I first encountered some delivery issues with this item (seems the product with mislabeled at Amazon distribution and it was causing the wrong item to ship). I contacted the vendor, and they promptly sent me the right item. I'm so glad I held out and didn't choose an other product. The hanger looks fantastic after being mounted yesterday night. The perfect size and sturdy build. Each piece of hardware is offered and packed separately.The spacers wouldn't stay in place while I was mounting the hanger, and that was my only challenge. That took me just as long as the entire process. This would be considerably simpler if there were places where a hanger could be attached, where screws could be inserted, or where wall anchors could be linked. The only problem I had was that.Otherwise, amazing value for the money!

This is a fantastic method to show off your medals and record your race results. Unfortunately, the instructions are not very detailed or helpful, so I decided to write down what I did to aid others. A Phillips head screwdriver, a hammer, a drill, a 3/16 drill bit, and possibly a friend are required. Place the display on the wall and check its alignment with a level. Make use of an app on your phone if you don't have a level. Once you are certain that it is exactly where you want it, mark the holes with a pencil. Utilize the 3/16 drill bit to create the holes. Strike the anchors into the walls lightly. Screws should go through the LCD. To prevent the display from being flush with the wall, the white spacers should be inserted onto the screws between the display and the wall behind it. I completed the top two, partly screwed them in, and then completed the lower two. Having a friend hold it for you while you do this is really helpful. After placing each screw, tighten them all together, and you're finished.

This medal display is reliable and strong. The rows that hold the medals are flush on the wall, so my only complaint is that it was difficult to attach the medals after hanging the display. Before I mounted it, I had no way of knowing this. To get the ribbon on there neatly, I had to jimmy the row off-center. Other than that, I have no issues.
