On June 16, 2018, I placed a purchase for the GAODI Women Waist Trainer Vest Slim Corset Neoprene Sauna Tank Top Ziipper Weight Loss Body Shaper Shirt. On June 18th, 2018, I swiftly received the item. The merchandise and timely shipping both met my expectations. It was neatly packaged within the mailer envelope in a plastic zip-sealed bag. It had a faint plastic aroma at first, but it quickly vanished after being left outside for a while. I chose the xl size because I wanted it to be snug and have a 38-inch waist. This is the only slimming belt I've found that is firmly in place throughout workout and doesn't slip or budge. Although this belt is meant to survive, velcro belts eventually lose their grip with regular use. It was challenging for me to finally try something like this after wearing a steel-boned corset for almost three and a half years. Although waist training is a fantastic side benefit, I wear the corsets more for back support so my back doesn't scream at the end of each day. This thing is essentially flawless, in my opinion. While the corset vest section helps with posture control, the sauna suit part keeps your tummy in place. I believe that improved posture control and preventing the vest itself from bunching up would result from the addition of steel bones.Since it is currently winter, I do wear this to work every day, and it keeps me warm in an otherwise chilly office. I haven't perspired enough to know if it'll be an issue in the summer.Overall, this product surpassed my expectations because I was worried that it wouldn't provide any back support or posture control, let alone help me sculpt my body. Again, I believe that if the steel bones were included, the material would be kept from bunching up, the waist would be trained, and the back would receive even more support. I've been wearing the sweat vest for the past three days straight, and I really like it so far; it performs just as well, if not better, than sweat vests that cost three to five times as much! It is quite well-made, has no frayed threads or ends, and is unquestionably robust. I've seen sweat vests with thicker material, but I love how this material is thick enough to be durable without adding a lot of fat to your shape or making you feel heavy. I have no concerns about the zipper breaking while being used because it is so solidly constructed. I measured myself using a measuring tape and the size chart before placing my purchase for a XXL. I didn't use my pant size as a guide. Although I requested a size smaller to give myself a tighter fit, I found the vest to be mostly true to size. This was a great smart move because I can easily fit into a smaller vest for a better appearance because my tummy is really soft and malleable rather than stiff. On the first day, despite being tight, I was able to wear it all day and into the evening. Even though it did somewhat stretch on the first day, I was still very well supported and my posture was being corrected while wearing it, thus the stretch did not in any way make the device defective or ineffective. I'll get one size smaller the next time because by then my body should be adapting to the fit and hopefully I'll have shed some weight. Although it does take some getting accustomed to on my skin, especially after I start sweating, it is not uncomfortable for all-day wear. And yes, even when not exercising, you do perspire when wearing this vest! I wore shaper underwear below the vest in an effort to make my skin more comfortable. I must state that it's ideal to wear the sweat vest directly against the skin, as it was intended to be worn, even though doing so does protect my skin much better. The vest slides up and down against the underwear. This is not a deal breaker for me, and at night when the vest is taken off, I simply take a good shower and feel great. It offers a great deal of support and does not move at all when worn in this manner. If you have belly fat that hangs below, this is particularly beneficial because the vest truly pushes against it without slipping up, leaving your belly hanging out. I strongly advise pulling the vest on from your legs and not zipping it up in order to receive the best lower belly support. Instead of zipping it, I get to "catch" and press all of my lower belly fat into my body when I pull it up and on. I truly enjoy how this gives me much more sleeker looking support in that area. For women like me who have long torsos, it would be wonderful if the product were a little longer, but I found that by pre-zipping it and then pulling it up your body, you may have a much better fit with it than simply zipping it on.Overall, considering the money I paid for it, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product—it is valuable and worth it! Because it's so inexpensive, I was afraid I'd be disappointed, but I went with other Amazon reviews and bought it, and I'm so glad I did! Already planning to purchase the Adjustable Body Shaper as well! I think that even if nothing else, this is a terrific way to appear and feel better while also providing my body with additional support and a small boost in sweat. It is actually within my budget.

Based on remarks, I initially got a 3XL, however it was too large. I am a size 16, and my waist is 34. I was kind enough to receive a 2XL from Along Fit even though I don't typically sweat a lot. So, on the advice of my brother, I purchased this. I ordered a Medium because I am 5'5" and weigh about 136 lbs. It fits as I had anticipated. It fits snugly but comfortably, allowing me to move around without any problems. Under my bust are a little hook and zipper. It is unexpectedly lengthy. I lowered my shorts so you could see the length, if you can see it in the photo. It appears to end just above my hips, in my opinion. Since I work out with a waist band, I'm used to the rubber smell.
