I had a space problem after recently purchasing a new TV and surround sound system for proper 4K gaming. I had less room for my consoles because the central sound bar was very lengthy and there was no simple way to wall mount it.I currently have the center sound bar, cable box, Xbox One S, PlayStation 4 Pro (PS4 Pro), and Nintendo Switch on top of my furniture set. The large cable box is positioned in its sole possible configuration, horizontal, while the Switch fits nicely behind the sound bar in its dock. That left me to place my PS4 Pro on top of my Xbox One S.The center top of the PS4 Pro's case appears to be a heat transfer point, which is unfortunate because doing this type of stacking tended to make it overheat. There was no way for the heat to naturally dissipate or remain under control with the Xbox One S on top. The answer was to put those consoles both vertically.Simple stand that encloses the bottom of its console is the Younik PS4 Pro Vertical Stand. The Xbox One S is slightly larger than the PS4 Pro, but the PS4 Pro is also larger and has an angled design, so it requires a different kind of adjustment. Regardless, it is also efficient and has a fair low cost to match.Simple products are difficult to get excited about, yet it would be dishonest to dismiss the fact that they effectively and affordably address a significant issue. Other vertical stands that are frank over-engineered can cost much more.

This decision had greatly reduced my level of frustration! A few months back, I gave my son a PS4 for his birthday. Ever since then, there have been issues with missing or dead controllers, games left lying around, and general messes and chaos.There are 16 slots on the back for lining up your games, a great charging dock, I really like that the lights are red/green so you can easily see when they're fully charged, quiet fans that keep the system cool, and you only need to plug in one cord to set it up make it incredibly simple to keep everything organized. Everything being there makes it easy for younger children to develop the habit of keeping their game supplies together, which is something I prefer.

From how nicely it fits (a bracket is included for the Slim model for a secure fit), to the simple cooling solution, and lastly its two charging outlets for the controllers, this stand works beautifully with my PS4 Slim. I'll discuss those things in order along with the USB hub.1. Since the PS2, every PlayStation has looked best when held vertically, however the most recent model requires a stand. The stand has a bracket for the PS4 Slim, a little modification to one created for the PS4's introduction. I made sure this stand had this feature because I had the Slim model. Let me just say that I wasn't let down because both my Slim and this bracket fit perfectly within the original. Large grips are also present at the bottom to prevent slipping. This object won't move until I exert a lot of force or deliberately tip my console. The black PS4 in the gold color, which is an attractive advantage for this accessory, also helps.2. Ever with the PlayStation, Sony's initial console, small versions have been infamous. Their thin models are infamous for having heat-related problems. The PS4 Slim can become extremely heated. A vertical one is slightly cooler (with a good stand). The console turns from being hot to being warm when those two fans are added for this stand. They have a power button and a single speed for people like me who want fans that don't run continuously. You can link the PS4 to a small cooling solution via USB. The fans, three USB hubs, and controller charging ports are all powered by this USB.3. The DualShock4 controller charging ports are protruding micro USB docks. To slip the USB in place, simply align the controllers with the curvature of the docks and gently push them down. My controllers are charged perfectly by them. Place the controller in by the handles because occasionally I press the PS button and mistakenly turn on my PS4.4. You may attach additional controllers, storage devices, or even charge items via the three USB ports. They will charge just fine, yes. I'm using my phone and controller to transmit files while they are both charging. That's not all that surprising, however I have a specific fast charger for all USB devices for that purpose. Additionally, the PS4 has sufficient power to run two tiny cooling fans and fast-charge 2.0 a phone.Given the cost, a fully functional stand like this deserves five stars for affordability, adaptability, and effectiveness in serving its purpose. Although I would prefer slightly bigger, stronger fans, they are adequate. Considering how hot GT Sport can make my PS4 run, those fans are performing admirably given their size and speed. The charging ports are unquestionably a fantastic feature, saving me the trouble of having to store my controllers while they are still charged. Additionally, my PS4 appears considerably better when upright than my Xbox One S.If only the game were available for the Nintendo Switch.

performs just as promised. Despite my rating of 5 stars, there are a few things to consider. First off, unlike the system's top, the bottom of the PS4 isn't particularly appealing. The top of the system is the right side on this stand, while the bottom is the left (with the system facing front obviously). Not a big deal at all, and if you caddy corner the system on the left side of your TV, it won't even be an issue. The only other thing to note is that the system is a little bit noisier, but if you're watching a movie, just eject a disk and the drive is completely silent. Additionally, unless you position the system head on, which looks ridiculous, it won't really save much room because it rests at a 45 degree angle on this. Once more, the product itself is fine; what's needed is some advice for buyers.Additionally, I haven't seen that the system is more "taxed" vertically. Overall, I'm glad I did this to save a tiny bit of space because it doesn't seem to cause the fans to run more frequently than usual.

Excellent product! My controllers fit perfectly in the mold and can be inserted directly into the charger.Red and blue charging indicators are included.I advise everybody who owns a PS4 to purchase one of these. especially considering how much harder the new 4K PS4 (PRO) works. The fans have a lot of force.The amount of heat that this vertical stand removes from the PlayStation 4 when I put my palm inside the back of the gaming console makes me unable to conceive using it without it. It is powered by the USB console.I think it's a great investment that will help my console last longer.Since writing my previous evaluation, it has been almost three years and I haven't experienced any problems. I do advise that you remove your device and blow it with an air compressor or a can of air once every six months to check for dust buildup. You can tell from my photos that I haven't done it recently. Actually, it's been over three years since I last did it. Although I don't play my game every day, a dust cleanup is long overdue.

You'll need to keep extra controllers charged because VR requires more of them. This charging stand was the perfect find for me. It makes it possible for the VR headset to rest comfortably and without strain. There are charging indicators that will light red to let you know what is charging and when it is finished (green). You may charge two motion controllers of any generation as well as two dual shocks. There are (2) adapters included that hook into the DualShocks' micro USB port, allowing you to place them into the charging cradles without having to line up a USB plug. The adapters also contain a micro USB pass through so, if necessary, you may continue to charge and play at the same time. The power adaptor caught my attention. Both 2.1 A and 1.0 A ports are present. I charge my AIM controller in the 1.0 slot and use the 2.1 A to connect to the stand (which is powered by micro USB).In conclusion, I believe that this is a fantastic stand for keeping everything charged and a PSVR headset "stored" or attractively displayed. It is of average quality. The charging base and headset stand need only be snapped together for assembly. The only improvement I can think of would be to include some sort of headset cord management system.

People gripe about ridiculous things. the USB cord protrudes? really? I adore this PS4 stand, myself. It has been with me for a month and is fantastic. For me, a simple vertical stand was all I required to save space, thus this 3-in-1 package is a terrific price.When the fan starts up, it is about as loud as the internal PS4 fan; it isn't horrible, and I can barely hear it over the television. They have powerful fans, and if they had more power, their noise would undoubtedly be too loud. Since I haven't heard the internal fan turn on, it appears to be functioning well.The best aspect is that since the stand is unpowered, it doesn't take up an outlet in the entertainment center, which is already overflowing. It connects to your PS4's USB port and powers on along with the system.If I had to pick something, it would be that the front-facing USB ports should be improved. Although I appreciate that it has three USB ports, my charge cable doesn't fit completely into any of them. So when I'm playing, I'll believe it's charging, just to discover that my controller is almost completely dead. However, I have to utilize them because I don't have a free plug in and I have a 4TB extension drive. But it's not a big issue.UPDATE: The motor is clearly failing already four months later. When it first starts up, it creates a terrible noise that doesn't go away. It used to silence the noise by being unplugged and then plugged back in, but it no longer works. Maybe the business will provide an exchange? I began by reading the negative reviews. You won't have any trouble purchasing this foundation if you can read and look at photographs. Additionally, you will find that the claims that this item won't fit a PS4 Pro are false. Yes, it fits.. (look at the pictures[smh]). People who claim that the fan doesn't operate most likely failed to read the directions. Simply connect the PS4 to the base using the provided connection, then click the small button that has a fan depicted on it. In conclusion, this foundation is attractive, securely holds your PS4 in place, and guards against it tipping. The fans function as intended, and the layout effectively promotes airflow via the bottom. I'd suggest this item.

The Nyko ds4 clip cost me about $12 when I first bought it, however after a few weeks of use, the plastic on it shattered, so I had to return it as defective. When I read the evaluations for that product, I notice that at least one other individual has voiced a similar complaint.I then discovered this item for $9, which I can use with my most recent pro controller's new led front pad light. I made the choice to try it, and I'm pleased I did. This device snaps into place safely and firmly, unlike the nyko, which is kept in place by rubber bands. Although it took some effort at first, once I did, I knew it was secure and the fit was ideal. I don't see how this plastic could snap in the same way and am forward to use it in the future. This plastic won't break since it is considerably more flexible. The phone holder itself appears to be much weaker and less sturdy than the Nyko, but it appears to be adequate for my requirements. It manages to keep my iPhone X in position, however it can be removed simply pulling on my phone in my direction. I don't use the USB cord that came with it because that is for androids.

Very little to say about this. I didn't have the issue that some of the other reviews had, which was that it didn't clip securely around their PS4 controller. I did discover that because it clipped on so firmly, removal was *far* more challenging. I could pull it off with my fingers, but it was easier to remove it off if I used pliers to grasp the clip tab.In all honesty, I kind of like how difficult it is to take it off; I'd rather err on the side of having it stay on than fall off.You should take care where you put it because it grabs onto your phone strongly. I have to use this slightly off-center on my Pixel 2 XL in order to prevent it from pressing the power or volume keys. That is a little inconvenient, but not very so. This centers wonderfully on my old LG G4 (which is what I use this with the most).
