VH Nutrition Vitex+ | 650mg Vitex Chasteberry Supplement Formula to Balance Womens Hormones - Fertility to Menopause - 30 Day Supply - 60 Capsules Review:

This product is amazing. As soon as I received my shipment, I started taking one 650mg capsule in the morning, and one at night during the middle of my first cycle of the year to help stabilize my wonky cycles overall. I had mild headaches for a bit but I figured they were hormonal as this is a supplement that helps stabilize hormones, so I hung tight and continued to take it and the headaches stopped after about a week.
Before Vitex, my Dr put me on a 10 day round of Provera (10mg). About 2 weeks later, my period came and my cycle went back to the normal 28 days and lasted 7 days (after not having a period for nearly 4 months), however, I still just wasn't ovulating.
I did a countless amount of ovulation strips and still, nothing happened. So I decided to take the holistic route as a last resort before seeking counsel with a fertility specialist.
This month (2nd cycle), I thought nothing would happen because my strips were still showing up negative around the time I was supposed to be ovulating (around the 11th of this month).
Well, to my surprise, 3 days later than what was predicted per an App I use to track my cycles, I finally tested positive for ovulation on cycle day 22!
I kept my strips from last month to compare my results for this month. They started out the same and all at once, it just came out positive out of nowhere!
Hopefully I can update with even more good news about this product. It seems to be working so far. My hubby and I have baby hopes, so if we end up having a BFP (fingers crossed), I'll definitely continue to post on our success.
I only have one fallopian tube and I have PCOS. It's just good to see that I CAN ovulate after all.
Also, if this helps, I changed my diet to a low GI ( glycemic index) diet to help lower my sugar intake as soon as I started taking this product. I figured the diet change would help a lot and I definitely feel the difference.

Genius Estrogen Balance – DIM Supplement w/Grape Seed Extract, Dual Estrogen Blocker for Men & Hormone Balance for Women – Aromatase Inhibitor – Cortisol Manager & Thyroid Support, 30 Veggie Pills Review:

At the 8-day mark, I am definitely feeling more like myself. Starting these supplements was one element of my three-pronged approach to pre-menopause's crazy (and sudden) hijacking of my body and soul. Hot flashes, incredibly sudden weight gain and bloating despite regular, pretty intense exercise, awful acne attacks – just total self-esteem sabotage. After our ovaries stop putting out, it's clear nature says to women, "The only one who wants to really work you over now is ME." :)

Here are the three things I tried, all purchased here on Amazon. I'm listing them all because I don't know for certain which thing is helping the most, though my suspicion is that it's this product.

1) Genius Estrogen Balance
2) Pharma Quality Bio-Identical Progesterone
3) Smoky Mountain (Bioidentical) Estrogen Estriol Cream.

Thing is, at menopause our estrogen is generally plummeting, but also vacillating wildly, too. What you need really is balance. I felt like lightly supplementing with both estrogen and progesterone (topically) and also kind of suppressing my cortisol-based estrogen production (your body aggressively aggregates belly fat at menopause because those adipose cells give it the estrogen it craves after the ovaries stop furnishing it) might help me achieve some balance – but really I have no expertise, and hormone research can leave you rather confused, so this is all bio-troubleshooting.

Regardless, I started these three things eight days ago, and here's what I've noticed.

1) My virulent acne outbreaks have receded. I still get a zit or two but not an outbreak of many nasty "undergrounders" that hurt and never really go away. Instead, just small ones here or there. And there's an overall glow to my skin I haven't seen in a while. Very surprising.

2) My sleep is better. Have had zero hot flashes

3) My energy throughout the day is noticeably, wildly improved

4) I feel more alert all day. Then, when I get sleepy, I sleep the sleep of the dead.

5) Finally my algorithmic weight gain is arrested. I've always been trim and athletic, very muscular - probably naturally higher in testosterone than some women. But nothing I did, including intermittent fasting and calorie restriction, could stop this belly bloat phenom – god it was discouraging. But it has stopped, and I am seeing abs poke back out again (weight is still the same, but jeans zip up happily again). So thank baby jeezus for this miracle; I will not have to sacrifice any forest animals.

We'll see how it goes over subsequent weeks, but right now I am kind of over the moon with this trifecta. If you're going through menopause right now, a shout of solidarity – keep working to find balance; it doesn't have to be a gauntlet of suffering. Soldier on, my sisters.

Vmagic Organic Vulva Cream & Intimate Skin Care, Feminine Irritation Relief- Relieves Dryness, Itching, Burning, Redness, Chafing, Odor, Menopause Symptoms - Estrogen Free (2 oz) Review:

I was having issues with extreme dryness and irritation, to the point where it was burning/stinging when I went to the bathroom and I was near tears on a regular basis from the pain. It felt like I had tiny paper cuts all over that area and I couldn't figure out why or how to fix it. I had been to my gynecologist and he just recommended some OTC moisturizers, but they didn't help at all (and I'm very sensitive to using things in that area--I usually develop infections or rashes from anything with fragrance or other synthetic ingredients). Of course he ruled out any possible infections or diseases, too, but we were both fairly confident that nothing like that was causing the issues (he knows my medical history and knew that I wasn't at risk for most of the potential culprits). I decided to try this product and WOW!!! I was hesitant to leave a review because it's such a personal product but I felt compelled because if I can help someone else find an answer to her problem then it's worth my potential embarrassment! Oddly enough, once I got myself totally healed (no more dryness, irritation, pain, paper cut feelings, etc.) I've only had to use this very intermittently. As long as I use it at the first sign of a potential issue starting (dryness, irritation, etc.) then I only have to use it once or twice and the issue subsides! I keep this on hand at all times now, and when I was still in the process of healing the area I even kept some in a tiny travel container so I could take it with me. And because it's made from only natural ingredients it didn't cause any additional irritation at all! I highly recommend this product for anyone struggling with pain, irritation, dryness, etc. (as long as you've ruled out the possibility of any diseases or infections).

Estroven Stress Plus Mood & Memory | Menopause Relief Dietary Supplement | Safe Multi-Symptom Relief | Helps Reduce Hot Flashes & Night Sweats* | Helps Manage Daily Stress & Mood* | 30 Caplets Review:

At 51, I was annoyed by everything and everyone. I felt like I had a boat load of things going on all of a sudden, with no explanation. I started with the Estroven Maximum Energy. It was okay. Nothing lifechanging to report there. But, when I started taking the Mood/Memory, a noticeable change took place. Things don't bother me nearly as much as they did before. The best part, I was introduced to someone several weeks ago. When I saw him a 2-3 weeks later, we remembered meeting. He called me by name, and I actually remembered his name. I was so excited, I wanted to drop everything and go home. My day was complete. I hadn't been remembering things for quite some time. I actually remember my schedule and shopping lists without electronic assistance. That's the best! So, I highly recommend these babies! They work!! I'm actually here to order more.

(Bioidentical) Estrogen Estriol Cream. Supplements 175mg of USP Micronized, Bio-Identical Estriol- 3.5oz Pump. for Women During Menopause. Weight Loss, Vaginal Dryness, Wrinkles & PCOS Review:

I am 45 and have been in surgical menopause for about 5 years. Year one was insanity. Tried MANY medicines and doses that still left me not "right". I took myself off of them after a year out of frustration. I was left with increased weight gain, crocodile dry legs (among other places!), moodiness and the ever present hot flashes. Black cohash didn't help. So I just "went with it" for 4 years.

Fast forward to last month. Sleep patterns were horrible, I was an exausted mess, and my Fibro was out of control crazy. Sick of the hot flashes that never appeared when it was freezing cold out.

Went on amazon searching for options. Read a lot of reviews that I normally take with a grain of salt. Hormone replacement is VERY personal. That's why there are so many big pharma options out there. Our needs differ body by body, by personal circumstances and even by the hour.

In MY experience, this product has GREATLY improved my quality of life. I remember specifically on day 4 thinking, when was my last hot flash? And why am I so damn happy? Now a month later, my anxiety is gone, heart palpitations are gone, skin had a tremendous rebound, I am sleeping well for the most part and those horrid hot flashes have all but stopped. I seemed to get a handful week 3 but weren't the usual soaking episodes and were short lived.

While I do like the fact that airless pumps keep the essential ingredients stable longer, it is also frustrating to not be able to gauge what is remaining. I have this on subscribe and save to eliminate running out.

I've seen reviewers upset with the change and dosage from an open container to this new pump. I haven't used the open container so I can't speak to that, but I am thankful to have a product that dispenses a consistent amount as I tend to bungle up self dosing.

I get that fake reviews are rampant everywhere on everyone's etail site. You really just have to try things out in your own environment. I love the fact that Amazon allows me to return what doesn't work out. I used this product faithfully at the same time everyday and for me, it is a blessing. For my family, it is SOLID GOLD!

DIM Supplement 200mg - DIM Diindolylmethane Plus BioPerine 60-Day Supply of DIM for Estrogen Balance, Hormone Menopause Relief, Acne Treatment, PCOS, Bodybuilding Review:

I want to write this to help people diagnosed with PMDD that can't or don't want to get on birth control and don't want to get on antidepressants. I am not doing this as a doctor but someone that has experienced it and found a solution that works for me. It may not work for everyone else. That being said I'll keep it short as possible. I had severe postpartum depression after I quit breastfeeding my daughter. Very severe. I let it go too long because I didn't know what was going on. The doctor prescribed me lexapro and it worked a little at first but it took it a full 8 weeks to work better and even then it didn't get rid of all of the symptoms. It was a low dose but I didn't want a big dose because I knew I would be getting off of it soon and just wanted the help for a little while. I wish I would have started my supplements then instead of the lexapro because I now know hormone imbalance was my problem. My prescription ended at 5 months after starting it and that put my daughter at 1 year. I weaned off of it and it wasn't too bad but I started getting really weird symptoms. After I would ovulate I would go into a rage for 2 weeks with severe mood swings. I told my doctor about it and they wanted to put me on birth control which I can't take due to the type of migraines I get. So they wanted to put me on Prozac. I took one dose of Prozac and it made me feel super weird so I was determined to find out what the root of my problem was instead of taking Prozac. I also was having pain on the right side under my ribs and my throat kept having a swollen feeling. After tons of research I found it is very common to be hypo/hyper thyroid after a baby and that estrogen dominance is very common. The pain in my side was due to excess estrogen messing up my gall bladder function and the swollen feeling in my throats was due to the hypothyroid. I also had the other symptoms that goes along with these two issues i.e. Mood swings, anxiety attacks, hot and cold flashes, sleepiness, irritability and so on. I did research and started taking these two supplements.

Thyroid support and DIM. I also took some other additional supplements to help with the estrogen metabolizing because I was miserable and desperate.

I can go into detail on what these do but I'm trying to keep this brief. Anyway they started working within a week. I started feeling better. I took 2 DIM a day for 2 months in addition to the normal doses of the other supplements. I gradually kept feeling better but I'm an impatient person and I had been feeling bad for so long I wanted it to feel totally normal again as soon as possible. After more research I found that Curcumin helps you feel better while the DIM and Thyroid support does it's job. It took me a long time to get to feeling this way so it would take a while for me to get out of it. I ordered one brand of curcumin that's no longer available but I've replaced it with this one

I started feeling like myself at Day 5 of taking this. It's amazing. I sometimes take up to 9 a day but it's on days I feel particularly terrible which always coincides with my hormone cycle (or slight hangover) but I always take at least 3 a day. No side effects or any issues with this. It's amazing. It keeps me sane while the dim and the thyroid support correct the issues I've had. I just wanted to write this to give people an option to try before antidepressants. You should know within a week of these supplements will help you or not. I'm not doctor. I'm not trying to get anyone to stop taking their meds. I am simply putting out there an option that worked for me and took a lot of trial and error to figure out.

So my daily supplement regimen that initially worked for me. I have since lowered my doses after 2 months of this.

2 DIM by smokey mountain naturals one morning one night. I would recommend only taking 2 if your estrogen dominance is severe and only for 1 month. After that lower to 1 a day.
Thyroid Support by 1 body 2 in morning
1 Calcium D Glucarate by Thorne research
3 turmeric curcumin with bioperine by Schwartz bioresearch sometimes more
1 double strength zinc picolinate by Thorne research in morning
Fish oil in morning
Relaxed mood gummies by vitafusion
Neuromag magnesium l-threonate by life extension at night. 1 scoop.

I now only take
2 Thyroid Support
2 Relaxed mood gummies
3 Curcumin and occasionally more throughout the day.
Magnesium at night.

It's a lot of supplements and some are a little expensive but I prefer this to Prozac. Please PM me if you have any questions. I've tried a lot of things in addition to these that I didn't list because I wanted to keep this as short as possible. Again this is just what worked for me and I am not a doctor. I was just desperate for anything to help me that wasn't an antidepressant.

Estroven Complete Menopause Relief | All-in-One Menopause Relief* | Safe and Effective | Reduce Multiple Menopause Symptoms*1 | Reduces Hot Flashes and Night Sweats* | One Per Day | 28 Count Review:

I can not live without this product. It’s the only thing that has cured my hot flashes, which were destroying my life. I could no longer go anywhere or do anything. I did not know how to dress. I was never comfortable. Now I know I will be OK, if I drink a warm beverage I will not self-destruct. I won’t be incinerated on the spot in a theater in the middle of the play. However, these don’t help You Sleep, it’s the nighttime ones that help you sleep. I take a regular Estroven in daytime, but I take the nighttime estroven in the evening before bed. They don’t recommend you take two a day but I do anyway and I feel much better for it. I sleep very well now and wake up refreshed for the first time in five years. So, i take one yellow one in the morning, and a blue one at night, and my doctors can send their bills to other people. I’m on auto delivery!
Ok, let's be serious.
Menopause is a misunderstood and very neglected time in a woman's life.
It can last 10 months or it can last 10 years. It can really last for years. It all depends on the woman.
Perimenopause can last 3 years or 10 years also, it's different for every woman, just like our periods and pms is different.
Black cohosh is an herb that has been around since the dawn of time. If your period is delayed and needs to come, black cohosh will make it come. That's why it can help with pms, it rebalances things quickly.
In perimenopause and menopause our hormones undergo so much drama that I'm betting 90% of the women reading this were given antidepressants when they went to their doctors with severe perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
And if the antidepressants had worked, we'd all be on here raving about them. And we wouldn't have needed Estroven.
Or anything else.
But they didn't.
And so we do need help.
Weight gain, loss of sex drive, for me personally it's the desire to see my once beloved children less frequently, lower tolerance for pain and higher tolerance for sadness, all these things contribute to loss of happiness, but add hot flash to that combination and it begins to feel like the misogyny of the bible is true, Eve doomed us all, being female is hell. Even happy and serene women who were content with their lives and choices start simmering with violence and inquiring about cruises to Alaska. For one passenger. And this lasts for years! AND NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT IT!!! They are just giving us more and more drugs. That's why I think we are also on high blood pressure meds. This is the cycle: you gain ten pounds in your late forties because you have been a chaffeur for 20 years. You go to the dr. and get antidepressants, you gain another 15. Now you have high blood pressure. You take a pill. You feel upset so you eat cheese, which is yummy. It makes you feel better. Now you have high cholesterol. You take another pill. Now you are a pill taker when before you were super healthy mommy making sure everyone else was healthy. And you can't sleep anymore. So you gain more weight due to high cortisol, and get a CPAP machine, which is even less sexy than it sounds. Now you are depressed when before you were not, so you probably do need the antidepressants, but intead you take vitamins for a year, convinced you can fake out the doctor. Instead you are hit with pre-diabetes or thyroid issues. Do you see where I am going ladies? It's a slippery slope. It all starts with the medical profession not understanding what it means to be female.
I had my doubts about this supplement until I went a few days without it and hot flashes returned. I'm careful not to miss a day now, and as I said, I take the energy one in the morning, and the nighttime one around 8 pm by 10 pm I am totally relaxed. I wish all good things on all of you, we are all unique and different and I'd love to hear details of the experiences of others, young and old alike, trans or not, it isn't as if this pill is going to hurt you, but you must not take if you might be pregnant. Thats important. Did I mention I'm off all other medication now? Turns out it was all menopause all along....

Estroven SLEEP COOL + CALM | Menopause Relief Dietary Supplement | Estrogen Free** | Helps Reduce Hot Flashes & Night Sweats* | 30 Caplets Review:

I started early menopause in the beginning of 2018, and the onset was both abrupt & severe- no gradual process at all! (For this review, I'll stick to sleep symptoms.) Overnight, I began experiencing SEVERE night sweats, overheating, and insomnia. First, no matter how cold the room or light the blanket (or even NONE), I would wake up DRENCHED with sweat dripping everywhere- I bought thick bamboo towels to put under me, and had to replace them during the night. It was absolutely disgusting! Even though I kept hydrated, I sweated so much that I was constantly dizzy, and had to start drinking Gatorade (yuck!) to help with the electrolyte imbalance. Second, no matter how I felt when going to bed (cold, normal, etc), I would wake up so overheated that I had severe headaches- then 5 min later, I would be back to normal. I even moved to our basement bedroom since it's cooler there (and no husband's heat in the bed), but it didn't help. Lastly, I already was an insomniac but it got far worse- there'd be nights I didn't sleep at all, for days at a time. On the nights I did sleep, it would only be about 30 min before the overheating and sweats woke me up, and I would only get 2-3 of those short naps.

At this point, I was desperate for relief. I read a reviewer's comment for another product, and she mentioned a combination of products that had stopped her hot flashes and night sweats cold. So I got them all (see below list) with this product being one of them, and took them religiously. While it DID take quite awhile before they worked, the results were marvelous! I was essentially back to normal- no night sweats, no hot flashes, no more insomnia, etc. It was virtually a miracle.

So, while I don't know if this product works by itself since I started it in conjunction with several other supplements, I'll say that it's part of a regime that has worked wonders for me! It's been a glorious 6 months. My only caveat is that when I recently got sick with the flu, the symptoms came back for awhile (though not near as bad).

My Menopause Supplement Regime*:
• At night:
》This product (ESTROVEN Sleep)
》SOLARAY Black Cohosh
》SOLARAY Wild Yam Root
》SPORTS RESEARCH Evening Primrose Oil
》RESTORE Menopause Support Supplement
》HAIRFLUENCE Hair Supplement
》Vitamin B
• In the morning (admittedly, I forget to take more often than I remember):
》ESTROVEN Maximum Strength + Energy

*NOTE: I only take half of the RESTORE supplement dosage since I take the ESTROVEN daily supplement too. I also don't take any of the other supplements in the morning if they call for it and take the minimum doses, as some overlap with ingredients and I don't want to take too much. I also brought everything in for my doctor's approval. Be advised that according to her, Black Cohosh has been linked to breast cancer so if you take it, ensure you have your annual mammogram.

Amberen: Safe Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief. Clinically Shown to Relieve 12 Menopause Symptoms: Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Mood Swings, Low Energy and More. 1 Month Supply Review:

I wrote a review for the Evening Primrose and it works better on my adult acne. I wrote that the evening primrose stopped my hot flashes but they came back just not as bad. I added this to my taking first thing in the morning and yes under control now. This has help 99% with the hot flashes and I don't see any side effects. I wanted to let everyone know how this has helped me and I use the evening primrose at night for my skin and added help with the hot flashes. Together all is well now. I hope they don't stop making this. Seems like when something is helping it is pulled off the market. I wanted to update how my hot flashes and skin acne is under control. This is amazing and I only ask if you could lower the price. . Thanks

I wanted to say because now that the company has jacked up the price because it is probably doing well in sells, They are not really thinking about he benefits of how it is helping people like myself. I'm not surprised but I wanted to come on here and tell everyone, unless you can afford to buy this every month, look else where. I'm having to do this now. This works well for me but I was spending $19.99 as of last year 2018. I'm now seeing a $20 increase in this one box of pills for 30 days, not 31. I'm on here now looking for something to replace this so those volcanoes don't come back to my head. I hate companies like this that are so much out for money than helping people. This is almost at $35 dollars for one box of a 30 day supply. I will no longer buy this product even though it does work for me. I'm now looking for a cheaper relief and if I find it, I will come back and say it works and it is worth cutting the cost buy almost $20.

Estroven Weight Management | Menopause Relief Dietary Supplement | Safe Multi-Symptom Relief | Helps Reduce Hot Flashes & Night Sweats* | Helps Manage Weight* | Drug Free & Estrogen Free* | 30 Caplets Review:

It took about 2 weeks for the hot flashes to minimize and about a month for them to go away. I can wear turtlenecks again!! And on top of that, I no longer feel super hungry all the time. I gained 15 pounds (all in my gut) in two years because my brain was telling me that I was always hungry. My weight is finally starting to go back down. I actually feel in control again: in control of my eating, in control of my mood and in control of my temperature. What a relief. As a note, I tried taking the supplement that is 540mg of black cohosh, but that gave me a horrible headache. These pills have do not have any side effects that I have noticed.
