It was a BEAUTIFUL solution!In essence, you receive one pound of powdery cheddar cheese bliss, which offers you a LOT of cheese powder to experiment with. I used many spoonfuls of this powder after adding 6 tablespoons of pure canola oil to a bowl in order to get the desired consistency.The mixture was first quite runny and watery, so I kept adding more cheese mix until it became a little bit thicker. If that makes sense, I seem to remember the cheese sauce from the pour over packet as being somewhat runny and watery but not TOO runny and watery. I continued to add cheese mix till it became slightly thicker but was still quite fluid and watery.It felt like traveling back in time when I drizzled this over my popcorn, before Orville Redenbacher's pour-over cheese popcorn was discontinued. This food tasted PERFECT!
