20ft Agility Ladder & Speed Cones Training Set - Exercise Workout Equipment To Boost Fitness & Increase Quick Footwork - Kit for Soccer, Lacrosse, Hockey & Basketball - With Carry Bag & Drill Charts Review:

This was intended as a "Santa" gift for my kid, who is beginning to train seriously for soccer and cannot practice outside in the winter, but it ended up being an excellent present for the entire family. He can use it both inside and outside when the weather is better because it has pins. There are a ton of exercises and patterns to practice, and the included poster is AMAZING. I also appreciate that it comes with a high-quality bag to store it in so that it won't get damaged when being put away by children. It is simple to pull out and put away and stores nicely. I can't express my gratitude enough for the fantastic product and the excellent owner-owner communication. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I intend to purchase a number for my son's soccer team to use in training.

Invincible Fitness Agility Ladder Training Equipment Set, Improves Coordination, Speed, Explosive Power and Strength, Includes 10 Cones, 4 Hooks and 3 Loop Resistance Bands for Outdoor Workout Review:

I love this agility ladder.I've used a lot of these in the past when trying to cut costs by purchasing the inexpensive ones. The ladder tends to break easily and/or constantly moving from its position on the rope when I teach classes for children. This one is my favorite so far. Much more sturdy, and the components (rungs) are less likely to move. It is wonderful if you teach classes to children who climb the learning ladder till they master the material. The two tiny balls are a whimsical addition to the bag, which is wonderful.

Yes4All Agility Ladder with Carry Bag Footwork Ladder - Multi Choices: 8, 12, 20 Rung and Combo with Agility Cones Review:

The "Yes4All Speed Agility Ladder with Carry Bag - Multi Choice: 8, 12, 20 Rung" has received excellent reviews. It comes with a straightforward carrying case that prevents it from being twisted. The 12 rung version that I ordered is ideal for my small garage gym, in my opinion. I simply go back and forth, however many times I have set up for the day with my other circut stations, from one side of my garage to the other. extremely light... I've also brought it with me to the park and the beach. Functions surprisingly well on the sand.

GHB Pro Agility Ladder Agility Training Ladder Speed 12 Rung 20ft with Carrying Bag Review:

On both the agility ladder and the bag, GHB selected durable materials. Packing and unpacking are simple. Transporting the ladder is quite easy because it has a low profile in the luggage. The rungs can be simply changed. I hit the ladder a lot because I'm new at ladder drills. When my toddler attempts to mimic me, he frequently trips. Despite all of our stumbling, the rungs have so far remained 15" apart in their original location. Amazingly, the ladder has not been harmed either, despite the fact that my mini-me severely twisted it while face-planting.Of course, when you kick the ladder, you have to reset it. But that is the whole goal of these—learning different ways to pass through it without actually touching it. These have been staked to the ground to prevent movement, although I kind of think that's cheating. I reset it and perform four push-ups if I hit it in the wrong spot. Given how much I detest push ups, this serves as a fantastic incentive for me to focus on performing the practice correctly rather than starting quickly and stumbling.I'll be purchasing this ladder again and again. They have snaps on the ends, allowing for longitudinal attachment of modifications. In order to secure the ladders width-wise, I intend to purchase some Velcro cable ties. I want to eventually have approximately a dozen of them so that I can create enormous grids with various layouts for training. (Of course, for now, I have to get used to having just one.)

POWER GUIDANCE Agility Ladder (20 Feet) for Speed & Agility Trainning - with 12 Heavy Duty Plastic Rungs, 4 Pegs, Carry Bag & 10 Sports Cones Review:

My wife and I became tired of just running in the park for our morning workouts, so we started using this agility ladder. Last week, I whipped this bad boy out early in the morning, and it was a hit. we looked up some exercises and worked ourselves ragged! It's undoubtedly a terrific way to break up the routine of exercising every morning. The only reason I rated it four instead of five stars was because you need to pull and set all the rungs before using it, so don't expect to use it right away when you first open it. An exhausting procedure, but once finished, you can fold it up like an accordion and store it for when you need it.

Pro Agility Ladder and Cones - 15 ft Fixed-Rung Speed Ladder with 12 Disc Cones for Soccer, Football, Sports Training - Includes Heavy Duty Carry Bag, 4 Metal Stakes and Top 20 Agility Drills eBook Review:

Some of the bars appeared to have been used and then returned because they were slightly twisted and worn. Although each item was packaged separately, the open bags gave the impression that they had already been used and returned. Even though the image clearly indicates two ebooks, only one link for the "20 ladder drills" and not the "15 cone drills" was delivered.*update* Profect sent me an email with an additional ebook, noting that they typically deliver it a few days later. The kids enjoy the ladder, and I've already run through some drills with them. As a result, I upgraded from 1 to 4 stars.

Premium Agility Ladder (20ft) and Field Cones (16) - Speed Training Equipment for Football, Soccer & Other Sports - Set of 4 Metal Pegs & Carrying Bag Review:

With hopes of developing our 10U girls softball team into players with cat-like reflexes and lightning-quick reactions, I acquired the ladder and cones set. Two of the plastic triangles that help you anchor the ladder down had fallen off when I first opened the bag, and the other two were barely hanging on. The stitching had come out, so perhaps the sewing industry needs some miniature agility ladders for finger exercises. While I am confident that my team will become agile goddesses on the softball field, I was sad since I needed to be able to secure the agility ladder because initially they were going to be kicking, stepping on, and tripping over it. When I emailed Mofado with my problem, Jeff swiftly responded. He took care of the issue and soon ordered a replacement ladder. It was flawless and held up admirably despite being completely trodden on, kicked, and tripped over throughout practice. On the field, we're one step closer to perfection! One thing to keep in mind: The rungs must be spaced as needed because they are not pre-set when the item is delivered. When I questioned Jeff about it, he said that it provides flexibility for various drills. It takes a little while to set up, so I'm just going to keep ours at the same distance apart. If a coach is trying to teach his girls how to run through it deftly and trips on a rung, it won't remain in place well once it is installed. Otherwise, it's fantastic!

BodyGood Pro Athlete Grade Speed Agility Ladder – Extra-Long, 20 Foot Quick Ladder with Durable Flat Rungs for Easy Set Up and Consistent Workout. Includes Free Carrying Bag and Online Training Video Review:

For my four children, who vary in age from 13 to 20 and who are all competitive multi-sport athletes at the youth, high school varsity, and collegiate levels, I purchased the BodyGood Speed Agility Ladder. My two girls have been using it to improve their foot speed and agility as they get ready for their spring lacrosse seasons since it just recently came. They can carry it with them to the field, set it up (with the four handy metal stakes for grass fields or just lay it out on turf fields), and use it very quickly. The BodyGood agility ladder is longer, allowing for increased agility development. Some agility ladders are shorter in length, resulting in fewer repetitions or foot taps with each pass. This fall, I'm excited to use it with my varsity high school soccer team.Improve speed, coordination, and footwork with this 20-foot, high-quality fitness ladder with a handy carrying bag, no matter what sport you play. Included is a free training video.

CANPPNY Speed Agility Training Kit—Includes Agility Ladder with Carrying Bag, 5 Disc Cones, Resistance Parachute, 4 Steel Stakes.Use Equipment to Improve Footwork Any Sport. Review:

The ladder includes twelve movable rungs that are evenly spaced out over the surface. Making sure the rung spacing is constant, i.e. using nails to attach it so the rungs don't easily shift, is the most crucial component of an agility ladder.I'm happy with the product; we use it frequently and will continue to use it, especially when the weather starts to warm up and we can use the cones outside. The product is robust and appears to be able to withstand significant wear and tear.My believes it to be a fantastic product.I'll advise you to work out if you need to.

Juvale Speed and Agility Training Set - Includes Agility Ladder with Carrying Bag, 6 Disc Cones, Resistance Parachute, 4 Steel Stakes - for Speed, Coordination, Footwork, Explosiveness, Black, Yellow Review:

I am a multi-sport coach that is constantly working to make my athletes better, faster, and more agile. This provides all the resources I required and more to help those children. They adore the resistance offered by the parachute. I gave it a try and was pleasantly pleased by the amount of resistance I encountered. An excellent addition to my coaching tools.
