Durable with no mold lines. Although I eventually got it out, it was challenging to attach to the base I bought (Livex Lighting 7586-07 Outdoor Pier Mount Adapters). I didn't buy based on watts; I bought based on the size of the globe. This one, as I recall, is suitable for a 150 watt bulb. I installed a 100 watt-equivalent LED, and it is really bright. Since changing the bulb will be exceedingly challenging, let's hope the LED lasts as long as it is said on the packaging!

Zero waste The gadget comes with screws that resemble wood screws. refused to drill a hole in a steel pole. To attach to the pole, a hole had to be drilled, and sheet metal screws were needed. Despite only being roughly 1/16 inch in diameter, the wire is a well-made multi-stranded stainless steel with at least 20 tiny strands that bends smoothly and can hold heavier light strings. The problem with this product is that there are absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS. The provided stainless steel hardware is likewise designed to meet your hanging needs. You need to search YouTube for a website that demonstrates how to use this kind of hardware to hang string lights. It's not a big deal, but if the vendor wants five stars, they should include instructions or a link to a website where instructions may be found. I've kept my light string on this cable for two months, through a number of storms, with no issues. When hanging lights between trees, leave additional space between the lights and the trees, cover the trees with plastic or rubber tubing, and have enough springs at the ends to withstand wind movement. Adjustment is simple with the provided hardware after you understand how it operates. To simply shorten or loosen the hardware as needed, provide enough slack at the ends. Because of the included hardware, which can be difficult to obtain and expensive to purchase separately, I would repurchase this product.

My spouse demanded we acquire wire to thread the lights after I installed the outdoor lighting. I initially believed that the light strands would be sufficient, but this wire was crucial. This line runs from our home to three posts that are buried in concrete buckets. I was concerned that the posts wouldn't be strong enough to withstand the pressure, particularly if a storm passed through. Despite the recent bad weather, there have been no problems. Everything continues to function as intended. Lights were simple to attach on the wire (my husband and father-in-law did it in about an hour). The accessories/hooks were excellent. Having the set that came with the wire was quite beneficial because we tried out a hook that we believed would work and it didn't. If we were to repeat this, I believe I would go for more stability and have the poles buried rather than placed in buckets.

I bought this item because I wanted my yard to resemble a garden party in some way. The materials in this kit are highly durable. To shield it from the outdoors, the wire is covered in a material that resembles vinyl. You won't need to search for a wrench or a screwdriver when it's time for installation because they are both included in the package. After a rather dry summer (it is now October), the rain came as soon as I got the shipment, so I haven't been able to put it up yet.The absence of instructions in the package is the biggest (and only) drawback I can think of. For instructions, you must go back to the web listing. (I suspect that leaving the instructions out is advertised as a way to save paper usage, but I believe that all of the instructions from China are being completely omitted because they are not properly translated and have not been proofread by an English speaker.)

No issues, it functions flawlessly.Important: Although it's simple to install if you follow the directions, at first it didn't seem to be working properly. The light would turn on for a short period of time before going off, then turn back on after about a minute, and so forth in a cycle. I initially believed the sensor to be broken, but right before returning it, I realized I had placed it behind the light and towards the wall in an effort to hide it. Accordingly, what was happening was that after turning on the light, it would switch it off after noticing a close reflection of the light. All I had to do was turn the sensor outside, and everything is now flawless.
