XL20D Xlerator Regular sim racing stand for Thrustmaster TX, T300, Logitech G29, G920 Review:

Parts look to be sturdy. My G27 was relatively simple to put on.It's incredibly convenient to get it out of the way by having it stand on its nose. Even on carpet, it feels really stable. It requires more than a light prod to topple it. And it doesn't seem like the pedals could accidentally collapse with the pedals folded up.I would want to see a few minor things.Moving the holes back two inches on the G27 pedals is one very easy alteration I would ask for. The pedals' noses brush on the floor when the pedal pan is rotated up. Right there, a wire is turned over very forcefully. Someone using a different model claimed to have taped it down to prevent movement. Even so, I'm worried that the pressure will cause it to turn over. There is some weight on that wire against the carpet when the pan is raised. Instead of aligning up the back of the pedals with the front of the pan, I decided to go ahead and drill two new holes. Now that there is sufficient clearance, I have absolutely no concerns.I need some help with wire routing. I have some effective self-grabbing 8"x1/2" Velcro. But given that this occurs with every single user of them, I believe adding a few attachment points—or even velcro—would be reasonable.Where to mount or hold the power brick is similar. In the end, I covered the top and bottom of the wires with velcro. That should work without breaking those wires, I'm pretty confident. I understand that power bricks come in a variety of sizes and shapes, so this problem would be a little more challenging to tackle generally. But for the most majority of bricks, a straightforward "shelf" and some velcro on a bungie would probably suffice. And finally, a change that would necessitate quite a bit of labor. I don't think of this one as a defect, simply a wishlist item. To fit various seats, I'd want to see some form of articulation at the top. This will be used by me on my couch as well as in my office. It would be convenient if I could change the crossbar's width and length there. I have some hazy thoughts for slides and catches that could be used to accomplish this.

PC Racing Wheel, PXN V3II 180 Degree Universal Usb Car Sim Race Steering Wheel with Pedals for PS3, PS4, Xbox One,Nintendo Switch Review:

As the image demonstrates, I already own a Logitech gaming steering wheel, and I purchased this additional model since my kid wants to play racing video games with me.Pros:1. Compared to the Logitech model, which just offers a suction base, this one is simple to install and comes with various components to fix the steering wheel.2. Brilliant connection design; by using USB to mini USB to connect to the Xbox remote controller, I didn't have to spend as much time trying to connect wirelessly to the Xbox as I would have with a Logitech device.3. Carefully coordinated, fluid movement4. Well-designed instructions that are simple to read and understand5. High-quality materials and satisfying grips driving wheelOverall, racing gamers would do well to choose this gaming steering wheel.

Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel Review:

*I've updated and changed a few things in my review.Pros:The wheel feels excellent, but the rest seems toy-like. The wheel feels substantial and solid due to the weight on it.a single wire connects the pedals wirelessly. Simple to set up and take down. A 5v/1 amp jack is provided for an ac adapter. Although it is claimed in the description to be included, it is NOT. The batteries actually have a reasonable lifespan IF you don't use them constantly.Although there is no vibration or force feedback, the steering nevertheless feels superior than alternative wheels lacking force feedback. I prefer this to other games for drifting or arcade races. By the way, if at all possible, dial in the dead zone. Shift and Forza are two racing games that require minor modifications. The wheel's design is sleek. Compared to their other wheels, Madcatz has made significant progress. One of the wheels with a nicer appearance, in my opinion. The pedals, however, have a toy-like appearance and feel cheap and heavy. They need to have worked harder on them. Plastic waste. But they do function properly.Desk/table clamps are crucial to have. ought should be required for all wheels. The clamp securely mounts the wheel. Much preferable to placing it on your lap. You shouldn't place a wheel on your lap for the greatest experience. Purchase an affordable desk, table, chair, etc. Even better, if you can, construct or purchase a cockpit. The central clamp can be one of the challenges. It hangs between your legs and simply clamps in the centre. Your legs and cockpits with a center post wheel mounting plate may be obstructed by this design. Either it won't function or you'll have to make something. An excellent design would be similar to Logitech. It is low profile, has two clamps on each side, and can be put on any cockpit already in use.Paddles seem comfortable, and the choice of left- or right-handed shifting is nice. a great way to simulate driving any vehicle. It reacts to input. Shifting makes no "click" sound, which is usually what people want.If you want to firmly mount it, mounting holes are available. There's no need to dig into the apparatus. The funny issue is that when mounting to the wheel, the screws will be at an angle and not level. Actually, you would be utilizing mounts designed for lap mounts. It will still accomplish the task. Just don't tighten it too much. The wheel and the pedals each have four screw mounting points. On the foot rest itself, which is detachable, are the pedal mounts. You will most certainly not get a sturdy mount from it. Drilling the pedal base, adding a nut within the pedals, and bolting it up are all necessary for hard attachment.Cons:Lack of force or vibration feedback dulls the thrill of racing. I've used a Fanatec CSR Elite and have a Microsoft force feedback wheel as well as a Logitech Driving Force GT. Going back to a wheel that provides no feedback at all is a little challenging. I do prefer games without force feedback in some cases. I truly don't have any trouble putting up with this. Even a vibration would be wonderful. For the majority of racers, it is still preferable to a controller. A good headphone or sound system could help to partially make up for it. The best option would even be a tactile transducer.I already adjusted and now a size nine.

Wireless Force Feedback Racing Wheel for XBox 360 Review:

a wheel that is well-made and a lot of fun. I have so far only tested driving games that enabled force-feedback (NFS titles such as Shift 2 and The Run, Test Drive 2). Driving is made much more enjoyable and engaging by the force-feedback, so I'm happy I paid the additional money on it. Better quality than the regular XBox 360 controller, every button is quite sturdy. In general, the force-feedback motor is silent. This wheel cannot be made totally wireless because there is no battery option due to the electrical requirements of the force feedback motor. The left and right button functions are shared by the shifter handle and the wheel shifter paddles, so changing the function of one does not affect the other. The wheel doesn't provide complete functionality in some driving games, like Test Drive, where the sticks are needed for off-track gameplay. There don't appear to be any right-stick or left-stick button functions on the wheel. The pedals and wheel contain all other buttons and triggers (RT, LT, RB, LB, X, Y, A, B, D-Pad, Start, Back, Home).

PS3 Racing Wheel Controller Review:

Obviously, this is a budget-friendly wheel, so you can't anticipate the same size and pedals as you would with a more costly wheel like the G27 or the G25. However, this device exceeds all expectations in terms of fun factor and realistic expectations for a gaming wheel.I purchased it for a few purposes. I wanted to try a gaming wheel at the time because I had never used one before, so I looked for something reasonably priced in case it wasn't all that.Since the game is realistic on its own, I also purchased it since it was licensed by Sony and I had faith that it would play nicely with GT5. I had previously played with my standard control and wanted to enhance my experience.I watched a person evaluate it with GT5, and I was very dubious and had very low hopes because I often watch video reviews on YouTube before making a purchase. I also noted that the guy's movement of the arms in the game was delayed from the player's actual movement of the wheel.Even though this was going to greatly disappoint me because you want the wheel to spin at the same rate that the graphs do, I nonetheless insisted on buying it because the pricing felt reasonable.I was eagerly awaiting the delivery, and it came more faster and better than I had anticipated. The wheel's high-grade material quality caught me off guard. Although it was modest, I had worse expectations, thus it turned out much better than I had anticipated. It's a pretty attractive wheel, and the PlayStation logo gives it an official appearance. The pedals are made of plastic and are quite similar to those used in video games; yet, considering the price, I was pleased that they were included at all. It's good to have it.I immediately put it on and was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the wheel is. I'm not sure what strange settings the guy on YouTube was using, but the wheel works flawlessly and is incredibly realistic with GT5. It has the exact same timing as the driver on the graphs, and that alone has left me feeling very satisfied.I'll even go so far as to claim that using this device to drive GT5 is more simpler than using the controller; as soon as I started playing, my performance outperformed that of the standard PS3 controller. In actuality, I was able to obtain gold in international licenses that I was unable to do under normal control. Its vibration feature, which some reviewers claimed it lacked, actually exists and functions effectively because it provides you with the same time as the PS3 controller, which is another fantastic thing about it. It's a lovely addition to the steering wheel. The game's settings are simple to configure; in fact, they are pre-configured for GT5 but you may still adjust them because this controller functions similarly to a standard one.It features paddle shifters so you can enjoy playing manual driving with it as well. Since many of the premium vehicles in GT5 have paddle shifters, having a stick is not necessary for certain games, but paddle shifters are, and this wheel has them, they work well enough. There are succion cups included to keep it still on a glass coffee table, but if you wish to keep it still on a surface other than glass, you'll need to devise a different method on your own. This was not a problem for me because I have a glass coffee table; if I moisten the cups, it keeps them solid enough.I set the pedals against the TV stand so they won't move forward, then I boost my coffee table with two tall seats, one on each side, and milk cans so it stays at the ideal height of a genuine car. The gaming experience is excellent and, in my opinion, fairly realistic given the circumstances. It appears nice because I have a large HDTV Bravia.Because the pedals are so small, you will need to experiment with your socks because you won't be able to drive well if you wear shoes. However, they come with the brake and gas pedals fully programmed, so you don't need to worry about that. The PS3 doesn't come with connections for the PS2, which has a lot of fantastic driving games, so you have to plug the wheel in before you turn on the console in order for it to be recognized. I guess that's the one drawback of it.Overall, though, this wheel lives up to the expectations of being entertaining, enjoyable to play, and quite accurate. This wheel deserves five stars since it is reasonably priced, and I suggest it to anyone who wants to start playing their car games right away, especially GT5, while they are saving up to upgrade to something like the PlaySeat or the G27. Why wait when you can start enjoying it right away?
