Additionally, even with the snack bars, I can stay full for hours with a large glass of water. I'm so relieved to see the scale moving upward.

How shall I put it? Okay, we are completely dependent on these! They are excellent! Too good I keep buying more of these because my hubby keeps stealing them from all of my hiding places. I tried to keep him away from my supply by telling him that Luna Bars were only for girls, but all he did was chuckle and say, "Right!" It made the equivalent of a Carl's Jr. lettuce wrap burger, which cost between $7 and $9, so on that scale, it's not too bad. There is only 1g of sugar, however there is a large quantity of protein and fiber. One bar will satisfy your hunger and give you some energy.No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives are promised by Atkins. It is also free of sugar and alcohol. Nice taste, generally healthy, but a bit pricey at $7.12 for five bars. It is up to you to determine whether the taste and quality are worth twice as much as what other protein bars offer. I have to admit that I was taken aback by how delicious these were.
