This washer/dryer set has been in my possession for about two months. They are set up in a stacked arrangement for my use.Excellent washer that saves space for people with medium washing throughput requirements. Since the apartment is so peaceful, we rarely even bother to close the door to the laundry room, which is located just off our living room.Positives include: very quiet; saving space.Negatives: * After a load of laundry, there is still a lot of moisture and liquid, therefore the dryer and potentially the washer need to be air-aired out. I let it air out after each load to get around this. I pull out the heat exchanger and leave it in the dryer with the door open after leaving the washer's door open. I also leave the heat exchanger door open since I can't run huge loads through because they usually exit with an odd smell and there is usually a small pool of water in there after drying. I'm not sure why this happens, but as long as I maintain the maximum load size at medium, it doesn't seem to be a problem.* Not a significant deal, but the buttons often require many pushes to register because they behave more like non-haptic strips. This could be annoying if you wish to manually program each load.
