Since lubricant is not supplied with tubes, you must have a method of holding them together. I've purchased a few of these, and they all appear to be packaged in somewhat vacuum-sealed containers. I bought this on a whim, hoping it might help my respiratory condition, which I had been suffering from for at least six months. My lungs were fairly fluid-filled. My lungs seemed to have more fluid the first week when I was having trouble getting the first ball to the top. But after a week or so, I noticed that the fluid wasn't accumulating when I cleaned my lungs. After a month, I can honestly declare that in all of my forty years of existence, my breathing has never been better. I started by getting the second ball to move, and I then held it at the top for a short while. It's hard to realize how ill I was for all those months when I can lift all three balls to the top and keep them there.I find it really encouraging that tool genuinely measures your progress as you use it.
