Eastern 70318 Catalytic Converter (Non-CARB Compliant) Review:

Incredible item at an amazing cost I purchased two of them to replace both on my 240k-mile avalanche. The old and new BIG Difference are seen in the pictures I've included. Now, the reason I changed them was because my truck would barely accelerate when entering the eway highway or going up a eway ramp. The rpms would barely reach 3000rpm, and going uphill would feel underpowered. It was like that for a while and had numerous codes related to the manifold intake, 02 sensors, and other things. And when I changed them, my truck began to perform like new. Power is now restored, and as I enter an expressway or climb hills, the engine's rpms increase quickly. I, for one, had no idea that the catalytic converter affected horsepower. AMAZING Catalytic Converters for less than retailers wanted to charge by hundreds Recommended. Also, mine indicated that only the driver side was problematic, but I decided to replace both, and as you can see from photos of the new and old versions side by side, BOTH of my old catalytic converters were equally problematic. I hope the new ones will last me as long as the OEM 240k miles.

AUTOSAVER88 ATCC0006 2.5" Inlet/Outlet Universal Catalytic Converter (EPA Compliant) Review:

So I had the opportunity to replace the CAT on my girlfriend's 2000 Toyota Celica GT with this, and it works wonderfully, is very clean, ships quickly, and is reasonably priced. I got the 2.5-inch in and out and it fits wonderfully on her car thanks to your having a fantastic product and a great price I will buy again for sure. I saved approximately $80 between getting the cat installed at a muffler shop and buying it from you.

MOSTPLUS Manifold Catalytic Converter w/Gasket Kit For Nissan Altima 2.5L 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 674-933 Review:

Outstanding Product! It was utilized in my 2013 Nissan Altima L4 2.5 liters, and it fits perfectly with just one bracket needing adjustment for assembly with the heat shield. my engine error signal is resolved.

Catalytic Converter for 2002-2006 Nissan Altima/Sentra 2.5L Direct-Fit Stainless Steel High Flow Series (EPA Compliant) Review:

I set it up on a 2014 Altima 2.5. This product did not align with the original catalytic heat shield. The original has three heat shields, but each one can only line up two or three bolts (with a lot of metal bending). It takes a lot of force and effort to bring them together because this manifold is a quarter inch shorter than the original. I had to use a washer on one of the spring bolts to keep it tight so that the gasses wouldn't escape under the engine. Without the trip to the store for the washer, my first installation as a DIY project at home took me 4 hours (mainly pulling off the alternator and loosening the belt). It's running better now. Next, I'll finish the exhaust. You too can succeed! YouTube has some excellent tutorials. Make some savings!

Mophorn Catalytic converter Fitsfor Chevrolet Traverse 09-17 3.6L V6 for GMC Acadia 07-17 for GMC Acadia 07-17 for Saturn Outlook 07-10 Complete Set 1 Review:

I was hesitant to go aftermarket because the stock car had 200k miles on it, but I couldn't rationalize spending $500 for just one cat through the dealer. I only need the bank 2 cat, however I replaced all of them with new GM o2 sensors due to mileage. Use your originals since the studs in this set have the same thread pitch as stock (they do not, however, include the nuts). I heated and removed my previous studs and inserted these new ones because I didn't like the given ones.As the stock flex pipe featured knurled studs that frequently break when being removed, having hardware in this kit is a plus if replacing the most back cat that links to the flex pipe. These bolts are different pitch than the originals but work just fine for installation.Gaskets are also offered; purchase these along with Walker 50484 to get on the road for less than the cost of one converter at the dealer, saving hundreds. On installation, my skepticism was understandable, but their longevity will reveal whether or not they were right.

AUTOSAVER88 ATCC0011 [2 Pack] 2.5" Inlet/Outlet Universal Catalytic Converters with O2 Port (EPA Compliant) Review:

used following installation of my Cadillac's long tube header. passed the emissions test, somewhat lowered the noise levels, and had no influence on my car's performance. After contacting customer service about the first one, I received the second.A nice product that endured a lot of misuse. I would repurchase. Before I crashed them into a speed bump and dented the cats sufficiently to shatter the cores, I ran them for two years on a 400 HP car.Excellent quality; I'll install another set once I've finished fixing my exhaust. My wideband sensor was placed pre-cat using the forward bungs.

OXICAT - Oxygen Sensor & Catalytic Converter Cleaner Review:

I took my car to AutoZone for a free scan with the engine light on, and they identified the problem as the catalytic converter. I took it to the mechanic, who told me that replacing the entire converter would cost $2000 to replace. He didn't explain why, though. I believed it was worthwhile to try these products. The light briefly went out when I used CatClean, but it soon turned back on. The light hasn't turned back on despite my further attempts with OxiCat. In general, it's worth a try before forking over the $2000, despite the conflicting opinions I've seen. I suppose it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, depending on how awful the circumstances are in your car.

Cataclean 120007 Complete Engine, Fuel and Exhaust System Cleaner, 473 Milliliter Review:

I had a check engine light on, which was a major bummer because I needed to take an emissions test to renew my registration, and in my state, a check engine light automatically means that the test will fail. I purchased an OBD meter, which was also a terrific investment, and it indicated that the problem was with the catalytic converter. I repeatedly cleared the code, but it kept returning. Instead of risking a $700 repair or replacement, I chose to use Cataclean.I mainly followed the instructions, but I additionally added a commenter's suggestion that may have been on another website. I added it just before I got on the freeway. It was mainly deserted because it was around 9 o'clock.- I moved into the left lane and kept the engine running at the maximum RPMs I could before letting it calm down. For roughly 20 miles, I did that.- I cleared my codes with my OBD meter when I arrived home. Before I went in for the emissions test, I drove for about 50 miles. I passed with flying colors.I've now traveled more than 500 miles, and the code is still gone. Before taking the engine to the mechanic, I would highly advise anyone who knows the engine is throwing a catalytic converter code to try this. I probably saved approximately $1k by doing this and the OBD meter I got rather than taking it to the shop.

Catalytic Converter for 2010-2014 GMC Terrain Chevy Equinox/Captiva Sport 2.4L Direct-Fit Stainless Steel High Flow Cat (EPA Compliant) Review:

Order came in on schedule. I purchased this because the prices at the neighbourhood car parts stores were three times higher. Everything needed for installation, including nuts and gaskets, was provided with the product. reasonable calibre nicely fits the vehicle. simple to install a new O2 sensor was purchased to go with it. No more rattle noise or check engine light, as of now. I wish I had purchased it sooner. fantastic acquisition
