I wanted to address a review where a user claimed that the product promotes cancer. However, while Vitamin A retinyl palmitate administered to skin that has been exposed to sunlight has been found to interfere with squamous cells, this effect only occurs when the vitamin is applied directly to the skin. There is no justification for or proof that taking this kind of vitamin A would put you at risk, as far as I can see. I have terrible ragweed allergy symptoms! Every year, beginning in August and continuing through the first severe freeze in Northeast Wisconsin, I get terrible symptoms. I have watery, itchy eyes, a scratchy throat, a sore mouth roof, a runny, stuffed-up nose, and congestion.As a child, I never experienced allergies, but in my late teens and early twenties, I started experiencing severe symptoms. I'd read on an unrelated blog that a woman claimed vitamin A relieved her tinnitus. I currently take a ton of pills, including a multivitamin with vitamin A, but I thought I'd give these a shot as well. I've taken so many supplements over the past year that at times it's difficult to determine which ones are working which way. Many of my other autoimmune conditions have improved, but I can tell you right now that if I stop taking these melts, my ear ringing returns with a vengeance. I also massage my neck with a magnesium lotion because I think my neck pain may be related to my ringing in the ears. But the lotion by itself is unable to silence it. Tinnitus has a variety of causes, therefore there is no one treatment that is effective for everyone. This is part of the difficulty. So I would definitely recommend giving this a try if you think your ringing may be caused by a neck injury or even if you have it and are unsure of its cause. I am now certain that these are the causes of the reduction in noise in my ears. I'm taking a double dose of the multivitamin because I already took one, and I also take flaxseed oil to make sure it's adhering to the fat and working as it should. I've researched the maximum human vitamin A intake before it becomes hazardous, therefore I'm taking one of these along with my multivitamin, which also contains vitamin A. Despite taking them for about a year, I don't exhibit any of the symptoms of toxic A excess. It's very annoying to have ringing in your ears, and I know everyone is doing their best. I have to admit that the B vitamins have had no effect on my ringing; I don't understand why they say B B B? Anyone out there who takes vitamin B has their tinnitus suddenly go away? Not me, but good for you if it is. Otherwise, try these. It is necessary to take two of these each day if you don't already take a multivitamin. Of course, consult your physician. I'm not a doctor, so I don't know what your health status is. I wish I could find that arbitrary blog so I could thank the lady; I never would've imagined that this would be helpful, but it is.

On this for six months now. I've noticed my skin now has a slight "tan-ness" about it. Since I'm usually really pale, it looks fine. I was tired of visiting the dermatologist, taking antibiotics, applying topical treatments, etc. that flat-out didn't work after fighting cystic acne for more than ten years. When I tried Spiro, the situation only got 100 times worse. I tried three different birth control methods, but none of them even came close to eradicating my acne. Nothing was working, so I changed my diet and ate healthier, avoiding dairy and sugar (which I still do). I thought about taking accutane, but something inside of me told me there has to be a better solution. I was ready to give up, but after putting a lot of thought into it, I decided to get OptiZinc, vitamin a, vitamin d-3, and vitamin b-5 (with copper). After more than ten years of suffering, I'm not sure which of these vitamins or if it was just the combination that worked. I feel confident enough to leave the home without makeup for the first time in a long time, and even though I still have significant scarring from previous acne, it's remarkable how much my skin has healed and is still improving. I first took vitamin A once a day, but over the past several months, I've cut back to every few days or every other day because I'm aware of the potential risks that could develop. However, I continue to take zinc, b, and d every day. Even while I still occasionally get a few pimples, especially during that time of the month, it is nothing compared to how horrible it used to be. I might get one little cyst instead of five or more enormous ones. They used to last for months, but now they heal so much faster. The only negative impact I've noticed is somewhat drier skin, but it hasn't been extremely dry, and it's better than the excessively oily skin I had before taking these. I'll probably stop taking vitamin A after I finish my bottle to see if it still works, but I definitely recommend them if you have persistent cystic hormonal acne. I'll also keep taking vitamins b and d, zinc, and iron. Just be careful to complete your research without going overboard.
