I frequently forget I'm wearing them while operating a chainsaw, weed eater, mower, or other power tool. I own a number of pairs of safety glasses, but some of them have become outdated or hazy over time. These are superior than others and as clear and comfy as any I've ever owned. The earpieces protrude from the clear plastic where they attach and hinge (click up or down) (telescope out or in). Both options enable a better fit and, once adjusted, remain in place. I thought this was a useful feature, but I've only used them a few times so far, so I'm not sure if regular use won't cause the light plastic to wear out and become loose. Even if they only last six months, it would still be a fantastic deal at this price. Like every pair I've ever worn, these will eventually fog from moisture if you work in hot, humid weather (I reside in central Texas), although less so than some others because they don't seal to the face.

Nothing could more accurately represent the awesomeness of these safety glasses than the color pink.These are very different from the scuffed-up, enormous, jelly-like goggles we had to wear for technology class in middle school. These are what I bought to utilize while I am weeding the yard. The area where we reside is very rocky, and the trimmer's high speed flings rocks all over the place, including in my face. Big, thick safety glasses are uncomfortable and fog up when I wear them. They don't fit tightly to the face, which worries me a little, but they do offer excellent protection. Along the nose and temples, they are incredibly cozy. They fit perfectly and cross back over the ears, and the thick sides certainly offer sufficient protection. All of the large safety glasses fog up since I have a moisture-wicking cloth covering my mouth and nose. These do not fog at all because they do not fit against the skin. I worked with these for about three hours while trimming the yard. I tried a microfiber cloth, cleaning spray, and water to clean the glasses, but they still received a few minor surface scratches. But when you get them very dirty, this is to be expected. These would undoubtedly be ideal for any outdoor task requiring eye protection. The sun protection is excellent. It's light enough to see the ground and dark enough to shield you from the sun. No glare or reflection is present. I have complete confidence that the lenses will shield me from flying rocks because they have a good thickness. Excellent safety glasses all around.

These were discovered by my boyfriend in a tractor supply store. He immediately loved how cozy they were and demanded more pairs. When we returned, they had already sold out. We thus purchased them from Amazon, where they are of the same high-quality, long-lasting construction. (Just so you know, the old lenses are the darkest.) Because of the way the safety glasses are shaped, I also like to wear them when I'm helping him out in the yard because they prevent weeds from flying into my eyes while I'm using the weed whacker.

They are not only light and comfy, but they also have great, distortion-free lenses. My wife and I use them at the shooting range after purchasing two pairs. Our expectations for these glasses were not very high because we both typically wear Oakleys, but given the price, we are blown away by the comfort and clarity. With a.45 caliber casing, I was struck directly in the lens, and it didn't even leave a mark. Very pleased and enthusiastically advise range glasses.

When a coworker stole my pair of these chemical goggles last year, I was really pleased with their performance. I have to wear z87 chemical goggles rather frequently because I work in a chemical plant. The ones provided by my employer have a propensity to fog up quite rapidly. When you can't see where you're going because the goggles have too much moisture in them, it can be incredibly aggravating and dangerous at times. These Sellstrom goggles do not fog up nearly as much and have superb ventilation. The product makes me feel lot safer. They have excellent face fit, a lens that offers better/wider vision, and a headband that is incredibly comfortable. A extremely wide electrical band that doesn't tear your hair. I tried to reorder the yellow lense because I loved these goggles so much but instead I got the clear lense. I remain quite content. In addition, my Sellstrom dark lens ir5 goggles have recently arrived. Wow! Very dark lenses. I'm eager to test these out in the sun to see how they hold up.

These tiny goggles work well and are comfy. I'm going to try red light treatment, and people who are migraine-prone, as I am, should take extra precautions when using light therapy. These eyeglasses look fantastic! My profession demands me to spend 12 to 15 hours per day in a plant, every day. I was looking for something that was both really comfortable and safe. These also had gray lenses, which helped me avoid getting headaches from staring at a computer screen all day. With frames that wrap completely around the lenses, they don't appear to be normal safety glasses, which gives them a distinctive appearance. Since they are 100% UVA/UVB protected, many people will mistake them for sunglasses, which is another function for which they are appropriate. Consider them as all-purpose eyewear that you may use on the job site, at the range, or even as sunglasses for your everyday commute.The fact that the gray lenses are a few shades darker than what I am accustomed to is the only thing keeping them from receiving 5/5 stars. Many employment locations won't let you use safety glasses if your eyes can't be seen through them. I was only able to use these at the job site I was working at for a few days before it was suggested that I purchase lighter lenses. I'd gladly raise this to a 5 if Carhartt could get me lighter gray lenses!
