Despite the issues I had with the controller, I have no doubt that this seller cares about their customers' genuine product satisfaction. As changes have probably been made by this point, I advise trying these. Okay, let me just say that this item is amazing. It's similar in style to those with a lot of reviews, but it differs slightly in that the rubber pieces that touch the screen are different. I have no idea why you altered these, but they are awful. All the evaluations I saw for this product are not for this product; nonetheless, the company sells other variations of this setup. The pieces fall out of the bracket that holds the rubber piece that touches the screen. I sent back the 4,000 milliamp charger pack with an LED light in the back, which is unfortunate because it was a very well-made product and nearly the best I've ever owned from Amazon. I've literally spent over $1,000 testing all the newest cell phone gadgets, particularly four first-person mobile shooting games. The button setup from the previous year's model would have made this device one of the best I've ever owned. The 2018 model was so dang responsive that using it was as good as using your finger, but the new version 2019 that I have they changed the button setup. Yeah straight up I would love this thing if they left the screen pads the same as the reviews that I see on the page that sells this item.
