocean Spray. I just received my gun today. My marker was broken and my mirror wasn't attached when I opened the handy pistol container. I'm not complaining because the needles and gun were my main worries (piercing earrings). I poked my left side of my nose with the rifle (right side was already pierced). The piercing was virtually painless; the pistol can occasionally misfire, but you simply need to pay attention while doing it! I rated it four stars since it performed just as it should have and because the cost was reasonable given the quality of the item.

The first one I made worked flawlessly, but the second one's transparent casing didn't shatter and come off, so all I had to do to get it to come out was to insert my nail in between the crack. There was no discomfort because I took my time and didn't want to make the earring too tight. No pain following either! I'm ecstatic with it. Additionally, it wasn't difficult to remove the backing.

I adore this item! I have three daughters, and I have spent far more money getting their ears pierced at a particular pre-teen favorite jewelry store in the mall than I care to admit! Don't take their word for it when they say it's "FREE." Lol! Anyway, my oldest daughter asked me if I could make her a second hole after we bought these since she wanted one. Since I had previously worked at the aforementioned pre-teen jewelry shop while in college, I had no issues with it. I've done this at least 100 times. It was incredibly simple and not too painful. My 10-year-ears old's were also pierced when I bought a second set. You don't need to be a professional to accomplish it, even though I had done it countless times previously. It's doable by anyone. First, be sure to use alcohol to clean the earlobes! Make sure to indicate the locations of the holes on both ears before you pierce them. Don't mark and pierce one hole before moving on to the other. To check if they are equal, mark both sides and then face them directly. Make sure they are at the same height and distance from the face. Your ear lobe's middle should roughly correspond to the location of the perforations. It is probably a good idea to have the person whose body you are piercing look at it as well to ensure that it appears even to them. After that, all you have to do is load the earrings into the gun, align the earring post with the dot you marked, and squeeze the trigger. Unlike some of the earlier styles of piercing guns, this one doesn't pop. To push it through, you actually need to exert some force on your own. However, it's simpler than it seems. Avoid using too much force, but also avoid being overly mild. It shouldn't stop halfway through; you don't want that. About the same force as you would use with a stapler, I would say. Once you've gone all the way through, release the pistol gradually before pulling away from the ear. Most likely, a plastic sleeve will remain around the earring. Just remove that; everything is fine. It should be in two sections and be quite simple to separate and remove. Then, and this is very crucial, be sure to loosen the earring backs. This piercing kit is quite easy to use. All you have to do is mark the area to be pierced, place both fingers there, and give it a short firm pinch to finish. I just got a new piercing! Just be sure you grab the white nudge holding the earring in place and pull it up to remove it. It could take a little while for you to finish the piercing if you have hesitations about getting one. However, I have several piercings and am not frightened of a few pinches (I used to pierce my own lips and nose in high school). Just keep in mind that ear piercings do take a while to heal, so be sure to clean and sanitize them every other day. If you don't take good care of your ears, you run the danger of developing a keloid. (Gross) I'd definitely place another order!

They are OUTSTANDING. These guns were used for all three of the high lobe piercings shown in the image. After two weeks, there has been no infection. My girlfriend carried it out. She cleansed her hands twice and used gloves. We used alcohol pads from a first aid box I had nearby to swab my ear. My recommendation is to remove the small white piece from the gun's bottom. When you see what I mean, you'll understand. Use it exactly as a stapler as well. It only takes one short, firm squeeze, similar to how you would squeeze a stapler, to finish. Don't pause or break mid-sentence. Takes 2 seconds legit. Just a little pinch, nothing more. Actually, my girlfriend will apply two of them to her daughter's ears.

This was really amazing! Despite a few shortcomings, it was simple and painless! With this, I penetrated my cartilage, and it didn't even hurt! It was clean and sealed in a packaging when I got it. The blue component that pushes the earring slipped out when I took it out. I initially believed it to be broken, but it wasn't—not it's attached to the pistol. I merely reinserted it. I iced my ear well in advance, so at first I didn't even realize it had gone in! I haven't had any infections for about a week at this point. However, because the earring is large, cleaning it can be challenging. While keeping the earring in, I remove the back of the earring (which hurts quite a bit, but you really need to make sure it doesn't get infected), and then I put cleaning on a q tip and make sure I get the cleaner in there well. Overall, I think this is a fantastic product and I will buy more.
