Shower curtain rings may appear insignificant, and I get that, but these rings are truly stunning. The fact that I have been using the same plastic rings for my shower curtain for years is probably going to sound stupid. I never gave replacing them much thought. However, we installed brass towel racks, and I made the decision to update everything else. I upgraded my vinyl shower curtain to a linen one, located these curtain rings, and found the ideal shower curtain. I finally feel like I have a bathroom fit for an adult. I had grown incredibly weary of battling the keyhole-shaped curtain rings I had previously. They would frequently move around, burst out of the curtain opening, and fall off the shower rod. Because males, these remain together even when my husband and kid tug the curtain back and forth aggressively. I adore them. The appearance and colour are just as anticipated. The shower curtain is quite simple to swing back and forth thanks to them (i.e. the rings glide quickly with no snags). It is considerably simpler to clean or replace them independently without having to disassemble the complete setup thanks to the dual/independent hooks that enable the outer curtain and the liner to be put and withdrawn separately. Although that was my original worry with this open design, I haven't experienced any problems with the hooks slipping out of the curtain openings. SO AMAZING Can't believe I've been battling the same, inexpensive plastic rings for so long, getting trapped and overall finding it frustrating. These are incredibly smooth, unlike the plastic ones, and slide nicely over the ridge where the rod extends. In addition, I enjoy the sound of them sliding. It's soothing, although I'm not sure why. Not too difficult. Much better than inexpensive plastic alternatives, nice and sturdy. On the rod, they glide smoothly.Note: It's intentional for these hooks to be asymmetrical as you'll observe. In my initial installation, I had the shorter side towards the shower's interior. Because the outer curtain was heavier than the liner and pushed the liner up when the curtain descended to the floor, this didn't turn out too well. The liner clumped up as a result, popping off the hooks. It worked better to flip the hooks so that the shorter side faced the bathroom and the liner side faced the shower. As a result, the rings were truly leveled and the heavier curtain was able to draw on the shorter side. This hasn't caused a ring liner to pop off for me yet.
