For those who must add sugar to their breakfast cereal, the subtle sweetness of this flake cereal may allow them to skip a step in the daily ritual. As a quick snack in between larger meals, I enjoy this cereal. When the cupboard is running low, I can substitute the flakes for bread crumbs to add a wonderful crunch to casseroles. Instead of using cow's milk with the cereal, I substitute Silk vanilla almond milk. Eat the cereal right away; if you leave it in the milk for too long, it will absorb the milk's moisture and get soggy. Enjoy! I'm not sure exactly how to evaluate this. They Cheerios Honey Nut. This family-sized bundle was excellent. The item arrived as anticipated and wasn't stale, which may occasionally happen with shipments of dry goods. They were excellent, and due to price, I intend to get these from Amazon rather than the grocery store going future.

These were purchased for my place of employment because we frequently arrive there first thing in the morning and because breakfast is regarded as the most crucial meal of the day. It was a big hit with my coworkers, and when this set runs out, I'll be asked to buy more. We cut the boxes into bowls and use plastic spoons to eat out of them. It tastes good. Despite being new to Keto, I enjoy cereal. I used to love Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, so when I discovered it after starting Keto, I was delighted. The flavor was remarkably similar to HBO. I'll confess that the stevia flavor is a little overpowering, but the cinnamon and all the nuts helped to balance it out, so it wasn't a deal-breaker. With roughly 50% less stevia, it would be ideal. I did just read the ingredients, though. It appears to contain puffed brown rice. Then, is it actually keto-friendly? In all honesty, even with the puffed brown rice (which may only be a minor quantity, not enough to cause me to exit ketosis), I would probably still buy it. I'll just keep an eye on my consumption. I'm absolutely going to use up this pricey bag I have purchased.

I bought this item through Amazon Pantry. This was a great deal because to the pantry savings and the available coupon! A reasonable price for which I purchased two boxes.One of my top five favorite cereals is this one. It is excellent! Not too sweet, just a little bit. It does not rapidly become squishy. Instead, it maintains a great crispness from the first to the final bite. This cereal also makes a good breakfast. It is particularly filling when served in a bowl with berries or bananas on top. It seems to keep us fuller longer than most cereals, in my opinion. Each of the five of us gets two little bowls from the one box. That doesn't follow serving suggestion, though. pouring each person a same but random quantity.)This is delicious as a dry snack or with milk or any milk substitute! As a quick snack, we occasionally grab a little baggie full. Even my children prefer it to other cereals because they enjoy it so much! Thank god for it, as this choice is significantly healthier than many others available.I'll purchase more!

The three flavors of these Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereals that my daughter and I have tried so far—Brown Sugar, Honey Nut, and this Cinnamon—are all really good. Evidently, golden maple is an option, although I don't remember seeing that anyplace but the Quaker Oats website. Except when my store is having a fantastic special, Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal is less expensive on Amazon as an add-on item. I believe that traditional oatmeal, which is made entirely of whole grain rolled oats, is healthier in terms of nutrition, but this processed cereal actually has more fiber per serving and also has some added iron and folic acid. Old fashioned oats naturally have fewer sugar and carbohydrates, however after I've added brown sugar, it most definitely doesn't! In any case, Quaker Oatmeal Squares make a fantastic breakfast for me, especially when I'm pressed for time, when combined with milk and a cooked egg (or another protein). I enjoy eating it straight from the package as well.
