There's no such thing as a standard size for bike panniers, since they come in all shapes and sizes to fit a variety of bike racks. That said, most panniers are designed to fit onto common types of bike racks, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a set that will work for your bike. Just be sure to measure your rack before you buy to make sure the panniers you choose will fit.
Pannier bags are definitely worth it if you do a lot of cycling. They make it much easier to carry all of your things with you on long rides, and they also keep your belongings dry and protected from the elements.
Panniers are a great option for bikepacking, as they allow you to carry a lot of gear without affecting your balance too much. They can be a bit more expensive than other types of bags, but they're well worth it for the extra space and stability they provide.
Panniers are bags designed to attach to either the front or back of a bicycle and are a great way to carry groceries, gear, or other items while riding. While most panniers are designed to fit a specific type of rack, many brands offer universal panniers that can be attached to almost any type of rack. Universal panniers often have adjustable straps or clips that allow them to be attached to a variety of rack sizes and shapes.

I think the portability of this bag is good. One of the side panels' zipper broke within a few weeks, but Rockbros was excellent about it and promptly delivered a replacement bag. However, when the side bags are out, the reflector strip is vertical and hidden by the cloth, and a bungie cord is also needed, therefore the zipper design needs to be improved (if using one). My bike rack has a solid bottom, so the bottom velcro does nothing to hold the bag in place. However, the front ones are wonderful and hold the bag in place rather well, so I have to use a bungie chord system. Although it is a little smaller inside than I had planned, the main compartment has enough room for a change of clothes. Despite these tiny drawbacks, I actually really like the bag overall. It has a modern appearance and appears to be sturdy overall. Other than the zipper, I have not experienced any problems.

In this evaluation, the Ibera PakRak Bicycle Quick-Release Commuter Trunk Bag is taken into account after almost two years of frequent use.The Ibera bag and rack are nicely made and generally long-lasting. The bike's seat post can be quickly and securely attached to the rack. Remember to apply some lubricant (Vaseline will suffice) to the bolt thread holding the rack to the seat post; otherwise, if you ever need to remove or modify the rack, the bolt will corrode and break.PROS:* Outstanding Design. It's a terrific snap clasp that holds the bag to the rack. To help with arranging keys, money, bike components, etc., there are numerous zip sections of various sizes. Safety is increased by the reflective material on the bag's sides and back, which increases visibility at night.* Good Price. Although not inexpensive, the price will eventually be justified because of the sophisticated design and high-quality materials and workmanship.* Presentation. It will be regarded as a high-end, shrewdly created bicycle accessory.* Wellbeing. Do yourself a favor and switch the backpack for a rack/trunk bag if you, like me, spend a lot of time sitting and started utilizing a college backpack for bike cargo. You'll miss having a healthy spine when it's gone, so keep it.CONS:* Back strap. Although the shoulder strap is lovely, its use will probably be limited to special occasions due to the inconvenience of needing to attach and remove it from the bag. The hand strap at the back of the backpack is how I carried the bag the majority of the time. THIS IS AN ERROR! Using this strap will eventually cause it to break. The stitching on the strap will deteriorate and break due to exposure to sunlight and moisture as well as the strain from the weight of your baggage. You will lose both the strap handle and the rear reflective material if/when this occurs.* Customer support After being in use for roughly 11 months, the back strap snapped. For a warranty claim, Ibera help was unavailable, but Amazon's excellent customer service took over (i.e., replaced the bag).AT THE ENDBelow $75, the Ibera PakRak is a fantastic value. Purchase it from Amazon without utilizing the hand strap.

I have a Rover by Rad Power, and the tires are 4 inches wide. In the event of a flat tire, I wanted a tiny bag that could carry the bare essentials on my rack and still leave some place for extra items. I have a small microfiber towel, a Gerber multi-tool, a fat tire tub, tools, patches, a pump, and a first aid kit. I purchased this bag because anyone who rides a fat tire bike is aware of how much room a fat tire tube can take up. There is still room for some food or my DJI Spark. If you park and secure your bike, just detach the bag, remove the shoulder strap, and begin to walk. One of the zipper pull strings broke, which I sort of expected would happen, but not on the fifth ride using the backpack. That's the only thing I'd change about it. Although it's a simple adjustment, it's still disappointing.

This purse is perfect for my commute to work. Despite the bag's amazing capacity, I was unable to fit my shoes inside. So, on a day when I drove to work, I brought my shoes and left them there. These days, I just put on my shoes at my desk. The remainder of my clothing will fit perfectly if it is rolled up to conserve room and prevent wrinkles. I'm providing some images to demonstrate how I fit in it.Picture 1 shows the two side compartments I use for my jewelry, wallet, lipstick, face powder, and curling iron travel cartridge.Picture 2 and 3 show the side compartment where I keep my portable curling iron, deodorant, sunscreen, and other cosmetics.Picture 4 shows the main compartment, which is filled with only my essential tools for fixing bikes and an extra plastic bag for my phone in case of rain.Picture 5 shows my rolled-up work pants and top inside the main compartment.Image 6 with a bra and sweatpants addedPicture 7 has long sleeves and fleece-lined leggings added.Picture 8 shows my lightweight nylon raincoat, which can be folded up and stored under the hood, with earplugs on top.Picture 9 is a bit fuller than I would like even after being fully zipped. I would think that excessive overstuffing would put stress on the zipper and cause it to wear out sooner even though it seems to hold alright. The velcro straps have also not caused me any problems. I was initially dubious and kept a bungee in my suitcase just in case. In contrast to my previous canvas bag, which frequently slid down or the bungee would come off if I didn't have it secured properly, the straps hold it quite securely, and I've had no issues. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this bag.

My handlebars are really thick and have a protective sleeve on them, so I've been struggling to find a water bottle holder for a while. No other holders could have been used. This was the ideal one. The velcro attachments solved the issue. Although I'm obviously not riding over difficult terrain because I'm using this as an exercise bike, I don't believe anyone would have any trouble preventing their drink or cup from spilling. It fits well and may be adjusted to be even tighter. (See the image with the yellow circle.) The cup I used is nearly 7 inches tall. The water bottle measures 17 ounces. The mesh pouch on the outside of my phone held it firmly in place. This is a quality item, and I wholeheartedly endorse it. It arrived on schedule and in nice shape.

MULTIPLE COMPARTMENTS & EXTENSIBLE DOUBLE SIDE POCKETS: 13L Maximum capacity bike trunk bag main compartment with a removable board, and some inside pockets to help with a bit of organization for small things. Fold-out pockets on each side for expanded capacity to hold a lot of side items and incidentals. For a day ride or daily commute, this is a good choice

This trunk is decent. To store more goods, the side pockets can be unzipped. When buying something online, one hopes they will find exactly what they are looking for. This commuter bag is excellent, although it's smaller than I had anticipated. I prefer to bring more stuff when traveling than when commuting because I plan to utilize my bicycle for both purposes. When I do, I'll definitely need to get a different rack bag, but for commuting and casual day rides, it's a good option.

This big Ibera bag fits my bike, a 2011 Jamis X2 (19"), really well. Naturally, I am unable to attach a water bottle to the frame, but that is okay. I use it to transport tools and batteries.- 6x lipo bricks with a combined 48V and 10Ahr capacity- A telescoping wrenchpliers, spoke wrench, volt meter, patch kit, allen keys, and moreI used to load up all of that gear into the back panniers, but it made the bike unwieldy and difficult to carry about. With this triangle bag, it has much improved. However, I only use my back panniers for little personal items like additional clothing and food. The bag is heavy with all that material inside, therefore it's crucial that it fits snugly in the bike frame so that the load is supported by the down tube rather than the bag itself, which would have put too much strain on the straps and other components.I also ride in the rain, and the bag largely keeps my belongings dry. Having said that, a flap covering the zippers would have been good. It is difficult to object given what you are getting for the price.Updated on October 10, 2016The bag's bottom has two little holes in it. The bottle cage screws that protruded into the bag are to blame for this. It's my fault, not the bag's.

I bought a cover and the ROS 3-piece bag set to go with it. The ROS bags did not fit the cover. I am returning the cover that was sold on Amazon because it is worthless. The ROS bags are of middling quality in terms of material thickness, but they will work just well for the occasional rider. Those who frequently travel great distances might choose something more challenging (and much more expensive). The zippers on the bags I received are of mediocre quality but are properly sewn. Although the bags have a lot of space, I would have wanted a bigger main storage area with smaller compartments. In comparison to a bag with multiple pockets that has the same overall volume, you can carry more in a single large bag. For organization, some people like compartmentalized bags; this is a matter of taste. The top bag has a removable shoulder strap and four plastic fastex side release type buckles for simple attachment. With similar-style buckles, lower bags are fastened to the front and back of the rack or seat post. A velcro strap at the bottom of the bag loops around a piece of plastic and wraps around itself to secure it. These luggage options have ample room for multi-day excursions. In my images, the bags still have space, so if they were tightly packed, they would be even larger. Despite not being waterproof, these bags appear to be able to fend off minor wetness. I sprayed mine with NikWax, which makes them nearly waterproof, but you will need a rain cover for a continuous or strong downpour. I attached a picture of a raincoat that Amazon advertised as fitting but didn't.

The sturdy simplicity of my previous set of Ortieb city front rollers, which I used as small rear panniers for mountain bike camping trips over night, impressed me so much that I decided to buy these larger panniers to add some storage space when I turned my old mountain bike into an electric bike commuter. These are completely waterproof and will stay that way even after heavy use. Expedition-grade Ortlieb panniers are available. These panniers were designed to be simple to take off and put back on. Convenience is the only focus, which, however, makes it incredibly simple for burglars. I had to alter them for my permanent installation to make it difficult for them to be removed. Although it wasn't too difficult, it is something to keep in mind when buying these fantastic panniers. In order to minimize casual theft, I hope Ortlieb would offer a standard attachment mechanism that would enable these panniers to be permanently installed. I also wish this system would allow for quick on/off attachment. A burglar may yank up on the carry strap and make off with your pricey panniers and their contents, but the attachment mechanism is safe in the sense that these panniers won't fall off, even during intense mountain bike trail riding.
There's no definitive answer to this question since it depends on a number of factors, such as the size and weight of the pannier, the type of bike you're riding, and your own personal preferences. In general, however, it's perfectly possible to cycle with just one pannier. You might find it a bit more challenging to keep your balance, but it's certainly doable. If you're carrying a lot of weight in your pannier, you might want to consider attaching a second one to the other side of your bike for added stability.
A pannier rack is a great way to carry your belongings with you on your bicycle, but can you sit on one? The answer is yes, but there are a few things you need to keep in mind. First, make sure that the rack is securely attached to the bike frame and will not move when you sit on it. Second, be aware that the rack will add width to your bike, so you may need to be careful when riding through narrow spaces. Finally, keep in mind that the rack may affect the handling of your bike, so be sure to test it out
Panniers can most certainly slow you down, especially if you're not used to riding with them. They can make it more difficult to maneuver your bike and can add weight, making it harder to pedal. However, once you get used to riding with panniers, they shouldn't slow you down too much. And, of course, they're very handy for carrying all your gear!
If you're planning on carrying panniers on your bike, then you'll need a bike rack to attach them to. Panniers are a great way to carry all your gear with you on a long ride, but they can be a bit of a pain to carry around when you're not on your bike. A bike rack will make your life a lot easier and will allow you to keep your panniers with you at all times.
Most cyclists will need two pannier bags to carry all of their gear. Pannier bags are great for carrying everything from extra clothes to tools and food. They make it easy to keep your belongings organized and dry, and they keep your hands free while you ride.
This is a difficult question to answer without knowing more about your bike and how you plan to use it. Generally speaking, panniers should be big enough to fit all the gear you need for your trip, but not so big that they are cumbersome or difficult to manage. If you are planning on doing a lot of off-road riding, you may want to consider getting panniers that are specifically designed for this type of use. These panniers will usually be a bit smaller than traditional touring panniers, as they need to be able to maneuver easily over rough
