They are a crisp, sturdy, substantial specimen of the baker's art, and they are significantly larger than the other brands.Like an unsalted saltine, they have a lovely neutral flavor that is not at all sugary like Mountain House or Saratoga Farms.The plus side is that a 2 lb. package costs less than half as much as a 2 lb. #10 vacuum-sealed can at their standard price.Of course, the drawback is that they most certainly do not have the 25-year shelf life of the canned variants.They'll probably last a lot longer than regular saltines from the grocery store (I've had some that are over 5 years old and are still good); just rotate 'em out a little sooner.I would strongly suggest these.

I selected this cracker since it looks to have less complicated ingredients than other crackers that contain palm oil or high fructose corn syrup. Tbhq is debatable, and the less than 2% corn syrup ingredient almost had me decide not to purchase the Keebler cracker, but I reminded myself that not everything marketed is so pure, and moreover, if pure, it tastes like cardboard. The cracker is flaky, so even my old relatives can eat through it.
