I chose this specific hamper because I needed something I could store away quickly when not in use. Due to the fact that I keep my things behind my door, I also needed something flexible. This prevents actual damage from occurring when the door strikes it. It also makes it quite simple for me to transport my laundry to our laundry room. I've used other hampers like this in the past, but this one seems VERY robust and not at all cheap compared to others I've used. It doesn't appear to be tearing now or anytime soon. This hamper stores a lot more clothing than I anticipated it would, and it is larger than I anticipated it to be. I also really appreciate the additional compartment on the side for storing smaller articles of items like undergarments and socks.I heartily endorse this item!

These are what I bought to take camping. Because of their size, I was able to use them as catch-all baskets for carrying groceries, toiletries, and anything else I needed to move from the house to my horse trailer in addition to laundry. The only limitations are your requirements and creativity. They could also be used as (lightweight) garbage cans, to store toys, or for sorting recyclables that are lightweight.These baskets have a larger capacity than you might anticipate. I could fit two full loads of laundry in them with no problem, and I'll wager I've done so on occasion.They fold effortlessly, pop open, and take up almost no space when stowed (which is awesome, since you can have many of them on-hand stored flat without sacrificing any of your precious storage space). For a mesh, pop-up storage bin, they seem to be durable. They've been put to use a lot, yet there are still no signs of wear or damage (and mine travel and get moved around more than someone looking for strictly in home use).Fantastic bargain and a great storage solution!

These, which I purchased in February of 2017, still appear to be brand-new! This is the hamper you want if you want a sturdy, densely stitched, and reinforced mesh one. The handles on the two mesh hampers I had ordered from Walmart snapped the very first time I picked them up. However, these also have a little container of Tide, my fragrance crystals, and dryer sheets in the side pockets in addition to my washing. The best part is that they were comparable in price to what I paid at Walmart. They are ideal for walking to the on-site laundromat because I have had a stroke and live in a community for senior disabled people. The handles are robust, and when half full, it is simple to carry both at once. I love that the other hamper folds up so flat you can place it wherever since I keep one in my bathroom and the second one is just an extra for me on days I do carpets and drapes. When I was dissatisfied with the other ones I purchased, I searched online and found that these were among the top 5 mesh hampers, therefore this old lady gives them a whopping 5 stars! I just painted my bathroom in Georgia Peach and white, so if I had any criticism it would be that they don't come in more colors. Would advise! To demonstrate to you how well they have held up, the photo was shot today.

I've searched far and wide for the best combination of pricing and design.PROS:1. WIDE OPENING AT THE TOP for simple access in contrast to many comparable goods. Duvet covers and large folded towels fit in without being forced or having the folding job ruined. It's convenient to have one close by in front of my dryer so that when I open the door after a cycle, clean items won't drool out onto the floor. It was more akin to the fruitless practice of trying to ping a ball into a fishbowl with a basket that had a smaller hole.2. LARGE AND STURDY FOR THE PRICE; after spending a lot of time evaluating products and costs with each new purchase (shopping at Walmart, Target, etc.), this has consistently been the greatest value throughout the course of my numerous reorders. About a dozen bath towels, a pair of sheets, two pillowcases, a duvet cover, and a few towels may all fit in one basket, which I use to store practically anything that comes out of my enormous dryer.3. Keep everything you want to remove from the body in the side pocket. Not so much for heavy liquid detergent bottles because they might wear down the mesh over time (see below under "cons") or tip the basket over, but excellent for removing socks from the post-dryer gen pop or slipping a piece of paper into the pocket for labeling, such as "turnover," "beds," "donate," etc.4. VERY SIMPLE TO STORE I can fit at least six or eight of these into a two-inch gap between the side of a dresser and a wall before they collapse or pop up in a split second. They are prepared to quickly pull from their holster as necessary. I don't even slow down how quickly I'm walking.CONS: My only issue is merely a warning for the user. EVERY TIME YOU LIFT, USE THE HANDLES. Even though the sturdy handles are right there and evenly distribute the tension as intended, I find that when I'm in a hurry, it's simple to grab the basket from wherever my hands land along the top wires of the frame. If you skip the handles when there is any weight in the basket, the mesh will eventually get stressed and may tear; see second attached images. Instead of being a flaw in the product, I'm to blame for this, and I'm afraid I do it to every basket. These baskets hold up wonderfully despite this.I currently have about 10 of these collapsible baskets and use them every day for my furnished rental units as well as my household laundry after trying a half-dozen hampers and baskets over the past few years.

I got this to replace the rectangular wire/fabric hamper for my son's room that I had previously purchased from the Red Bullseye store. My 4-year-old son, who has autism, may be a little destructive in his room, especially just before bed. He does everything—throws things, leaps off objects, etc. The large metal wires that made up the frame of the other hamper were obviously bent and permanently deformed after only a very brief period of use in the ring with my little Nacho Libre, not to mention one of them was dangerously protruding from the cloth! I immediately tossed it away and purchased this. I reasoned that if he threw it, it would be impossible for him to damage himself or anything in his room (not uncommon). If he did manage to smash it, I could also afford to replace it at this pricing point! I'm really happy with it so far and don't think I'll need to replace it for a very long time!First off, it is foolproof. Things that are foolproof are my favorite!Second, the building appears solid and the materials appear to be of decent quality. Before, when I was carrying a heavy load downstairs to the laundry room, the handles on these ripped off. These haven't had that issue, and I don't see it happening very soon because everything feels quite safe.Third, it fits an unexpected number of clothes! Like soft sided luggage, I adore soft sided laundry baskets since I can fit more in them. Fourth, I appreciate that it has a side pocket you can put anything in. It now contains socks.Fifth, I appreciate that it is mesh so that when my son goes fishing in the toilet, spills milk on himself, or I put wet towels or washcloths in there, they rapidly dry out and don't smell over the course of a week like they would in an enclosed hamper.What more could you want for from a dirty laundry hamper, even though I realize it isn't "nice decor"? For my husband and I to use exclusively for our whites, I purchased a second one. I STRONGLY advise this for a child's or baby's room, as well as for students, people who live in apartments, or anyone who needs to carry all of their clothes up or down stairs or to a public laundry facility. 5 stars received for simplicity and ease!I DID NOT obtain this product for free or at a reduced price.

There isn't the side pocket that I had anticipated. The fact that the top aperture is only a little circular hole around the size of a basketball rather than the whole size of the top was another disappointment. Although I intend to keep them, I can't imagine myself folding clothing and putting them in and out of the top aperture. I recently acquired them. I'm keeping them even though they won't fit large bath towels because they appear to be well-made and because I only carry smaller loads up and down stairs to my laundry room. They appear to be suitable for storing additional items, such as grocery bags, cleaning supplies, etc.

THE solution to our problem! We were thrilled to have a washer and dryer upstairs, close to our bedroom, but we quickly realized there was a HUGE PROBLEM: no place to store any laundry baskets! HELP! Since it has been reported that it is difficult to collapse, I took a chance with this one but was still a little dubious. That is completely untrue; we discovered that turning the laundry basket upside down and setting it on the ground makes it the simplest to collapse. Then, with a light downward squeeze, it will quickly and nearly simply fold. It doesn't take up much space in the closet, where I can put it, so I'm happy about that. Fantastic product!

I understand that having a favorite washing basket is odd, but I do, and it's this one. I got this because I prefer to segregate my things into cold and warm categories and was sick of using two different baskets. I was quite pleased with this one's durability. (My mom has a two-sectioned one at home that is shaped like two squares joined to each other; in addition to taking up more floor space, it is also heavy and unstable because the cubes fold in on each other when you pick it up by the handles.) I enjoy how effortlessly it folds, but be careful not to loose the band that secures the fold.

This item was originally purchased for me to utilize as a secure shelter for my monarch butterfly caterpillars. Install a butterfly garden with the necessary milkweed for the monarch butterflies. Yay! Observed caterpillars—double hooray! I observed as a large hornet approached, killed one of my caterpillars, and flew off with it. Not good. As it is Florida, the screened-in lanai is also home to lizards, frogs, and occasionally even a snake, so I needed to buy a few additional milkweed plants to keep there. Caterpillars are moved from my garden plants, which are currently in my collapsible laundry hamper, to the lanai plants after I check them for caterpillars there.I didn't have high expectations for this item because it is quite inexpensive. It seems extremely solid and is a lot bigger than I had anticipated. This device probably has enough space to fit a full load of clothes. If you need to compress it, there are tiny velcro tabs to keep it closed. The top hole doesn't completely close, which is the only drawback in my opinion. It's where you insert the laundry basket with your filthy clothes inside. In the pictures, it appeared to have a zipper, however it doesn't. Not a big deal, I'll just cover it with a piece of window screen.
